Effective communication is an important factor as a tool to serve the patients in order to realize satisfactory services for patients. When patients feel satisfaction when he served this will indirectly increase patient visits and hospital revenue. Effective communication has five basic components, namely respect, empathy, audible, clarity, and humble, these five factors will influence patient satisfaction with care RS.Tujuan this study to determine the effect of effective communication to satisfaction of RSI Siti Rahmah service in Padang. This research is an analytic research in the field of human resource management, effective communication with the independent variables consist of components respect, empathy, audible, clarity, and humble while the dependent variable is the RSI Siti Rahmah service satisfaction Padang. The population in this study are patients with RSI Siti Rahmah Padang many as 24 662 patients. The sample in this study are patients with RSI Siti Rahmah Padang 100 patients as respondents sampling using sampling techniques Proportional random sampling. Univariate analysis by calculating the frequency distribution of each variable. While the bivariate analysis using multiple linear regression tests to measure simultaneously the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of this study, to respect the independent variables did not significantly affect the service satisfaction in RSI Siti Rahmah (regression coefficient = 0.332 and p = 3.32). While the independent variable empathy also did not significantly affect the service satisfaction in RSI Siti Rahmah (regression coefficient = 0.150 and p = 15.0). While the independent variable audible significant positive effect on service satisfaction in RSI Siti Rahmah (regression coefficient = 0.077 and p = 7.7). While the clarity of independent variables are also significant positive effect on service satisfaction in RSI Siti Rahmah (regression coefficient = 0142 and p = 14.2). While the independent variable humble significant positive effect on service satisfaction in RSI Siti Rahmah (regression coefficient = 0511 and p = 51.1). Variable respect, empathy, audible, clarity, and humble which is a component of effective communication simultaneously significant positive effect on service satisfaction in RSI Siti Rahmah value supported by F = 7.146 p = 0.000 Advice from researchers to the leadership of RSI Siti Rahmah Padang to maintain and improve effective communication in the service process in RSI Siti Rahmah and is expected to be able to innovate in implementing effective for communication to increase hospital revenue in the future.

The bath soap market is constantly changing and competition is getting tougher with the emergence of bath soaps that have a clearer positioning, such as beauty soap, whitening soap, family soap to health soap. Increasing lifestyles of people in Indonesia and changing habits where bathing is no longer just using soap, but by adding fragrance and comfort when wearing it. The higher purchasing power of consumers for a product encourages companies to further improve the quality of their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Integrated Promotion and Positioning Excellence on Purchasing Decisions in Lux Bath Soap. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Ambon who use Lux bath soap. The sample in this studywere 100 people who bought lux bath soap taken by purposive sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS version 16.The results of multiple regression analysis namely Y = 0.501 X1 + 0.218 X2 The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the integrated Promotion variable (0.501), followed by the Positioning Excellence variable (0.218). T test results show that all independent variables, namely (integrated promotion and positioning superiority) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) where all independent variables obtain a t value greater than t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.309 this means that 30.9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by integrated promotion variables and positioning excellence, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. "The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of the Ambon Branch of BPJS on health institutions".The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions. The population in this study were employees of the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions. The sample in this study were 32 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was SPSS version 16. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 0.280 X1 + 0.392X2. The independent variable that most influences the dependent variable is the organizational commitment variable (0.392), and the last is the job satisfaction variable (0.280). The results of the t test show that all the independent variables (job satisfaction and organizational commitment) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) where all the independent variables obtain a t value greater than the t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.323, this means that 32.3% of employee performance can be explained by job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables, while the remaining 67.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.The implication of the above conclusions is that in an effort to improve employee performance, the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions should increase job satisfaction for employees, namely the leadership must provide more support for employees and must mutually cooperate between employees so that their sense of job satisfaction increases and increases commitment to oneself and at the company. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the determinants of NPF on BPRS in Indonesia in 2011 -2017. The method which is used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis with independent variables CAR, BPP, inflation, and GDP, while the dependent variable is NPF. The data in this study is secondary data for monthly time from January 2011 - December 2017. The results showed that the independent variables significantly influence NPF simultaneously. While partially CAR has a significant positive effect, BPP has a significant negative effect, inflation has no significant positive effect, and GDP has a significant positive effect on NPF. R2 value is 88.01%, this shows 88.01% variation of the NPF is explained by the independent variable and the remaining 11.99% is explained by other variables outside the model. BPRS needs to carry out good risk management by having to be more sensitive to internal conditions and external conditions of the bank because these conditions can be used as determinants of the type of financing and policies that will be used by the BPRS, so as to control the level of NPF at a reasonable level. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis factor penentu NPF pada BPRS di Indonesia padatahun 2011-2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan variable bebas CAR, BPP, inflasi, dan PDB, sedangkan variable terikatnya adalah NPF. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder untuk waktu bulanan dariJanuari 2011 - Desember 2017. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable independen secara signifikan mempengaruhi NPF secara bersamaa Sementara sebagian CAR memiliki efek positif yang signifikan, BPP memiliki efek negatif yang signifikan, inflasi tidak memiliki efek positif yang signifikan, dan PDB memilikiefekpositif yang signifikanterhadap NPF. Nilai R2 adalah 88,01%, inimenunjukkanvariasi NPF 88,01% dijelaskan oleh variable independen dan sisanya 11,99% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model. BPRS perlu melakukan manajemen risiko yang baik dengan harus lebih peka terhadap kondisi internal dan kondisi eksternal bank karena kondisi ini dapat digunakan sebagai penentu jenis pembiayaan dan kebijakan yang akan digunakan oleh BPRS, sehingga dapat mengendalikan tingkat NPF pada tingkat yang wajar.

