Banking is one business entity that seeks in the field of financial services. PT. BPR Ophir Pasaman Barat is a financial institution that raises savings and distributes funds to the public. The spearhead of the financial industry is service, at PT. BPR Ophir Pasaman Barat main service is at the teller. The formulation of the problem taken is how the performance of teller PT. BPR Ophir Pasaman Barat. The purpose of this study to determine the performance of tellers in improving customer service PT. BPR Ophir Pasaman Barat.Reseorch methods descriptive qualitative in which judgement sampling, in data collection to conduct research on customers of PT. BPR Ophir Pasaman Barat from the twenty-fifth to the twenty-seventh of January 2018. The researcher interviewed thirty customers at that time was the customer who had transacted with the teller. The ratings assessed by the customer are five indicators or aspects (Tangible, responsiveness, assurance, reliability, and Emphaty). Conclusions drawn from customer ratings about teller service at PT. BPR Ophir Pasaman Barat is good.

Sharia compliance is considered the basic component of Islamic financial industry as sharia permissibility is one of the basic motive for majority of the customers of Islamic Financial services. Presently the assurance regarding the sharia compliance of Islamic financial institution is given by the Sharia Advisor or Sharia board of respective Islamic financial institution. But there is no process, similar to the credit rating agencies, which provides the public an independent assessment of the commitment of different Islamic financial institution as regard to follow sharia injunctions in true letter and spirit for comparison with other Islamic financial institution. In this paper, the concept of credit rating, its origin, importance and advantages are discussed. In the light of the credit rating agencies practices, the concept of sharia rating and its importance are elaborated. It is observed and recommended that sharia quality rating will be very beneficial for all the stakeholders of the Islamic financial institutions as well the Islamic financial industry hence regulatory bodies of Islamic financial institutions, IFI’s and Credit Rating Agencies shall work together to further refine the concept for implementation of Sharia rating in the industry.

This research aims to describe sentence production errors especially pause and tongue slips in the 2018 Student Constitutional Debate Competition. The benefits of research for the researcher are to deepen knowledge about language, especially errors in the production of sentences, and for the reader to give knowledge to the public about the study of psycholinguistics in producing a sentence and broaden the insight into language about sentence production. Descriptive qualitative method was used in this study. This research used source data of 2018 Student Constitutional Debate Competition semifinal one and final one video. In this study the tapping technique was used for the data collection technique. Based on the results of data management and analysis, the sentence production errors contained in the 2018 Student Constitution Debate Contest video are (1) Breathing pause, (2) Doubt pause, (3) Malaproprism, (4) Transposition tongue slip, (5) Anticipation tongue slip, (6) Perseveration tongue slip. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan produksi kalimat terutama senyapan dan kilir lidah pada Lomba Debat Konstitusi Mahasiswa Tahun 2018. Manfaat penelitian bagi peneliti adalah untuk memperdalam pengetahuan mengenai bahasa khususnya kesalahan produksi kalimat dan bagi pembaca yaitu untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang kajian Psikolinguistik dalam memproduksi suatu kalimat serta memperluas wawasan kebahasaan mengenai produksi kalimat. Dalam penelitian digunakan metode berupa desktiptif kualitatif. Penelitian menggunakan sumber data berupa video Lomba Debat Konstitusi Mahasiswa tahun 2018 babak semifinal satu dan final satu. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik sadap catat. Berdasarkan hasil pengelolaan dan analisis data, kesalahan produksi kalimat yang terdapat dalam video Lomba Debat Konstitusi Mahasiswa Tahun 2018 yaitu (1) Senyapan pernapasan, (2) Senyapan keraguan, (3) Kilir lidah malaproprisme, (4) Kilir lidah transposisi, (5) Kilir lidah antisipasi, (6) Kilir lidah perseverasi. <p><em>This study aims to examine the policy of Islamic banking law in maintaining its existence in the face of the plague that is hitting Indonesia. OJK (Financial Services Authority) has also made a number of policies that are used as an effort to save the economy in Indonesia. One of the regulations is stated in POJK  Number 18 / POJK.03 / 2020 concerning "Written Orders for Handling Bank Problems". The legal policy used by Islamic banking is to measure the new OJK regulations as the organizer of an integrated regulatory and supervisory system of all activities in the financial services sector. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. related to the world of banking. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research is Islamic banking which has more religious wisdom. The results of this study indicate that Islamic banking is making service updates, considering that the transition of the banking world to digital can increase the efficiency of work processes and improve the quality of customer service, by digitizing during the pandemic. The bank has made long-term investments and it is projected that digital services will be one of the main drivers of sustainable banking industry growth in the context of fulfilling POJK Number 18 / POJK.03 / 2020.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

