Educational supervision holds teacher learning which ultimately results in high student learning achievement. Improving the quality of learning needs to be done continuously as the development of science, technology, and the community. The approach to improving teacher professionalism can be done with supervision techniques, fostering a culture of learning organizations, and training activities. By using this approach, the performance of the institution can be done through continuous improvement of teacher professionalism, both individually and in groups.

Motivated by the problems of the quality of learning. To improve the quality of teaching carried out by teachers, through educational supervision. The research was conducted in SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli Subdistrict, Lampung which aims to describe the Principal's knowledge regarding the role of supervisor and to know the Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Teacher Learning. Research using a qualitative research approach with phenomenological theory. Conclusions: Principals of SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli District, Lampung have good knowledge of academic supervision as evidenced by the supervision of these schools. Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Learning Indonesian language teachers using individual techniques in the form of class visits begins with making a supervision program containing planning, preparation, implementation, evaluation.

Various components influence quality religious education. One of the dominant ones is the teacher. Learning will be of high quality if the teacher is competent and professional. The professional development of teachers is a stage in strengthening skills, competencies, and career advancement, which leads to an increase in the quality of learning being taught. This research uses a literature study method. Sources of data obtained through references and other reading sources related to teacher professionalism, the results showed that the problem of teacher professionalism originated from three components, namely self-development, scientific publications, and innovative work. Quality improvement is more dominantly influenced by teacher professionalism, where teachers are required to achieve predetermined qualifications. by meeting adequate qualifications, the teacher's position will automatically increase. Professional development is related to advancing knowledge and skills by considering attitudes and approaches to improving the quality of learning. It is a process of growing teacher professionalism in strengthening the skills, duties and careers of teachers in facing the changes that occur.Pendidikan agama yang bermutu dipengaruhi oleh berbagai komponen. Salah satunya yang dominan adalah guru. Pembelajaran akan bermutu, apabila gurunya kompeten dan profesional. Pengembangan profesionalitas guru merupakan tahapan dalam penguatan keahlian, kompetensi, dan peningkatan karir yang berujung pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran yang diampu. Riset ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, sumber data diperoleh melalui referensi dan sumber bacaan lain yang berkaitan dengan profesionalisme guru.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masalah profesioalisme guru berawal dari tiga komponen, yaitu pengembangan diri, publikasi ilmiah, dan karya inovatif. Peningkatan kualitas lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme guru, dimana guru dituntut untuk mencapai kualifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. dengan memenuhi kualifikasi yang memadai maka posisi guru akan secara otomatis meningkat. Pengembangan profesionalisme terkait dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan mempertimbangkan sikap dan pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Merupakan proses peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam memperkuat keterampilan, tugas dan karir guru dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi.

This paper examines the principal's strategy in solving the problems of teacher professionalism through academic supervision. Academic supervision activities are a series of activities to help teachers explore and develop their competencies in order to manage learning activities well in order to achieve learning goals. This study is a literature review / research library where the data analysis is done through content analysis. The results of the study indicate that academic supervision activities carried out by the principal must begin with planning, implementation and evaluation with the principle of objectivity and continuous improvement. Through this, the professionalism of teachers in schools will be easily achieved and will be able to improve the quality of learning and the quality of educational institutions.

Teacher Guidance and Counseling in the present day must have a strong foundation of educational science, because the Counselor is one of the types of education personnel in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003. In line with the recognition of government policy counselors in developing the quality of teacher Guidance and Counseling. Teacher certification policy is expected to be able to improve the quality of teacher professionalism Counseling Guidance / Counselor. However, teacher certification did not have a significant impact on improving the professionalism of teacher guidance and counseling, there are still many teachers who have low UKG Counseling / Counselor scores, there are still many Teachers Counseling Guidance / low quality quality counselors and the lack of scientific work contributions generated by teachers Counseling Guidance / Counselors Therefore, it is necessary to have various forms of professional improvement in Guidance and Counseling Teachers so as to increase the choice of Counseling / Counselor Guidance methods in developing Skills professionalism. In developing the professionalism of the Counseling / Counselor Guidance there are several methods, methods in the form of education and training and not education and training, and to realize a truly professional and competent teacher is not enough to follow the PLPG / PPG certification program, the government must have a program continued after the teacher Counseling / Counselor Guidance has a professional certificate to maintain and uplift knowledge according to the times, there are dimensions that must be fulfilled so that the professionalism is maintained, guarantees and always increases in accordance with the needs and demands that develop, among others, with Continuing Professionality Development). Facilitated Counseling / Counseling Teachers and routinely carrying out Continuous Professional Development will certainly show very significant results in the development of Counseling / Counseling Teacher Skills so as to add insight, skills and competencies in today's era.

