Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan mengenai implementasi kebijakan program Gerakan Bersama Rakyat Atasi Kawasan Padat Kumuh dan Miskin terhadap penyediaan rumah layak huni di Kecamatan Cisoka Kabupaten Tangerang tahun 2019. Permasalahan kemiskinan masih menjadi persoalan yang harus diperhatikan oleh Pemerintah baik Pemerintah Pusat maupun Pemerintah Daerah. Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Tangerang berupaya untuk mengentasan Kemiskinan dengan membuat Program GEBRAK PAKUMIS, dimana Program  ini dalam bentuk bantuan hibah membangun adan merenovasi rumah-rumah yang tidak layak huni menjadi rumah layak huni bagi Masyarakat. Dalam implementasi kebijakan program GEBRAK PAKUMIS di Kecamatan Cisoka Kabupaten Tangerang pada tahun 2019 berpedoman pada Peraturan Bupati Nomor 63 Tahun 2019 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan program GEBRAK PAKUMIS. Informan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini yaitu dari pilar Pemerintah di Dinas Perumahan Permukiman dan Pemakaman, dan Lembaga terkait serta masyarakat penerima manfaat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan obervasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian implementasi kebijakan program GEBRAK PAKUMIS masih belum masksimal berkaitan dengan anggaran, belum semua masyarakat menerimah hibah,waktu pengerjaan serta kualitas hasilperlu ditingkatkanl,tetapi Program GEBRAK PAKUMIS telah mendapat Penghargaan yang cukup baik dari Masyarakat mapun dari Pemerintah Pusat.Tujuan dan Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi Kepada Pemerintah Daerah agar Impelementasi Program GEBRAK PAKUMIS dapat berjalan dengan Efektif dan Efisien.

This research was conducted to analyze and investigate the impact of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the intention to move perceived by the operator employees of one of the Garment Companies. Data is collected through surveys and library studies. The questionnaires were sent to respondents returned resulting in a response rate of 98%. From correlation and regression analysis, this study found that the correlation and impact of turnover intention have been supported. Of the four hypotheses that have been tested in this study, all hypotheses are supported. The results showed that the existence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction was negatively and significantly related to turnover intention and negatively affected the company.

MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) applies health protocols to prove the serve during a pandemic. It is done to decrease the spread of COVID-19. Service quality is improved to the interests of the society that using the Jakarta MRT. MRT applies the health protocol named BANGKIT (Bersih, Aman, Nyaman, Go Green, Kolaborasi, Inovasi, and Tata Kelola). The research aims to know the satisfaction level towards user society satisfaction as the passenger of Jakarta MRT who rides MRT from Lebak Bulus Station. The researcher used the quantitative method and used Simple random sampling to take the sample. To calculate data, the researcher did a correlation test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The result of this research showed that the service quality: reliable responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles significantly had a strong connection towards society satisfaction. The questionnaire which contained 24 questions was valid and reliable because r table value was bigger than r count value and reliable value. The value of r2 determination coefficient was 74.8%. It means service quality (Independent) gave significant effect towards variable of society satisfaction. The researcher could conclude that there was a positive effect given by service quality towards society satisfaction.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi penerapan e-SPT terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi studi kasus pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Tangerang Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskripsi kuantitatif. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah Wajib Pajak Terdaftar, Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang wajib menyampaikan, OP Non karyawan dan OP karyawan, Wajib Pajak yang menyampaikan SPT manual, Wajib Pajak yang wajib menyampaikan SPT elektronik dan presentase yang diharapkan tentang kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan Wajib Pajak untuk Orang Pribadi dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan dari jumlah Wajib Pajak dalam penerapan e-SPT. Pada tahun 2017 terlihat persentase kepatuhan sebesar 46,47%, tahun 2018 sebesar 48,46 %, dan tahun 2019 persentase kepatuhan sebesar 49,28%. Sedangkan penerapan e-SPT untuk Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang melaporkan dengan SPT Tahunan kurang efektif karena kurangnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan sosialisasi tentang penerapan e-SPT.

