This Skripsi has entitled: “Service Quality Influences the Satisfaction of the Community of Yellow Card Makers (AK-I) at the  Labor Service of Tangerang Regency. The population in this study amounted to 48.993 people from high in the hole population in the researchers used 100 people as samples to be tested, the sample used an accidental sampling of respondents in this study was the community of yellow card makers (AK-I) at the Labor Service of Tangerang Regency. In this research, the method used a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data collection technique used is literature study and field study by way of observation, questionnaire, and interview. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Solution Service) for Windows Version 24 using correlation techniques and with the person product with regression testing.

Personil of Reskrim Polresta Banjarmasin  improve the work performance for service quality improvemtn. The Performance is influenced by emotional intellegent, intellectual intellegent, and work motivation. To analyzing and to know the influence  of those variables to the work performance need the research. Quantitative method is used in the research. The population is all members of the police namely 60 persons. Technique of sampling is census. This research sample  60 person. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis. The results of this research shows that intellegent, intellectual qoution, and work motivation have influence significantly to the performance partially and together. The emotional intellegent, intellectual intellegent, and work motivation are need to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performance.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the food and beverage department service quality on customer satisfaction at the Daily Inn Hotel, Jakarta. This study used a quantitative method with a data collection technique in the form of questionnaires and literature studies. The population of this study was the consumers of the Daily Inn Hotel, Jakarta, that served by Food and Beverage Department during March 2019. The samples in this study were calcuated by Slovin Formula, with 10% error tolerance. The data then were processed by SPSS statistical analysis. The results of this study indicated that service quality had an effect on consumer satisfaction by 0.838 or 83.8% based on the coefficient of determination of 0.162 or 16.2% explained by other factors not included in this study. From the results of the T-test carried out, with the results of the analysis of 21.660 greater than 1.662 and a probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.60, it was concluded that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted which means that the service quality variable (X) significantly affects the consumer satisfaction variable (Y).

Abstract The Conception of Community Life in Petatah Petitih Minangkabau with The Indigeneous Approach. This study aims to identify the Minangkabau conceptions values as depicted in the petatah petitih Minang (proverb). This research examines Minang Proverb with the Indigenous Psychology approach. Qualitative research methods, describing, interpreting the concept of values in the Minangkabau community which is illustrated by the Minang proverb. The data collection technique used is desk research and interview. Sources of literature study are from the Minangkabau Adat textbook obtained from the Rumah Gadang Minangkabau pavilion in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; the results of previous studies / research, and relevant information from online mass media. Online Interview was conducted with the Chief Advisor of the Bundo Kanduang Council Organization Advisor Solok City, West Sumatra. The results show that there are ten values or Minangkabau life concept which are contained in the Minang proverb which is inherent in the Minang identity, namely; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi –malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; loyal; fair; thrifty; watchful; braveness; wise diligent and humble. Key words: Minangkabau conceptions, Minang proverb, Indigenous psychology Abstrak Konsep Pola Hidup Masyarakat dalam Petatah Petitih Minangkabau dengan Pendekatan Indigenius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsepsi nilai-nilai adat yang berkaitan dengan pola hidup masyarakat Minangkabau (Minang) yang tergambar dalam Petatah Petitih (pepatah) Minang. Penelitian ini mengkaji psikologi yang lekat pada budaya adat Minangkabau yang tertuang dalam Pepatah Minang dengan pendekatan Indigenous Psychology (Psikologi Indigenius). Metode penelitian kualitatif, yakni menggambarkan, menafsirkan konsepsi nilai-nilai adat pada masyarakat Minangkabau yang tergambar pepatah Minang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara studi kepustakaan (desk research) dan wawancara. Sumber studi kepustakaan adalah dari buku teks Adat Minangkabau yang diperolah dari anjungan Rumah Gadang Minangkabau di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; hasil kajian/penelitian sebelumnya, dan informasi yang relevan dari media massa daring. Wawancara dilakukan kepada Ketua Penasehat Organisasi Bundo Kanduang Kota Solok Sumatera Barat secara daring. Hasil menunjukan terdapat sepuluh nilai atau konsep pola hidup masyarakat Minang yang tertuang dalam pepatah minang yang melekat pada jati diri orang Minang yakni; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi-malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; setia; adil; hemat cermat; waspada; berani karena benar; arif bijaksana; rajin dan rendah hati. Profitability is bank performance indicator that effort in certain time. Profitability is known by Return On Asset (ROA). Return On Asset (ROA) is influenced by   Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). To improve  the influence Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) need the research. This research uses quantitative method. The population is all the BPR in  Indonesia. The population are consist of 100 BPR. Technique of sampling is used census. This research sample is 100 BPR. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linear regression.The results of this research shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA). Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has not influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA).Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) is more dominant variable than Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) influences Return On Asset (ROA). So may the bank need to improve the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) because these variables have influence significantly to Return On Asset (ROA).