<p>The problems generally faced by farmers are that vegetables easily rotting due to delayed selling time and higher hygienic standard of vegetables. Based on an interview, we acknowledge that the farmers are unable to understand the utilization of ultraviolet irradiation technology. UV irradiation facilities - which help kills various types of bacteria, spores, protozoan viruses and algae - should be placed near vegetable harvest location. The physical part of vegetables requires special attention and they should not be moved on a regular basis to prevent damages. However, the harvest location is quite distant from electricity sources. As a solution to overcome this problem, a solar powered UV irrayer facility equipped with a portable bag is required. Besides that, the tool should be fitted with branded plastic casings to hold the vegetable to improve selling value, safety, and readiness of the vegetables. The objective of the utilization of this appropriate technology is to improve the quality of the harvested crops. Vegetables will be free from bacteria and risks of Covid-19 exposures. The target of this program is to improve vegetable selling sales rate and to improve the prosperity of the farmers better, or at least as high as pre-pandemic era. The method used to procure this appropriate technology is a design thinking method that covers empathy, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The implementation of the counseling and training activities were conducted on-line and off-line whilst also applying a strict health protocol. The activity was conducted for 4 months.</p>

IbM program aims to provide understanding to partners about the concept and implementation of library management in accordance with library management procedures. The targets to be achieved are as follows. 1) Improving the quality of library staff in managing the library through the manterhadap the nature of the library. A minimum of 75 training materials can be mastered by the trainees. 2) Produce school library management guidelines to facilitate library staff in managing the library. 3) Applying knowledge in school library management. Output target in the form of process is the occurrence of improvement of target audience ability in understanding understanding, concept and process of management and utilization of school library. Output target in the form of product is at least 75% of participants produce library materials that have been processed and at least 75% of participants generate library catalogs to facilitate the process of retrieval. The methods offered to solve the problem of library management are: through the creation of a library management module that contains the concepts of library management; socialization and training of school library management. Implementation of the activity begins with the preparation of training materials, copying, presenting the material, and training with individual guidance. To evaluate the achievement of objectives begins by measuring the candidate's initial capability, followed by an evaluation to measure participants' ability at each stage of the activity, and a final evaluation to measure achievement purpose of program activities. Training activities carried out smoothly in accordance with the expected objectives of this program activities. This activity received a positive response from various parties and trainees in the management of school libraries. So it is expected to provide better service and the existence of school library will be more real in the community.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui (1) perencanaan              (2) pengorganisasian, (3) pelaksanaan, (4) pengawasan dan evaluasi pelatihan dakwah  di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan manajemen pelatihan dakwah dalam meningkatkan mutu SDM santri dan pondok pesantren,               (1) Perencanaanya: analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, tujuan pelatihan, peserta pelatihan, anggaran biaya yang diperuntukan untuk fasilitas peserta, sarana dan prasarana peserta dan pelatihan, waktu dan jadwal kegiatan pelatihan, penentuan pemateri dan kurikulum pelatihan. (2) Pengorganisasiannya: penyusunan struktur kepanitiaan, penataan kebutuhan pelatihan dan pembagian kerja. (3) Pelaksanaannya: merealisasikan program yang telah dibuat dan disepakati.(4)Pengawasan dan evaluasinya: melibatkan pembimbing, dan pengurus dalam setiap kegiatan pelatihan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan manajemen pelatihan dakwah di UKS FOSDAI telah dilakukan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan mutu SDM santri dan pondok pesantren. Kata Kunci : Penerapan Manajemen; Pelatihan dan Mutu SDM The Purpose of this study is: to find out (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementing, (4) supervising and evaluating da’wah training at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. The method used is this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the result of the study, based on the results of the study, the application of da’wah training management in improving the quaity of human resouurces of santri and islamic boarding school, (1) Planning: analysis of research needs, research objectives, trainees, budget for participants facilities, facilities and infrastructure of participants and training, time and schedule of training activities, determination of speakers and training curruculum. (2) Organizing: organizing committee structures, structuring training needs, and division of labor. (3) Implementation: realizing the program that has been made and agreed upon. (4) Supervision and evaluation, invloving supervisors, and administrators in each training activity. It can be concluded that the implementation of the da’wah training management at UKS FOSDAI has been carried out well and can improve the quality of human resources of santri and islamic boarding schools. Improving the quality of learning in schools is carried out by various strategies, one of which is developing teaching materials. The development of teaching materials in modules is currently a very urgent need. Because the application of the module can make learning activities more well-planned, independent, complete, and precise results so that educators can assist schools in realizing quality learning. However, in reality, many educators have difficulty making teaching modules that suit the needs of students. Due to educators' lack of knowledge and training to make teaching modules. Therefore, this PKM activity aims 1) to introduce and equip educators about teaching modules, 2) to assist educators in making teaching modules. The implementation method used in this activity is lecture, practice, and discussion. The activities were conducted online using the Zoom application and offline at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi Empat Lawang. The steps in PKM activities are 1) preparation, 2) implementation, 3) reflection. Data was collected through a questionnaire. The implementation of PKM activities showed that the training activities ran smoothly, and the participants were enthusiastic about participating in the training. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that 72.8% of the participants stated that this training activity could increase their knowledge and understanding of the module, and 83.3% stated that this training activity could train the skills of educators in doing modules. This activity can contribute to educators producing practical modules to use in the learning process.
