Health assistants play an important role in providing primary health care among the rural population in Bangladesh. Their improper working performance can hamper the entire nations’ health care. Proper productivity is related to the job satisfaction and job satisfaction is the result of attitude and behavior. The purpose of this study was to assess the job satisfaction level among health assistants working in selected Upazila Health Complex (UHC). 203 health assistants were interviewed through purposive sampling technique from four UHCs in the Dhaka district. Out of 203 respondents, 114 were female and 89 were male where Mean± SD was 38.80 ±7.62. The highest 109 (53.7%) participants had 1-10 years of working experience and 104 (51.2%) respondents had monthly income between 18000 -23000 BDTK. The percentage of neutral, satisfied and unsatisfied participants’ was 65%, 28% and 7%, respectively. There was significant (P < 0.05) relationship between job satisfaction and getting medical allowance, training opportunity and salary. Job nature such as security, meaningless, pride and enjoying, support colleagues such as supervisor and coworkers, acceptance by both the community and oneself were identified as the satisfied items where low and fair opportunities for promotion, low increment, and low pay, no praise, high work pressure, and null administrative capacity were found as dissatisfied factors of job. On the basis of these findings, policy makers and concerned authorities could take necessary steps for increasing the level of job satisfaction of health assistants.

Background: In daily practice, physicians encounter many health risks. Multiple studies have found that physicians are finding it difficult to access health care, and often resort to self-diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Cross-section analytical observational study. A non-random convenience sampling technique using a preexisting self-administered validated questionnaire. Results: Most of the factors represented a low-to-moderate or neutral level of difficulty, although 42% of respondents said that finding the time to access care was a high priority. Career threatening illnesses were not a significant problem (72 of 456 respondents, or 15.8%), but 54.4% of respondents reported that they had a colleague with a career-threatening illness. Conclusion: The results indicate the need for policy makers and employer to make a greater effort to meet physicians' health care needs. One of the main weaknesses of this study was the sample, as it cannot be considered to be representative of physicians working in Saudi Arabia. The majority of respondents were general and family physicians, so the results may not apply to other specialties that were not represented equally in our sample.

Background: Breast cancer is the most widespread type of cancer of women throughout the world. The likelihood of its treatment can be increased by screening and early detection in the early stages. The present study aimed to determine the knowledge and behavior of women referred to health care institutes of Bandar Abbas regarding screening for breast cancer. Materials and Methods: The present cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 370 women who referred to Bandar Abbas health care centers and were selected by the cluster sampling technique. A questionnaire containing demographic characteristics, knowledge assessment, and performance evaluation was used to collect the required data. The minimum and maximum scores were within the range of 0-20 and 0-7 for wise questions and performance, respectively. Finally, data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, along with chi-square and analysis of variance (ANOVA) tests using SPSS16. Results: The mean age of women was 55.35 ± 2.27 years. In addition, 298 (80.5%) and 72 (19.4%) of them were married and single, respectively. The mean knowledge score was 12.48 ± 3.85 and the mean score was 2.9 ± 2.29 as well. Finally, there was a significant relationship between the knowledge and behavior of the subjects (P<0.001). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, regular education programs are suggested to increase women’s knowledge. Thus, their performance is hoped to increase by extending their level of knowledge.

The purpose of this paper was to analyze the role of Essence, objectives, and content of EEP’s on their Performance with the moderating role of learner disability in Thailand. Entrepreneurship education programs are developing quickly to facilitate persons to project into an innovative business, raise the amount of “Entrepreneurs” and as well as make an influence on the intention and behavior of entrepreneurs. The present paper applies a quantitative methodology. The researcher of this study selected the sample of the study purposely. The researcher of this paper collected data from educators and students from various universities of Thailand. All the hypotheses of this paper were accepted and has a significant impact on each other. The current research suggests policy makers to be conscious of learner’s needs of entrepreneurship education programs performance. This research was limited to the Universities of Thailand. Similar researches in other states and in other universities are required to be carried out by simple random sampling technique to assess entrepreneurship education programs.

Background: Delivery of effective healthcare for the attainment of health sector goals and objectives requires committed human resource. The aim of the study was to assess the level of satisfaction of Primary Health Care workers in Benue State, to determine knowledge and preferences regarding motivational factors and utilisation of such by their employers to enhance job performance. Methods: A descriptive cross sectional study was conducted using a multistage sampling technique. Data were obtained via the use of a semi structured self-administered questionnaire. EpiInfo version 3.3.2 statistical software was used to analyse the data. Results: Over half (63.9%) of the respondents were satisfied with their job due to on the job gain of experiences and prompt payment of salary. Good communication (53.6%) and training opportunities (56.7) were motivating factors in use by their employers. Provision of drugs (59.8%), prompt payment of salaries (55.7%) and promotion of staff (54.6%) were respondent's preferred motivational factors. Conclusion: Over fifty percent of workers were satisfied with their Jobs. The identified factors responsible for workers motivation and preferences if given adequate attention would positively influence the quality of healthcare. Healthcare Managers should therefore pay close attention to allow employees participate in their decision making. Additionally, ensure availability of work equipment and improvement on workers welfare package to achieve job satisfaction and positive patient outcome.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of attitudes on the intention to choose Islamic banks, to analyze the effect of subjective norm on the intention to choose Islamic banks. to analyze the effect of the control behavior of the intention to choose the Islamic banks, to analyze the moderating influence of religiosity on the relationship attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control of the intention to choose the Islamic banks . The method used is a survey with a sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of this study was 100 respondents . Further analysis tools used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 software . Based on this study it can be concluded that the attitude does not affect to the intention of choose Bank BRISyariah. Subjective norm positive effect on intention choose Bank BRISyariah. Control behavior does not affect to the intention choose Bank BRISyariah. Relationship between Attitudes, Subjective Norms and Behavior Control with the intention to select Bank BRISyariah not moderated by religiosity.Based on these conclusions can be said that the Bank BRISyariah should improve understanding related to the subjective norm in order to increase the number of customers who use the services of Islamic Banking . Further research is recommended in order to follow up and develop this research to further explore the independent and dependent variables continued before and after behavioral intention or intention to perform a specific action .