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian insentif RT dan RW yang diukur pada sembilan indikator kinerja yang semuanya terkait dengan aplikasi program Pemkot Makassar. Tehnik pengumpulan data studi lapang ini terdiri dari observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Makassar tepatnya di Kecamatan Rappocini dengan 11 Kelurahan sebagai obyek penelitian yang akan dikaji. Pendekatan peneltian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif yang tujuannya untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai fenomena yang terjadi. Dampak yang diharapkan dari perwali Kota makassar No 3 tahun 2016 tentang pemberian insentif kepada RT dan RW sekota Makassar khususnya Kecamatan Rappocini adalah penerapan pelayanan yang mampu bersinergi secara positif antara masyarakat dengan aparatur pemerintah terkecil RT/RW dan pemberian insentif bagi RT/RW sesuai dengan kebijakan yang ada. Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Pemerintah, Pemberian Insentif, Ketua RT/RW Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of RT and RW incentives as measured on nine performance indicators, all of which are related to the application of the Makassar Municipal Government program. This field study data collection technique consists of observation, interview and documentation. The methods of data collection in this study are interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted in makassar city precisely in Rappocini sub-district with 11 villages as the object of research to be studied. This research approach uses qualitative analysis with descriptive type whose purpose is to provide an overview of the phenomenon that occurs. The expected impact of makassar City Trust No. 3 of 2016 on providing incentives to RT and RW in Makassar, especially Rappocini Subdistrict, is the implementation of services that are able to synergize positively between the community with the smallest government apparatus RT / RW and provide incentives for RT / RW in accordance with existing policies. Abstract: This study focused on forms of social pathology. Dua Garis Biru's novel tells a story about teenage life who commit deviation. The deviations committed by teenagers in Dua Garis Biru's novel are juvenile delinquency, dating, sexual relations before marriage, and early-age marriage. The deviant actions will give knowledge about the importance of sex education and the importance of communication between parents so that it can increase the discussion about sexuality to the children who are already teenagers. The method of the study was qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique was a literature study by collecting books and other sources related to the problems of the study. The results of the study show that Dua Garis Biru's novel show several forms of social pathology: Bima, who likes to skip school; Dara and Bima, who have dating until they have sexual relations before marriage; and Dara, who attempts to abort the fetus. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions are delivered to the readers and further researchers. For readers, they can take positive values from Dua Garis Biru's novel. For further researchers, it is expected that it can be used as a reference for the description of social pathology in Indonesian literary works. Novel Dua Garis Biru mengangkat cerita mengenai kehidupan remaja yang melakukan penyimpangan. Penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh remaja pada novel Dua Garis Biru ini adalah juvenile delinquency, pacaran, hubungan seksual di luar nikah, dan pernikahan dini. perbuatan-perbuatan menyimpang ini akan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya edukasi seks dan pentingnya komunikasi antara orangtua agar dapat meningkatkan diskusi mengenai seksualitas kepada anak-anak yang sudah beranjak remaja. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, dengan cara mengumpulkan buku-buku dan sumber-sumber lain yang terkait dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel Dua Garis Biru menempatkan beberapa bentuk patologi sosial, seperti: Bima yang suka membolos, Dara dan Bima yang berpacaran sampai melakukan hubungan seksual di luar nikah, dan percobaan Dara untuk menggugurkan janin yang dikandungnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, beberapa saran disampaikan kepada pembaca dan peneliti selanjutnya. Bagi pembaca agar bisa mengambil pelajaran nilai-nilai positif dari novel Dua Garis Biru. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi mengenai gambaran patologi sosial dalam karya sastra Indonesia. This research is motivated by the writer interest in Korean drama shows. So finally doing research to see the impact on one of the communities in Cikarang, namely the TnT Label Community, which is basically a K-pop dance cover community. So the purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an effect of the drama True Beauty on buying interest in K-Beauty products in the TnT Label dance cover community. This research was conducted with a quantitative method using an explanatory survey. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of Korean drama True Beauty on buying interest in K-Beauty products. The theory used in this research is IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) Theory. The population in this study were all members of the TnT Label Community in Cikarang. Data collection was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and literature study.

This research aims to determine the immigration office services providing services to the community and how much influence the quality of immigration office services on the level of community satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population in this research amounted to 21613 people. While sampling uses the Slovin formula with convenience sampling technique so that a sample of 100 people is obtained. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature studies. The results of this research are that the service at the Bengkalis Immigration Office has been well fulfilled based on the determination of the central government. Then the service quality of Bengkalis Immigration Office has a significant effect on the level of community satisfaction with a percentage of influence of 68.6% and the remaining 31.4% is influenced by other variables.

The Voice

This study aims to explain and analyze the segmentation of syllables and phonemes in command sentences using phonological studies. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique used was the analysis of data interpretation and the data source used came from an informant who then segmented the voice of the informant using the PRAAT application. The six data discussed in this study are: (1) images of the annotation results of sound segmentation using the PRAAT application, (2) the number of words, syllables, and syllable patterns in each sentence, (3) description of the number of phonemes in each sentence, (4) sentence duration , (5) the whole syllable, and (6) the whole phoneme. The results of this study indicate that a sentence can be analyzed and segmented using technology-based applications, from this analysis can be seen the duration, syllable, phonemes, and words. Segmentsai analysis is carried out in accordance with what the informant pronounces, so that the sound produced by the informant must be clear.

Marketing is one of the important strategies in tourism activities. With the marketing, tourists know the tourist attraction that will be visited. Marketing consists of several aspects, such as product, place/distributions, price and promotion (marketing mix). This research was conducted to determine the form of marketing mix at Tahura Ngurah Rai Mangrove Ecotourism and measure how much influence the marketing mix had on the decisions of foreign tourists visiting Tahura Ngurah Rai Ecotourism. The method used in research is quantitative method. Data collection is conducted by questionnaire, observation, and literature study. While the data analysis technique used is the Important Performance Analysis (IPA) technique. The results of study showed that the components of the marketing mix consisting of products, prices, places / distributions, and promotions still did not meet the level of tourists satisfaction, There were still several components that had to be increased such as price and place. Therefore, the manager must focus on to the component that doesn’t meet the level of tourist satisfaction since it can influence the tourist visiting decisions.
