The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is Impact of Motivation and compensation to the performance of an employee at the Medan tourism Academy. The sample of this research is an employee of the CIVIL SERVANTS and CPNS AKPAR Medan, the sampling uses slovin formula, namely sampling in which the researcher uses a sample of the population. Analyst data using Multiple regression test with provision models (classic assumption test), hypothesis testing using the test dertiminasi coefficient (R2), partial test (test t) and Simultaneous Test (test f), while data processing using the SPSS program. The results showed that the test of dertiminasi coefficient (R2) variables of motivation and compensation was able to explain its existence against variable employee performance, besides, motivation and compensation partially and simultaneous Effected in positive and significant effect on performance clerk.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of employee turnover in the Employee Performance Raz Hotel Medan. Samples were all employees Hotel, sampling using saturated samples that the population of the whole sample. Analysis of data using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test), while the data processing using SPSS. The results showed that of the coefficient determination Turnover variables affect the performance of employees, in addition to the partial and simultaneous employee turnover and no significant negative effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of motivation on employee performance on KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Medan. The sample was 87 Employees BMT Amanah Ray Medan, sampling using random sampling is sampling that provides an equal opportunity for every member of the population to be sampled. Analysis of data using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), Persia test (t test), while the data processing using SPSS 20. The results showed that the motivation explain the existence of the variable employee performance , besides partially effect motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance.

ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan mengetahui kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas anggota “KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur” secara parsial dan simultan dengan data dari hasil kuisioner secara aksidental dengan sampel 100 anggota BMT dan diuji instrumen. Pengujian regresi berganda Y = a + b1.x1 +b2.x2 menghasilkan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 3,793 + 0,316 + 0,477, uji asumi klasik (normalitas multikoliniearitas, heteroskedastistas), dan uji hipotesis berdasar uji T ditemukan hipotesis pertama dan kedua diterima, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan masing-masing memengaruhi loyalitas dengan kualitas pelayanan lebih dominan mempengaruhi loyalitas. Hasil simultan hipotesis uji F kedua variabel bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan, Loyalitas, Baitul Maal Tamwil. ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study is to find out whether service quality and satisfaction affect the loyalty of members of "KS PPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java" partially and simultaneously with data from the accidental questionnaire results, with a sample of 100 BMT members and tested by using some instruments. The multiple regression test of Y = a + b1.x1 +b2.x2 gave the multiple regression equation of Y = 3.793 + 0.316 + 0.477, and classic assumption test (multicollinearity normality, heteroscedasticity), and hypothesis testing based T- test found that the first and second hypotheses are accepted, and service quality and satisfaction each influence loyalty with service quality more dominantly affects loyalty. The simultaneous results of the two variables of F test hypothesis together have an effect on loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Satisfaction, Loyalty, Baitul Maal Tamwil

The Purpose of this research is to know much influence promotion and price to purchasing decisions milk Dancow produks at Irian Supermarket Aksara Medan. The sample are 100 consumers who purcahase milk Dancow products, using Accidental sampling is taking respondents as a sample by chance. Data Analysis using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model ( the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t test), and a simultaneous test (f test), data processing using SPSS 20. Results showed that of the test the coefficients of determination (R2) variable Promotion and price are able to explain the existence of the variable purchasing decision,besides the partial promotion and price have positives and significant influence on purchasing decision, simultaneous promotion and price have positives and significant impact to purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of debt to total assets ratio and total asset turnover to earnings per share in the sub-sector pharmaceutical company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken throughout the pharmaceutical company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2010 to 2015, sampling using a convenience sampling is sampling based on the desire of researchers. Analysis of data using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R ²), partial test (t test) and a simultaneous test (f test), while the data processing using SPSS. The results showed that test the coefficient of determination (R ²) DAR and TATO variable able to explain the existence of the variable Earning Per Share, besides partially and simultaneously DAR and TATO negative and not significant to Earning Per Share.Keywords: Debt to total assets ratio, total asset turnover and earnings per share.