<p><em>Human resource is central factor and vital component for the organization for the activity in the organization to run effectively and efficiently so that the organization is able to achieve the expected goal. The purposes of study are to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance and leadership style and organizational culture on on employee performance at the Sub-District Office of Pangakalan Jambu of Merangin Regency. This research method is quantitative and using multiple linear regression. The independent variable is leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2), the dependent variable is performance (Y). Populations and samples are employees, amounted to 30 people. The results of this study that the partial leadership style does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance. While simultaneously that leadership style and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance. For R2 values obtained 0.428 or 42.8% variation of the dependent variable in this case the performance can be explained by independent variables of leadership style and organizational culture.</em></p><p>Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor sentral dan komponen vital bagi organisasi agar aktivitas di organisasi bisa berjalan secara efektif dan efesien sehingga organisasi mampu mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Pangakalan Jambu Kabupaten Merangin. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. Variabel bebas adalah gaya kepemimpinan (X<sub>1</sub>) dan budaya organisasi (X<sub>2</sub>), variabel terikat adalah kinerja (Y). Populasi dan sampel merupakan pegawai pada Kantor Camat Pangkalan Jambu berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan secara simultan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk nilai R<sup>2 </sup>diperoleh 0.428 atau 42.8% variasi variabel dependen dalam hal ini kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi.</p>

Happiness is the main goal in life. To measure someone's happiness is not easy, many opinions have emerged. Some say happiness can be measured through the satisfaction of one's life, some say happiness is measured through one's income, education, and health. The number of people's opinions to measure one's happiness appears as an indicator of happiness. At present, there are 48 indicators. One of the most accurate is HPI. The HPI indicator is very important for a country to increase the happiness of its people. Example: life expectancy in a country will increase and unemployment will decrease because a person has extensive knowledge and knowledge that is needed both by himself and the company that will accept him as his employee. The purpose of this study is to find out how HDI influences, life expectancy, unemployment on the level of happiness of people in ASIA. In this study using secondary data sources conducted by taking HDI data, life expectancy, unemployment in ASIA, and HPI data on ASIA. The results of the analysis using quantitative methods indicate that the independent variables namely HDI, life expectancy, and unemployment. Has a significant positive effect on the HPI dependent variable.

This study aims to analyze the Financial Ratio for Predicting Bankruptcy. The sample used in this study are SMEs according PEFINDO25 period 2013 to 2017. The independent variables in this study is liquidity, profitability, debt structure, solvency and activity ratio; and control variables is size and age, as well as the dependent variable is bankruptcy. The amount of sample in this study 32 companies PEFINDO25 by using purposive sampling. The method of data analysis is done by using logistic regression with SPSS version 23. The result of this research showed that liquidity, profitability and age has significant negative effect on bankruptcy. Debt structure has significant positive effect on bankruptcy. While solvency, activity ratio and size does not significantly effect on bankruptcy

