The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of motivation on employee performance on KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Medan. The sample was 87 Employees BMT Amanah Ray Medan, sampling using random sampling is sampling that provides an equal opportunity for every member of the population to be sampled. Analysis of data using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), Persia test (t test), while the data processing using SPSS 20. The results showed that the motivation explain the existence of the variable employee performance , besides partially effect motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of employee turnover in the Employee Performance Raz Hotel Medan. Samples were all employees Hotel, sampling using saturated samples that the population of the whole sample. Analysis of data using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test), while the data processing using SPSS. The results showed that of the coefficient determination Turnover variables affect the performance of employees, in addition to the partial and simultaneous employee turnover and no significant negative effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to how much facility effect to satisfaction at Hairos Water Park Medan. The sample are 99 people, using random sampling is that provides an equal opportunity for every member of the population to be sample. Data analysis using simple regression test, hypotesis testing the coefficient of determination (R2), and partial test (t test). Data processing using SPSS 20. The rulest showed that the partial facilities have no effect and not significant to visitor satisfaction at Hairos Water park.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is Impact of Motivation and compensation to the performance of an employee at the Medan tourism Academy. The sample of this research is an employee of the CIVIL SERVANTS and CPNS AKPAR Medan, the sampling uses slovin formula, namely sampling in which the researcher uses a sample of the population. Analyst data using Multiple regression test with provision models (classic assumption test), hypothesis testing using the test dertiminasi coefficient (R2), partial test (test t) and Simultaneous Test (test f), while data processing using the SPSS program. The results showed that the test of dertiminasi coefficient (R2) variables of motivation and compensation was able to explain its existence against variable employee performance, besides, motivation and compensation partially and simultaneous Effected in positive and significant effect on performance clerk.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics, work involvement and personality on employee performance (study at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency). The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency)., A total of 32 employees while the sample in this study used Nonprobability sampling or Saturated Sampling as many as32 Employees. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program. The results of this study prove that partially work ethics (X1) has an effect on performance (Y) with t-test work ethics (X1) 1.954 > ttable 1.693 with sig 0.008 < 0, 05, and Work Involvement (X2) 2,348 > t table 1,693 with sig 0,089 < 0,05. and Personality (X3) 1,880 > ttable 1,693 with sig 0,006 < 0,05. The results of this study prove that simultaneously Fcount 7.142 > Ftable 4.20 with R Square 0.509 or 50.9% which means that there is an influence of work ethics.

The Relationship

The purpose of this study to determine factors that affect the performance of employee at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were mostly employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru which amounted to 61 people. Sampling selected randomly using random sampling techniques (Sugiyono, 2010:93). While the variables studied in this research is the ability and motivation. Data analysis using multiple regression linear, using validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, F test, t test R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results of research on the ability and motivation variables on performance can be seen from Table F value obtained for F (0,05) (58) = 4,01, while F count on the F test is obtained from the data processed by 55,820, meaning F count = 55,820 > 4,01 means there is he ability and motivation variables on performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. From the results of the t test that most affect employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru is ability with t value 8,062 > 2,00172 meaning the partial motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, while the results of the regression equation linear is Y = 14,456 + 0,894X1 - 0,041X2.Therefore means that any changes in the ability amd motivation of both positive and negative will be amended also on the performance of employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to examine the antecendent of Government Expenditure Realization, whether there is influence of Original Local Income (PAD) and Balance Fund against Government Expenditure Realization, and to examine the consequence of Government Expenditure Realization, whether there is influence of Government Expenditure Realization against Economic Growth. The population of this research is 33 Provinces of Indonesia, and used secondary data of Government Budgets-realization of Indonesia Provinces from 2009 until 2013. This research used multiple regression in antecendent of Government Expenditure Realization testing and simple regression in consequence of Government Expenditure Realization testing. The hypothesis testing consist of coefficient of determination test, F test, and t test. The research revealed that in antecendent of Government Expenditure Realizationtesting, partially Original Local Income (PAD) variable and Balance Fund variable influence Government Expenditure Realization, and in Consecuent Government Expenditure Realization testing, partially Government Expenditure Realization influence Economic Growth. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Anteseden Realisasi Belanja Modal yaitu pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Perimbangan terhadap Realisasi Belanja Modal, serta untuk menguji Konsekuen Realisasi Belanja Modal yaitu pengaruh Realisasi Belanja Modal terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Provinsi di Indonesia, dan menggunakan data sekunder yang berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA) tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda dalam pengujian Anteseden Realisai Belanja Modal dan regresi sederhana untuk pengujian Konsekuen Realisasi Belanja Modal. Uji hipotesis terdiri dari uji koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengujian Anteseden Realisasi Belanja Modal, secara parsial Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Perimbangan berpengaruh terhadap Realisasi Belanja Modal, dan dalam Pengujian kosekuen, Realisasi Belanja Modal secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. The shoe industry in Indonesia collided with each other to strengthen its brand in various ways to attract consumer buying interest. This study was aimed to examine the efforts of the Piero brand to create a buying interest in consumers through several marketing mix variables as variables that represent independent and intervening variable brand image. The population of this research were the followers of the @piero_jateng_diy account who took 30 samples from followers of the account. The sampling used was purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study was using descriptive analysis, multiple regression test, determination coefficient test (R2), t test, F test, and path analysis test. Descriptive analysis had shown the average answer agreed on each tested variable, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 91.3% and multiple regression resulting in a regression equation Y = -1.360+ 0.282 X1 + 0.383 X2. The first to third hypotheses test which used the t test showed the effect of significance below 0.05 and test the four hypotheses used the F test to showed the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable with a significance below 0.05. The fifth hypotheses test was using path analysis test to produce that mediating variables can provide indirect influence on independent variables on the dependent variable.Piero must strengthen in terms of the availability of goods, easy to remember the Piero brand in the minds of consumers and strengthen it to make Piero one of the consumers' choices.

This study aims to know the effect of discipline, emotional intelligence and communication to employee performance. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The population of this study was all 35 employees of the Wiladeg Gunungkidul Village Hall. Data analysis method used multiple regression analysis, validity test, reliability, hypothesis testing (T test and F test) and test the coefficient of determination. The result of this study concluded that based on regression analysis obtained the following equation Y =  0,123 + 0,120X1 + 0,066X2 + 0,364X3 + e. Based on the hypothesis testing, the F test is known that joinly (simultaneously) variable discipline, emotional intelligence and communication significant effect on employee performance. The result of the t test (partial testing), variable discipline, emotional intelligence  and communication has significant positive effect on employee performance.

This study is entitled "The Effect of Income and Interest Rates on the Decision of Taking Mortgages at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Prabumulih Branch". The main problem in this research is how much income and interest rates influence the decision to take KPR at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Prabumulih Branch. Determination of the sample in this study is to use the accidental sampling method, namely random sampling. The number of samples studied were 100 respondents who worked, both as private employees, BUMN employees, and Civil Servants (PNS) who were classified based on the income they received per month. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using the F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study concluded that income and interest rates influence the decision to take a mortgage at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Prabumulih of 46.8%. Researchers give advice, companies engaged in housing should really pay attention to what factors are very influential in determining the buyer's decision to take a mortgage so that companies avoid unwanted problems, such as bad loans
