This study aimed at determining the effect of school principal’s leadership and teacher’s performance together on student’s achievement. This research is quantitative using ex post facto. The sample in this study was all teachers in SD Negeri Rayon 2, Pulau Rimau, which consisted of 67 teachers. Data were collected using questionnaire. Data were analysed using quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The results of this study stated that 1) there was significant influence of principal’s leadership on the student’s achievement; 2) there is significant influence of teacher’s performance on the student’s achievement; 3) there is significant influence jointly between the principal’s leadership and the teacher’s performance on the student’s achievement.

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial competence and job satisfaction together on teacher performance. The location of this research was carried out in SD Negeri all Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study with a determination design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers in SD Negeri in Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, consisting of 174 teachers. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between managerial competence on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency; 2) there is a significant influence between job satisfaction on the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency; 3) there is a significant effect jointly between managerial competence and job satisfaction on the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency.

This study aims to describe the learning activities of students during the covid pandemic 19 using the google classroom learning media and student learning achievements in physics measurement subjects. This research is an ex post facto research. The subjects in this study were all semester II students of Physics Education Study Programs, while the object of research was learning activities, learning achievements, and online learning using the Google classroom method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that online student learning activities using google classroom media viewed from 6 indicators are in the good category. Student learning achievements based on an average value of 78 with good criteria.

This study aimed at determining the effect of organizational culture, competency and certification toward teacher’s performance. This research belongs to quantitative ex post facto. The sample in this study was all teachers in SD Negeri Rayon 2 Pulau Rimau, which consisted of 28 teachers. Data were collected using questionnaire. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis and multiple regressions. The results of this study showed that 1) there is significant influence of organizational culture on teacher’s performance; 2) there is significant influence of competency on the teacher’s performance; 3) there is significant influence of teacher’s certification on the teacher’s performance; 4) there is significant influence jointly organizational culture, competency and teacher’s certification on the teacher’s performance.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of news in online media on the thoughts and behavior of a person, because the impact is very strong in shaping public opinion. This study uses communication theory, mass communication, news construction, netizen response, online media. The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis with online data collection techniques. Conclusion of research (1) News construction have positive effect to reporting hoax in online media, meaning that news construction which is loaded and created by online media will influence hoax news dissemination. (2) The netizen response positively affects the news of hoaxes in the online media, meaning more and more netizens respond to hoax news, hoax news will be wider and wilder. (3) News construction and netizen responses have a positive and significant influence on hoax news in media online, meaning that these two variables give a significant influence in the preaching of hoax in online media.

This research performs to test the influence on Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and interest rate (BI Rate) toward Return on Asset (ROA). The research methodology using quantitative descriptive analysis with purposive sampling, the sample is a number of banks that operates of shari’a system. The result shows that (1) FDR has positive significant influence toward ROA; and (2)BI Ratehas negative significant influence towardROA. Prediction capability from both of these variables toward ROA is 26.50% whereas most of it amounting 73.50% isinfluenced by other factors.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh konformitas terhadap teman sebaya terhadap perilaku agresif siswa; (2) pengaruh keterampilan sosial terhadap perilaku agresif siswa; (3) pengaruh persepsi terhadap sinetron anak jalanan terhadap perilaku agresif siswa dan (4) pengaruh konformitas terhadap teman sebaya, keterampilan sosial dan persepsi terhadap sinetron anak jalanan secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku agresif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 715 siswa dan sampelnya 240 siswa. Penentuan ukuran sampel dengan teknik proportional stratifield random Sampling menggunakan nomogram Harry King dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Instrument pengumpul data berupa skala yang telah divalidasi meliputi validitas isi (expert judgment) dan validitas empiris yang dihitung dengan Pearson product moment correlation. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara konformitas terhadap teman sebaya terhadap perilaku agresif siswa, (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara keterampilan sosial terhadap perilaku agresif siswa, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara persepsi terhadap sinetron anak jalanan terhadap perilaku agresif siswa, dan (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara konformitas terhadap teman sebaya, keterampilan sosial dan persepsi terhadap sinetron anak jalanan terhadap perilaku agresif siswa.Kata kunci:konformitas, teman sebaya, keterampilan sosial, persepsi, sinetron anak jalanan, perilaku agresif THE INFLUENCE OF CONFORMITY, SOCIAL SKILL, PERCEPTION OF ANAK JALANAN SINETRON ON AGGREISSVIE BEHAVIORAbstractThis study aimed to determine: (1) the influence of peers' conformity on the student's aggressive behavior, (2) the influence of social skills on the students' aggressive behavior, (3) the influence of Anak Jalanan Sinetron perception on students' aggressive behavior, and (4) the influence of peers' conformity, social skills and perception of Anak Jalanan sinetron corelate to the students' aggressive behavior. This research used quantitative approach of ex-post facto type. The population of this research was 715 students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Salam. Determination of the number of samples used Harry King nomogram with 5% error level, so that the research sample obtained as many as 240 people. The Determination of sample used proportional stratified random sampling technique. Instrument validity included content validity (experts' judgment) and empirical validity calculated by correlation of Pearson product moment. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results show that: (1) there is significant influence of the peers' conformity on students' aggressive behavior; (2) there is significant influence of social skills on students' aggressive behavior; (3) there is a significant influence of Anak Jalanan Sinetron to the students' perception on students' aggressive behavior; (4) there is significant influence of peers' conformity, social skills and perception of Anak Jalanan sinetron correlate to the students' aggressive behavior.Keywords: peers’ conformity, social skill, perception of anak jalanan sinetron and aggresive behavior