<span>This research aimed to find out the public perception of the use of financial technology (Fintech). The informant in this research is the citizen of Medan as a user fintech or not. Data collection techniques by using in-depth interviews to 10 informants with different ages and professions background. The analysis technique by using descriptive qualitative method that is useful to provide facts and data. The result shows that public perception toward the use of financial technology (fintech) includes attitude, interest, understanding, motivation, and expectation. Where attitude of society towards the use of fintech, providing support to the progress of financial technology innovation in Indonesia is very helpful for the community, while the public interest to use fintech has been proven from interviews 9 out of 10 respondents have been interested by using it. The society has understood the benefits and usage of fintech because using fintech is more efficient and effective than other financial services so that people are motivated to use fintech. The society hope to the organizers of fintech in order to provide socialization to the public and practicality in using the service, so that people who lack understanding of technology can use it easily.</span>

Competitions in the financial industry are so tight that sharia banks can no longer simply rely on standard products to attract the public. The development of sharia banking products and services should not merely 'imitate' from conventional banking products. However, the development of this innovation product does not mean eliminating the principles of syariah let alone just be used as legal and administrative hilah to gain profit alone, on the grounds that Islamic banks are positioned as a financial intermediary institution based on business not a social institution. Based on these problems, the authors get some solution that is, development of innovation (product) is permitted when there is a stronger proposition and clarity of meaning contained therein, conformity with the purpose of sharia (maqashid al-syariah), and relevance to the development of the times and needs Human beings will transactions and modern contracts.

Otoritas Jasa Keuangan merupakan lembaga yang independen dan bebas dari campur tangan pihak lain, dibentuk dengan salah satu tujuan yaitu untuk mengawasi lembaga keuangan. Pengawasan OJK dilakukan agar lembaga keuangan yang diawasi tidak melakukan pelanggaran dan terus berkembang serta tidak merugikan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan tugas pokok Otoritas Jasa Keuangan di Kota Makassar dalam pengawasan aktifitas perbankan, meliputi kelembagaan bank, kesehatan bank dan aspek kehati-hatian bank. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar pada Kantor Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Regional 6 Sulawesi Maluku Papua (SULAMPUA) Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif empiris. Maksudnya pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk menganalisa tentang sejauh manakah suatu peraturan atau perundang-undangan atau hukum yang sedang berlaku secara efektif kepada publik mengenai peranan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengawasan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan sangat penting dalam pengawasan aktivitas perbankan yang meliputi kegiatan usaha, tingkat kepatuhan, serta hal yang berdampak kepada masyarakat terkait krisis integritas sebuah lembaga keuangan. Financial Services Authority (OJK) is an independent institution and free form other parties’ interference, which was formed with one of the objectives of a joint financial institution. OJK supervision is carried out so that the supervised financial institutions do not commit violations and continue to develop as well as do not harm the public. This study aims to see the implementation of the main duties of the financial services authority in Makassar City in monitoring banking activities which include aspects of banking, bank health and banking prudence. This research was conducted in Makassar City at the Regional Financial Services Authority Office 6 Sulawesi Maluku Papua (SULAMPUA) Makassar City. The method used is empirical normative approach. This means that the approach is to analyze the extent to which a regulation or statute is appropriate and effective for the public regarding the roles of Financial Services Authority. The results showed that the implementation of supervision by the Financial Services Authority is very important in the supervision of banking activities, including business activities, the level of supervision, as well as matters that have an impact on society related to the integrity of a financial institution.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how public participation in handling and management of Ecotourism Area and develop innovation model of public participation policy in Management and Development of Ecotourism Area Situterate Cikande Sub-District, Serang District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with primary data collection techniques in the form of interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that public participation in tourism handling and management in the ecotourism area Situterate Cikande Serang Regency has not been done optimally, the public is still positioned as an object, passive and not yet have a high level of awareness in the management and development of ecotourism areas. Digital transformation is the main direction of development of the national financial industry. Traditional banking services are being transferred to online services, especially in the context of the rapid growth of e-commerce. The introduction of new information channels of remote interaction allows credit institutions to reduce their costs, improve the quality and speed of customer service, balance active and passive operations, expand the «line» of banking products and financial services, stabilize and expand the customer base. The development of the banking business based on the introduction of a fast payment system is becoming a necessity for all categories of retail and corporate clients. The creation and development of the infrastructure of the fast payment system is a priority project of the Bank of Russia for the development and expansion of non-cash payments. This project is aimed at developing the availability of financial services in remote regions of Russia and reduces the costs of market participants.