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions for Clear brand shampoo, (2) the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions up to Clear brand, and (3) the influence of celebrity endorse and brand image on Clear shampoo shampoo purchase decisions.This study uses a quantitative approach bycollecting data through survey methods. This study also uses a purposive sampling technique based on certain characteristics. The sample in this study were 100 people of the Wenang sub-district of Manado city. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Celebrity endorse has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, evidenced by the value of t count of 2.186 with a significance value of 0.031, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.340; (2) Brand image has a positive effect onpurchasing decisions, evidenced from the value of t count of 4.346 with a significance value of 0,000, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.749, and (3) Celebrity endorsers and brand images have a positive effect against purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the results of F count of 29,446 with a significance of 0,000. The adjusted R square value of 0.378 indicates that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 37.80%, and the remaining 62.20% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the influence of leadership style, work discipline, compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri and to provide suggestions on how PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri can increase job satisfaction by improving employee performance that affects it. For the independent variable: leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), compensation (X3), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y1), and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The research approach is quantitative research by the questionnaire. The sample used was 150 respondents. This study indicates that each dimension of leadership style, work discipline, and compensation has a direct and significant positive effect on the performance of PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri employees. Job satisfaction directly has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. However, work discipline has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work discipline has no positive impact on employee performance through job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Solvability on the share prices of sector Transportation on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2014-2018. The Share Prices as the dependent variable is proxied by Closing Price. The independent variables in this Profitability, Liquidity and Solvability. The Profitability is proxied by Return On Asset (ROA), Liquidity is proxied by Current Ration (CR), Solvability is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The research method uses a quantitative method approach. The results of this experiment showed that the independent variable Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock prices with a significance of 0.000 < 0.00. Liquidity has not a significant negative effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.181 > 0.005. Solvability has a significant positive effect on stock prices with a significance of 0.001 < 0.005. Profitability, Liquidity, and Solvability together significantly influence the Share Price with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005.

This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Compensation on Employee Performance (Case Study on Hotel Employees in the city of Pagar Alam). By using primary data and secondary data, this research uses the Ordinary Least Square method. The results of this study are the findings of the influence of Compensation and Compensation on Employee Performance (Case Study on Hotel Employees in the City of Pagar Alam) can be explained as follows. Based on the Regression analysis in the table above, the constant value α = 38,868 and coefficient b1 =. 083 and b2 = .396, so that the multiple linear regression equation is: Y = 38.868+ 0.083X1 + 0.396X2. The regression equation that has been obtained can be used to predict the value of the independent variable and the dependent variable, as follows: A constant value of 38,868 means that if all independent variables are zero, then the performance of hotel clerks in the city of Pagar Alam is valued at 38,868. Competence (X1) has a regression coefficient of .083 meaning that each increase in Competency by 1 unit then the performance of hotel employees increases by .083 assuming the other factors remain. Compensation (X2) has a regression coefficient of .396 meaning that each increase in compensation is 1 unit, the performance of hotel employees increases by .396. From the determination coefficient table above, it can be seen that the R Square figure is 0.931. This means that the influence between the independent variables with the dependent variable is 93.1% while the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other factors outside the regression model analyzed. From these figures it can be concluded that the influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable is very strong.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Karyawan hotel di Kota Pagar Alam). Dengan menggunakan data primer dan data skunder penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Sederhana (Ordinary Least Square). Adapun hasil Penelitian ini adalah Hasil temuan mengenai pengaruh Komptensi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Karyawan hotel di Kota Pagar Alam) dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut. Berdasarkan analisis Regresi pada tabel diatas didapatkan  nilai konstanta α = 38.868 dan koefisien b1 = . 083  dan b2 = .396, sehingga persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah :  Y =  38.868+ 0.083X1 + 0.396X2. Persamaan regresi yang telah diperoleh dapat dipergunakan untuk memprediksi nilai variabel independen dan variabel dependen yaitu sebagai berikut : Nilai konstanta sebesar 38.868 artinya bahwa jika semua variabel independen benilai nol, maka kinerja kayawan hotel di kota Pagar Alam bernilai sebesar 38.868. Kompetensi (X1) mempunyai koefisien regresi sebesar .083 artinya setiap kenaikan Kompetensi sebesar 1 satuan maka kinerja karyawan hotel naik sebesar .083 dengan asumsi faktor-faktor yang lain tetap. Kompensasi (X2) mempunyai koefisien regresi sebesar .396 artinya setiap kenaikan kompensasi sebesar 1 satuan maka kinerja karyawan hotel naik sebesar .396. Dari tabel koefisien determinasi di atas, dapat dilihat bahwa angka R Square sebesar 0.931. Hal ini berarti pengaruh antar variabel independen dengan variabel dependen sebesar 93,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model regresi yang dianalisis. Dari angka tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pengaruh antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen sangat kuat.