Regional Secretariat (Regional Secretariat) both institutionally and functionally occupies a strategic position as the center of organizational and management activities in the region. Personally, the employees are a group of individuals who possess specialists and competencies that are bound by the structure in carrying out such complex tasks and functions; The dynamics of organizational development and government management shows the level of development is increasingly oriented towards the use of information technology. The problem of this research starts from the effectiveness of the Regional Secretariat organization in carrying out its function as a staff organization. The results of data analysis, Organizational Structure has a correlation (r) of 0.842 to Organizational Effectiveness. The Effect of Organizational Structure on Organizational Effectiveness is 70.8%. F Test Results, simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between Organizational Structure on Organizational Effectiveness in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency. Partially, the Complexity Dimension (X1), Formalization Dimension (X2) and Centralization Dimension (X3) have a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Effectiveness (Y) in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency. The conclusion of this study is that organizational structure simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Effectiveness and Partially, Complexity X1, Formalization X2, Centralization X3 has a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Effectiveness in the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya Regency

The research aims to describe the process of procurement of goods and services electronically in the government of Tasikmalaya City. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews and observations of the website LPSE Tasikmalaya. Through the facility of the digital system, the process of procurement of goods and services electronically done openly, without interference or barriers and can be supervised by all stakeholders who have a sense of responsibility to the process is the best solution to answer the problems of procurement in the Government of Tasikmalaya. Administratively, the implementation of the procurement of goods and services electronically in the government of Tasikmalaya City has already been running legally and procedurally and the principles of procurement of goods and services electronically are efficient, effective, transparent, open, competitive, fair or not discriminatory, accountable or responsible have already been implemented well.

Policy implementation in the government programs and activities is often constrained by weak coordination of stakeholders. The State-Owned Property (SOP) Revaluation Program conducted by the Ministry of Finance in 2017 and 2018 runs slowly and takes a long time to validate the revaluation data. This study intends to uncover the causes of these constraints and how to increase stakeholder engagement in the SOP Revaluation Program. The research method used is qualitative research. The research will conduct literature studies based on various references, documents, and reliable sources at the Directorate General State Asset Management of the Ministry of Finance. This research shows that the policy implementation in the SOP Revaluation Program has not been effective. This shows the low-level of stakeholder engagement caused by the low capability of the human resources at the units of the Ministries/Institutions, the low quality of the SOP management by the units, and the low commitment of the units to achieve the objectives of the program. For this reason, stakeholder mapping needs to be done, as well as choosing a different approach for different stakeholders.

In implementing regional autonomy in a broad, tangible, and responsible manner, budget reform is needed. The main aspect of budget reform is the budget of the traditional budget for the performance budget, and one component that must be developed within the framework of budget implementation is to compile the General Budget Directions and Policies. General directions and policies are a guideline for regional governments in carrying out various public service activities in order to effectively achieve their goals and objectives. APBD General Direction and Policy. Service components and expected level of approval in each area of authority. Local Government will carry out one fiscal year. Preparation of APBD Direction and General Policy, must consider the Regional Strategic Plan, the results of the evaluation of the performance of the previous period of the government, the main ideas of the Regional Budget and directions from the central government. Directions and APBD General Policies that are compiled must receive instructions and general provisions approved by the APBD. In the performance budget system, APBD Direction and General Policy besides being a budget planning instrument are also the basis for evaluating regional financial performance.

This study aims to study and explain the level of planning for the implementation of development planning deliberations in Pameutingan Village, Cipatujah District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The Musrenbang in Pameutingan Village, Cipatujah Subdistrict, is still not optimal. With research methods that use research by using descriptive research methods for qualitative, and deepening the data collection techniques used to use observation, interview and documentation techniques. From this study are the results that show the Effectiveness of Musrenbang Implementation in Pameutingan Village, Cipatujah District, Tasikmalaya Regency based on the dimensions of goal achievement, integration and adaptation that have not been well implemented. Keywords: Effectiveness, Development Planning, Participation

This research is entitled "Implementation of the Child Identity Card (KIA) Policy in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Tasikmalaya City"."The research method used is the qualitative research method. According to Bogdan in Moleong (2007: 4) explains that "Qualitative Method is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observable behavior". To get an intensive, in-depth, detailed and complete qualitative analysis, the data collection in this study will use data sources namely Observation, Interviews and Use of Documents. Every Child is required to have this Child Identity Card (MCH) listed in Permendagri No. 2 of 2016. KIA at the Tasikmalaya City Population Service is still aimed at improving Data Collection, Protection, and Fulfillment of Children's Rights. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Research Methods using descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. Research Results Also The discussion in this MCH policy research was felt to be still lacking because a lot of Tasikmalaya residents especially the city of Tasikmalaya did not know much about what is a Child Identity Card (MCH) and the benefits of the MCH itself.Keywords: Police implementation, Child Identity Card,