Главная тенденция отраслей национальной экономики - цифровизация. Финансовая отрасль кардинально перестроила свои бизнес-процессы и стала драйвером цифрового развития. Цифровая трансформация банков осуществляется с помощью экосистем. Банковская экосистема предполагает комплексный подход к формированию инфраструктуры с помощью отдельных элементов. Цифровизация полностью переформатировала работу игроков финансового сектора и повлияла на организацию и функционирование банков, финансовые услуги и продукты. Средним банкам в период трансформации бизнес-процессов под влиянием информационных технологий сложно реагировать на запросы клиентов и конкурировать с крупными игроками финансового рынка. Наибольшую эффективность в период диджитализации бизнеса демонстрируют крупные банки, они быстрее приспосабливаются новым условиям работы и имеют большую скорость внедрения современных IT-технологий. Банк ВТБ - является одним из числа самых активных участников всех государственных программ направленных на поддержку и кредитование среднего и малого бизнеса. Финансовый институт большое внимание уделяет своей цифровой трансформации. В ходе проведенного исследования установлено, что с помощью реализации направлений в сфере цифровых технологий банк не только осуществляет обслуживание клиентов более быстро и безопасно, но и значительно снижает издержки совершенствуя свою ИТ-архитектуру. Внедрение одного искусственного интеллекта в 2020 году позволило Банку ВТБ снизить издержки в объеме 1,2 млрд. руб. (137 моделей используются в бизнес-процессах всех глобальных бизнес-линий). The main trend of the national economy sectors is digitalization. The financial industry has radically restructured its business processes and has become a driver of digital development. Digital transformation of banks is carried out with the help of ecosystems. The banking ecosystem involves an integrated approach to the formation of infrastructure with the help of individual elements. Digitalization has completely reshaped the players in the financial sector and affected the organization and functioning of banks, financial services and products. During the transformation of business processes under the influence of information technology, it is difficult for medium-sized banks to respond to customer requests and compete with major players in the financial market. Large banks demonstrate the greatest efficiency in the period of business digitalization, they adapt faster to new working conditions and have a greater speed of implementation of modern IT technologies. VTB Bank is one of the most active participants in all government programs aimed at supporting and lending to medium and small businesses. The financial institution pays great attention to its digital transformation. In the course of the study, it was found that by implementing digital technologies, the bank not only provides customer service more quickly and safely, but also significantly reduces costs by improving its IT architecture. The introduction of one artificial intelligence in 2020 allowed VTB Bank to reduce costs in the amount of 1.2 billion rubles. (137 models are used in the business processes of all global business lines).

The bank is a financial institution that has an intermediary function that bridges the interests of parties who are excess funds (creditors) and those who need funds (debtors). Banks in channeling funds, among others, through the provision of credit to the public. However, loans issued by banks contain a lot of risk, one of them is People's Business Credit (KUR). Issues regarding the risks of granting credit above will be discussed in this study, which this study uses a normative juridical method using the statutory approach. This study shows the arrangements regarding risk management are regulated in PBI Number 11/25/PBI/2009 concerning the Application of Risk Management in Commercial Banks and in Regulation of the Financial Services Authority Number 18 / POJK.03 / 2016 Regarding the Implementation of Risk Management for Commercial Banks. The implementation of the prudential principle internally for a bank's Human Resources (HR) is to apply the Banking Risk Management Principles. Banking practices usually assess five aspects of debtors (the five C’s analysis), namely: character, capital, capacity, economic conditions and collateral.
