This study aims to determine the profile of Islamic financial literacy in employees and customers of Baitu-l-maal wa Tamwil Darut Tauhid Bandung. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with interval formula to determine the literacy level of the respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire to 121 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the profile of Islamic financial literacy among BMT employees and customers is moderate. The employee profile has an Islamic financial level of 0.76. The profile of the level of Islamic financial literacy shows that the level of behavior towards Islamic finance among employees is not in accordance with the knowledge and attitudes of employees in managing finances. The customer profile has an Islamic financial literacy level of 0.50. The level of customer Islamic financial literacy shows that the level of customer behavior towards Islamic finance is not in accordance with the level of customer knowledge and attitudes in managing finances.

Profitability is bank performance indicator that effort in certain time. Profitability is known by Return On Asset (ROA). Return On Asset (ROA) is influenced by   Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). To improve  the influence Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) need the research. This research uses quantitative method. The population is all the BPR in  Indonesia. The population are consist of 100 BPR. Technique of sampling is used census. This research sample is 100 BPR. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linear regression.The results of this research shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA). Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has not influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA).Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) is more dominant variable than Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) influences Return On Asset (ROA). So may the bank need to improve the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) because these variables have influence significantly to Return On Asset (ROA).

This study aims to explain and analyze the segmentation of syllables and phonemes in command sentences using phonological studies. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique used was the analysis of data interpretation and the data source used came from an informant who then segmented the voice of the informant using the PRAAT application. The six data discussed in this study are: (1) images of the annotation results of sound segmentation using the PRAAT application, (2) the number of words, syllables, and syllable patterns in each sentence, (3) description of the number of phonemes in each sentence, (4) sentence duration , (5) the whole syllable, and (6) the whole phoneme. The results of this study indicate that a sentence can be analyzed and segmented using technology-based applications, from this analysis can be seen the duration, syllable, phonemes, and words. Segmentsai analysis is carried out in accordance with what the informant pronounces, so that the sound produced by the informant must be clear.

Abstract The aim of this study is to predict factors influencing in job preference among Shariah Banking Student at disruption era. There are two variables to predict the factors, knowledge about sharia banking career and attitude. This study used a quantitative approach and online survey as the data collection technique. The result showed that intention is influenced by attitude and knowledge. This research provided a suggestion for managers of Islamic banking programs to carry out two approaches to marketing it, namely the consumer approach and product approach. The consumer approach was carried out by transferring knowledge about broader job prospects in this era and conducting market sensing. While the product approach was done by compiling a curriculum that is always updated with the needs of markets that are moving rapidly in this era. This study is limited to only on sharia banking student. The limitation of this study is the absence of testing of factors other than knowledge and attitudes that contribute to predicting intentions.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memprediksi faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi pekerjaan pada mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah di era disrupsi. Ada dua variabel untuk memprediksi faktor-faktor tersebut, yaitu pengetahuan tentang karir kerja perbankan syariah di era dan sikap. Pendekatan kuantitatif diadopsi dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa niat dipengaruhi oleh sikap dan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini memberikan saran bagi manajer program perbankan syariah untuk melakukan dua pendekatan untuk memasarkannya, yaitu pendekatan konsumen dan pendekatan produk. Pendekatan konsumen dilakukan dengan mentransfer pengetahuan tentang prospek pekerjaan yang lebih luas di era ini dan melakukan penginderaan pasar. Sedangkan pendekatan produk dilakukan dengan menyusun kurikulum yang selalu diperbarui sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar yang bergerak cepat di era ini. Penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada siswa perbankan syariah. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah tidak adanya pengujian faktor selain pengetahuan dan sikap yang berkontribusi untuk memprediksi niat.

