Land acquisition for public purposes, including for the construction of railroad infrastructure, is a matter that is proposed by all countries in the world. The Indonesian government or the Malaysian royal government needs land for railroad infrastructure development. To realize this, a regulation was made that became the legal umbrella for the government or royal government. The people must agree to regulations that require it. Land acquisition for public use in Malaysia can be completed quickly in Indonesia. The influencing factor is the different perceptions of the understanding of what are in the public interest, history and legal systems of the two countries as well as the people's reaction from the two countries

Internationalization is an emerging trend in the development of higher education institutions (HEIs). Around the world, several projects and university associations and collaborations are launched to enhance internationalization including in Indonesia. For Indonesia, internationalization is an inevitable process and considered as a strategic step that Indonesian government should take in the globalizing world, especially after the ratification of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) by the government in 1994. Since then, the Government of Indonesia revises and produces policy and statutory regulations to promote international education in Indonesia and guarantee a good practice of integration of international dimension. Although many studies have been conducted to analyze this trend, very few studies focus on the legislations support for internationalization. For this purpose, the authors analyze the regulation with a normative juridical approach.

The national covid-19 vaccination program carried out is still on a limited scale and is still below the target set by the government, especially compared to the population in Indonesia, this has resulted in the very highest Covid-19 growth rate, even the highest in Southeast Asia with one of the highest mortality ratios in the world in above 2.5%. The obstacle faced by the government is the limited number of vaccines imported from China, Europe and America, which incidentally are countries affected by COVID-19. then the uneven distribution of the covid-19 vaccine, this is due to the wide area of the country with uneven infrastructure facilities so that not all vaccinations can be carried out in sub-districts or out of town. This results in the low number of people being vaccinated and the last is the lack of socialization, education and training. distribution of information about the importance of being vaccinated against covid-19 so that many people refuse to be vaccinated, and do not understand the importance and benefits of having a vaccine for covid-19. This is a big gamble for Indonesia in dealing with COVID-19, which is getting more and more frightening with the discovery of a new variant resulting from a mutation that is much more deadly. This covid-19 vaccination is an absolute must and must be successful because if this fails it will result in a frightening humanitarian disaster, breaking the chain of distribution with strict rules and sanctions against the community in implementing the Health protocol must be carried out continuously and continuously

The article considers topical issues of the threat of collapse of democracy. Examples of the democracy collapse have shown the lack of free and fair elections in the world, which threatens the independence of the judiciary, restrictions on the right to freedom of speech, which limits the ability of the political opposition to challenge the government, to prosecute, to offer alternatives to the regime. The collapse of democracy in connection with the spread of COVID-19 is being considered, as the democratic spectrum has repeatedly resorted to excessive control, discriminatory restrictions on freedoms such as movement and assembly, and arbitrary or coercive coercion. Attention is drawn to the fact that the outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19 has led to the introduction in all countries of restrictions on the rights and freedoms of the individual in order to prevent the spread of this infectious disease, declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization. Thus, the unusual nature of the COVID - 19 coronavirus pandemic poses numerous dilemmas to the public, governments, parliaments, the judiciary, law enforcement and many other actors when it comes to the need for effective protection of health and, ultimately, human life, as well as adherence to and ensuring the fundamental democratic principles of man and society.

Species and bird populations in Indonesia are among the top five in the world. In 2019 there were 1777 species of birds. Protection of Indonesian bird ecosystems has become one of the forms of nature conservation from the Indonesian government through the Office of the Environment. The government and the community must jointly play an active role in the protection of endangered species to avoid extinction. The process of breeding endangered species of birds has become the government's priority in preserving extinction. One of the aims of this research is how to make a colony cage or a pair of bird cages that can be controlled or function automatically to make it easier for breeders to breed lo birds, in this case lovebird birds. Smart enclosures with equipment such as node MCU, Arduino, ESP8266 can be integrated as a control service using IoT. This study has the specifications of automatic feeding and drinking so that birds can be controlled by their diet and avoid obesity and some pathogenic diseases that accompany it.