This research was conducted to analyze relationship between the understanding of the taxpayer and the tax advertising towards compliance of taxpayer to pay Land and Building Tax (PBB) in the Tax Office (KPP) East Tangerang especially in sub-district Ciledug. Objects of this research are taxpayers who pay PBB in KPP East Tangerang especially in sub-district Ciledug and had seen tax advertising in both mass media and electronic media. The samples were taken by non-probability sampling method by using convenience sampling. The total samples used in analysis are 100 respondents. In the technique of data analysts, this research do the validity test by pearson correlation, reliability testing with coefficient Cronbach’s alpha, the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing multiple regression, t test, and F test. The result showed that the understanding of taxpayer have a significant effect on compliance of taxpayer and the tax advertising have  insignificant effect on compliance of taxpayer, meanwhile the understanding of taxpayer and tax advertising simultaneously had a significant effect on compliance of taxpayer. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the extent of the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Berjaya Group Medan. Through a descriptive method involving 84 respondents, data was collected using a questionnaire. Data processing is done by SPSS using multiple regression analysis. The results show that compensation and work discipline have a regression coefficient which proves the relationship between compensation and discipline on performance at PT. Berjaya Group Medan.

<p>Faktual problem yang saat ini sedang dihadapi oleh PNS adalah sorotan negatif akibat kemerosotan mental dan moral yang ditunjukkan dalam melaksanakan tugas pelayanan, mengemukanya praktek KKN (Kolusi, Korupsi dan Nepotisme), menguaknya issue amoral yang telah melibatkan penyelenggara negara, juga terungkap perilaku kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang dilakukan oleh anggota PNS adalah fakta yang tidak dapat dipungkiri. Mengacu pada temuan faktual problem yang ada maka masalah penelitian yang dirumuskan adalah “Bagaimana meningkatkan sikap etis dan kinerja PNS di lingkungan kantor Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah?”.</p><p>Dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden pegawai Biro Umum di Kantor Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap sikap etis dan kinerja. Pengujian pengaruh antar variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Regresi Berganda.</p><p>Hasil pengujian regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, dan kecerdasan spiritual terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sikap etis. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan spiritual serta sikap etis terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.</p><p> </p><p><em>Factual problems currently being faced by civil servants is negative spotlight due to mental deterioration and moral demonstrated in carrying out the ministry, collusion, corruption and nepotism, to reveal issue amoral that has involved state officials, also revealed violent behavior in the home the stairs were made by members of civil servants is a fact that can not be denied. Referring to the factual findings of the problems formulated the research problem is "How to improve ethical attitudes and performance of civil servants in the Central Java Provincial Secretariat office?".</em></p><p><em>By using the data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to respondents employee in the Office of General Bureau Secretariat of Central Java province, this study examines the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual, and spiritual intelligence of the ethical attitude and performance. Testing the influence between variables is done by using multiple regression test.</em></p><p><em>The test results of multiple regression showed that emotional intelligence, intellectual, and spiritual intelligence proved significant positive effect on the ethical attitudes. The results also indicate that emotional intelligence, intellectual, spiritual intelligence and ethical attitude shown to have a significant influence on employee performance.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and communication on the performance of Musi Rawas District Education Office employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, and data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and observations. The number of respondents 53 people. Data analysis techniques using simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test, multiple regression test, determination test, and f test. The first hypothesis testing is the Supervision variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) which shows that the calculation produces a coefficient of 22,830. With a sample size of 53 found df = (53-2) and at a significant level of 0.05, the t-table value was 1.675. With this result it can be said that Supervision has a significant effect on Employee Performance because t arithmetic (22,830)> t table (1,675). The second hypothesis testing is the Communication variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) which shows that t arithmetic produces a coefficient of 8,178. With a sample size of 53 found df = (53-2) and at a significant level of 0.05, the t-table value was 1.675. With these results it can be said that supervision has a significant effect on employee performance because t arithmetic (8,178)> t table (1,675). Then testing the third hypothesis found that the calculated F value was 291,566> F table = 3.18 and the significant level simultaneously sig F was 0,000.