Traffic Police Polresta Banjarmasin improves the public services. The public services improvement depend on The Performance. The performance is influenced by traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation. To analyzing and to know the influence  of those variables to the performance need the research in police lalu lintas Polresta Banjarmasin.  Quantitative method is used in the research. The population is all members of the police. They are 90 persons. Technique of sampling is census. This research sample  63 person. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis.    The results of this research shows that traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation have influence significantly to the performance partially. Traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation are need to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performance improvemet

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in Nagari financial management in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The background of this study is due to the low work spirit of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang subdistrict which is still so that it has an impact on Nagari financial management that is not optimal. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the form of associative research. The population in this study was of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang Subdistrict, totaling 140 respondents. The sample in this study consisted of 126 Nagari apparatus which were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% and the sampling technique using the Proportionate Stratifed Random Sampling technique. Data collection technique in this study are using questionnaires distributed to respondents with measurement using a Likert scale. The data obtained are then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work spirit variable (simultaneously) has a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management with a significance value of 0,000 and the value of Adjust R Square 0.295. Thus, the influence of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in managing nagari finances is 29.5%. While the remaining 70.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study investigates the performance and sustainability of halal food SMEs in the FinTech era. The large aggregate contribution of SMEs does not yet reflect good performance in domestic and foreign market competition due to lack of financial literacy. FinTech can support financial literacy so performance and sustainability SMEs will increase. Consequently, testing the effect of fintech and literacy on the performance and sustainability of MSMEs. A total of one hundred respondents are selected using the quantitative method as sources of data collection. The questionnaires are distributed using a purposive sampling method in Surakarta, Indonesia. The software used for analysis is SEM-PLS.  The results of this study state that the performance and sustainability of SMEs are influenced by FinTech and financial literacy

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior, the effect of financial inclusion on financial behavior, and the effect of education level on financial behavior. The method in data processing used in this research is to use PLS (Partial Least Square) with the object of research being SMEs in the food stalls/shops in the Bahagia Village, Bekasi Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive probability with the form of non-probability sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire as many as 106 SMEs in the food stalls/shops in the Bahagia Village, Bekasi Regency. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of financial literacy on the financial behavior of SMEs in food stalls/food stalls in Bahagia Village with t statistics 2.618 greater than t table 1.659, and a significant value of financial inclusion on financial behavior with t statistics 2.462 greater than t table 1.659, as well as the significant value of education level on the financial behavior of SMEs in food stalls/shops in Bahagia Village with a t statistics of 2.689 which is greater than a t table of 1.659.

This Skripsi has entitled: “Service Quality Influences the Satisfaction of the Community of Yellow Card Makers (AK-I) at the  Labor Service of Tangerang Regency. The population in this study amounted to 48.993 people from high in the hole population in the researchers used 100 people as samples to be tested, the sample used an accidental sampling of respondents in this study was the community of yellow card makers (AK-I) at the Labor Service of Tangerang Regency. In this research, the method used a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data collection technique used is literature study and field study by way of observation, questionnaire, and interview. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Solution Service) for Windows Version 24 using correlation techniques and with the person product with regression testing.

ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine how the implementation of digital marketing in MSMEs in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The analysis in this study used descriptive quantitative method with questionnaire as the data collection technique. The population in this study were MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency with a sample size of 32 MSMEs. Data analysis was carried out in four phases, namely editing, coding, tabulation, and data analysis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan jumlah sampel 32 UMKM. Analisis data dilakukan dalam empat tahap, yaitu penyuntingan, pengkodean, tabulasi, dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa implementasi digital marketing dalam pengembangan industri 4.0 pada UMKM di Kabupaten Sidoarjo belum terlaksana karena kurangnya pelatihan, modal usaha, sumber daya manusia, strategi pengembangan yang belum terpenuhi, karakteristik bisnis tradisional dan konsultasi yang tinggi biaya.Kata Kunci : Digital Marketing; UMKM; Revolusi Industri 4.0

This study aims to determine the effect of job demands on burnout in public special school teachers. There are 126 subjects who were choosen by using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative method. The data collection technique in this study uses instruments which has been adapted based on from Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Job Demands-Resources Questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested using the linier regression analysis one predictor. The result shows the score of F count 27,704 > F table 3,94 with significant value 0,000 (p > 0,05). It means, there is significant effect of job demands on burnout in public special school teachers. The effect of job demands on burnout is 18,3 %.