Kepuasan kerja menjadi masalah yang cukup menarik dan penting, karena terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang besar bagi individu maupun perusahan. Kepuasan kerja merupakan suatu sikap seseorang terhadap pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan situasi kerja, kerja sama antara karyawan, imbalan yang diterima dalam kerja, dan hal-hal yang menyangkut fisik dan psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kepuasan kerja perawat di bangsal medikal bedah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini dengan analisa univariat untuk mendeskripsikan karekteristik dari variabel yang ada. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner kepada perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit tertentu di Kabupaten Timur Tengah Selatan dan Kota Kupang, sampel yang di ambil berjumlah 89 sampel. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini rata-rata kepuasan kerja perawat berada pada kategori netral yang artinya perawat merasa apa yang sudah diterima sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang sudah mereka lakukan hal ini dilihat dari Sembilan kategori yang di telliti yaitu gaji, supervisi, tunjangan tambahan, penghargaan, kondisi kerja, promosi, sifat kerja dan komunikasi kecuali rekan kerja. Saran untuk peneiliti kedepannya agar dapat menggunakan variabel yang lain seperti well-being terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit.   Kata kunci : kepuasan kerja, perawat   IDENTIFICATION OF NURSE WORK SATISFACTION THAT WORKED IN THE MEDICAL SURGERY OF SURGERY   ABSTRACT Job satisfaction is a problem that is quite interesting and important, because it has proven to have a great influence for individuals and for companies. Job satisfaction is a person's attitude towards work related to work situations, cooperation between employees, rewards received in work, and matters relating to physical and psychological. The purpose of this study was to identify job satisfaction of nurses in the surgical medical ward. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The data analysis techniques in this study were carried out by univariate analysis to describe the characteristics of the variables. The sampling technique used questionnaires to nurses who worked in certain hospitals in South Middle East District and Kupang City, the samples taken were 89 samples. . The results obtained from this study mean that the average job satisfaction of certain hospital nurses in East Tengah Selatan District and Kupang City is in the neutral category, which means nurses feel that what they have received is in accordance with the work they have done. telliti namely salary, supervision, additional benefits, rewards, working conditions, promotions, nature of work and communication except coworkers. Suggestions for future researchers to be able to use other variables such as well-being towards job satisfaction for nurses working in hospitals.   Keywords:  job satisfaction, nurse

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara: 1) kreativitas guru PAI terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti , 2) motivasi kerja guru PAI terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti , dan 3) kreativitas dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi korelasional dengan melibatkan 33 orang sampel yang dipilih secara dengan metode sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket/kuesioner. Teknikanalisis data diawali dengan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan linieritas. Uji hipotesis menggunakanuji regresi sederhana danuji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ; 1) Kreativitas guru berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. 2) motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. 3) kreativitas guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai dari ketiga variabel tersebut hanya dapat dimasukkan dalam kategori sedang, sehingga untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam mengajar perlu diperhatikan faktor-faktor lain seperti: gaji, jaminan kerja, jaminan hari tua, penghargaan atas prestasi kerja, dan sebagainya. Kata kunci: kreativitas, motivasi, mutupembelajaran Abstract [The Relationship Between Teachers’ Creativity and Motivation Toward Learning Improvement]. This research aim at determine the correlation between the creativity of teachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, the work motivation of teachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, and the creativity and the work motivation of eachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior. This research employed a method of correlation description with 33 Islamic education teacher were selected as sample by means of census sampling. Technique of collecting data employed questionnaire. Technique of data analysis began with prerequisite of normality and linearity. Hypothesis used test of simple regression and double regression.The study revealed that teacher creativity affects on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, as well as teacher work motivation affects on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior. Futhermore, analysis show that teacher creativity as well as teacher work motivation affects simultaneously on the learning quality of Islamic Education. In conclusion, the average value of those three variables may be only included into medium category. Thus, to increase teacher performance, it needs other factors, such as; salary, job guarantee, pension, appreciation of work achievement, etc. Keywords: Creativity, Motivation, Learning Quality