<p><span>The purpose of this research are to determine the influence between (1) achievement subject package of expertise (C3) toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice (2) learning motivation toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice multimedia (3) industrial guidance toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice (4) the achievement subject package of expertise (C3), learning motivation, industrial guidance toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. The population was a multimedia student of class XII at State Vocational High School 3 Surakarta. The research was using quantitative approach ex-post facto methods.  Data were collected by questionnaire methods and documentation. Those data were analyzed with multiple regression. The result of this research have shown that: First, the achievement subject package of expertise (C3) variable positively and significantly influence toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. Second, learning motivation variable positively and significantly influence toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. Third, industrial guidance </span>variable positively<span> and significantly influences toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. Fourth,  the achievement subject package of expertise (C3), learning motivation, and industrial guidance found to have significant (Fcalculation=10,735&gt; Ftable= 2,77) and positive (rx1x2x3y=0,654; R2=0,428) toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. This research is conducted to obtain (1) the influence of discipline learning to student achievement, (2) the influence of students confidence to the student achievement, (3) the influence of discipline learning and students confidence collectively to the student achievement.This research is ex post facto research. The population in this reseach is IPS students at 11th  grade of MAN in Padang with the amount is 352 students. The total of samples are determined by using Slovin formula and proportional random sampling. From this pattern, it is obtained 187 students as the samples of the reseacrh. The techniques of collecting data that used in this research are questionnaire and documentation. The instrument of validity test uses product moment and for reliability test uses coefficient alpha formula. Uji prasyarat are conducted with normality test, hetokedastisity test, and multicolonierity test. The technique that is used  for analyzing data is multiple regression analysis. Basen on this research, it is obtained that (1) the discipline learning  has positive and significant influence to the student achievement for IPS students at 11th grade of MAN in Padang (2) The students confidence influences positively and significantly to the student achievement for IPS students at 11th grade of MAN in Padang (3) The discipline learning and students confidence have positive and significant inluence to the student achievement for IPS students at 11th grade of MAN in PadangKeyword :Discipline learning, student confidence, student achievement

ABSTRAK Dalam susunan PAD, perusahaan BUMD memiliki peranan dalam mengisi pos Pendapatan Daerah Lainnya yang Sah. Pos ini merupakan pendapatan yang didapat dari bagian laba penyertaan modal yang dilakukan pemerintah daerah/kabupaten dalam upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan (Kasmir; 2010). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kontribusi PT. Bank SulutGo dalam PAD, dan mengetahui pertumbuhan kontribusi PT. Bank SulutGo terhadap PAD. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pendapatan Asli Daerah ternyata mempunyai hubungan yang tidak terlalu besar dengan pembagian dividen badan usaha milik daerah sehingga kontribusi peningkatan yang terjadi pada pembagian dividen masih belum memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. Pendapatan asli daerah juga masih belum bisa memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi yang ada di Sulawesi Uatara. Secara keseluruhan bahwa baik pembagian dividen, Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi masih belum mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan sehingga peningkatan yang terjadi di pembagian dividen belum memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dan belum memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata Kunci: PAD, badan usaha milik daerah (BUMD) ABSTRACT In the composition of PAD, BUMD companies have a role in filling in the post of other legitimate regional income. This post is income derived from the share of capital participation made by the regional/   district government in an effort to improve and develop (Kasmir; 2010). The purpose of this study was to determine the level of contribution of PT. SulutGo Bank in PAD, and knowing the growth of PT. SulutGo Bank towards PAD. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the Regional Original Income turned out to have a not too large relationship with the dividend distribution of regional-owned enterprises so that the increase in contribution that occurred in dividend distribution still did not contribute significantly to local revenue. Local revenue also still cannot provide a significant influence on economic growth in Sulawesi Uatara. Overall that both dividend distribution. Regional Original Income and economic growth still do not have a significant relationship so that the increase in dividend distribution has not provided a maximum contribution to local revenue and has not contributed significantly to economic growth. Keyword: PAD, regional-owned enterprise (BUMD)

The purpose of this study is to measure how the role of digital based learning applications through smartphone facilities can influence learning motivation among students. The method used in this study was to use quantitative descriptive analysis involving 90 (ninety) students using random sampling techniques.This method of collecting data through a questionnaire method supported by the documentation method. Linear regression analysis is a technique used in analyzing this data. Based on the results of this study concluded: (1) There is a significant influence between digital-based learning applications on student learning motivation (2) There is a significant influence between smartphones on student learning motivation (3) There is a significant influence between digital based learning applications and smartphone against student learning motivation. Simultaneously with the presence of digital-based learning applications and through smartphone means can increase student learning motivation
