<p>Faktual problem yang saat ini sedang dihadapi oleh PNS adalah sorotan negatif akibat kemerosotan mental dan moral yang ditunjukkan dalam melaksanakan tugas pelayanan, mengemukanya praktek KKN (Kolusi, Korupsi dan Nepotisme), menguaknya issue amoral yang telah melibatkan penyelenggara negara, juga terungkap perilaku kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang dilakukan oleh anggota PNS adalah fakta yang tidak dapat dipungkiri. Mengacu pada temuan faktual problem yang ada maka masalah penelitian yang dirumuskan adalah “Bagaimana meningkatkan sikap etis dan kinerja PNS di lingkungan kantor Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah?”.</p><p>Dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden pegawai Biro Umum di Kantor Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap sikap etis dan kinerja. Pengujian pengaruh antar variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Regresi Berganda.</p><p>Hasil pengujian regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, dan kecerdasan spiritual terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sikap etis. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan spiritual serta sikap etis terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.</p><p> </p><p><em>Factual problems currently being faced by civil servants is negative spotlight due to mental deterioration and moral demonstrated in carrying out the ministry, collusion, corruption and nepotism, to reveal issue amoral that has involved state officials, also revealed violent behavior in the home the stairs were made by members of civil servants is a fact that can not be denied. Referring to the factual findings of the problems formulated the research problem is "How to improve ethical attitudes and performance of civil servants in the Central Java Provincial Secretariat office?".</em></p><p><em>By using the data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to respondents employee in the Office of General Bureau Secretariat of Central Java province, this study examines the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual, and spiritual intelligence of the ethical attitude and performance. Testing the influence between variables is done by using multiple regression test.</em></p><p><em>The test results of multiple regression showed that emotional intelligence, intellectual, and spiritual intelligence proved significant positive effect on the ethical attitudes. The results also indicate that emotional intelligence, intellectual, spiritual intelligence and ethical attitude shown to have a significant influence on employee performance.</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance and the role of communication competence in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. The samples are selected from employees (n = 196) of Islamic Microfinance Institutions in Pati, Central Java, Indonesia. The results of path analysis reveal that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant influence on communication competence and employee performance, and communication competence partially mediates the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that Islamic Microfinance practitioners should improve employee performance through emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and communication competence.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional quotient on work performance, and the effect of spiritual quotient on work performance at BPMPPT of Jambi City. Using 68 employees as respondent, the data were collected by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show that overall emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence employee BPMPPT Jambi city is at a high level of quotient. While employee performance BPMPPT Jambi city is at a level of performance was enough. The statistical analysis shows that partially and simultantly emotional quotient and spiritual quotient has significant and positive effect on employee performance. The research is aimed at: 1) Testing the effect of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ) on ethical attitudes of university accounting students, simultaneously and partially; 2) Testing which variable that has dominant effect. The respondents of the research are accounting students at Islamic University of Pekanbaru, Purposive sampling technique is chosen with criteria respondents have done Auditing I subject. Data was gathered by questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis to test hypothesis was done with multiple linear regression analysis. This research results show that IQ, EQ, and SQ simultaneously had significantly effect on ethical attitudes of university accounting students. But partially, only IQ has significantly and dominantly effects on ethical attitudes of university accounting students.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to predict the contribution of spiritual and emotional intelligence towards the purpose in life of OSF retired nuns. The participants were 39 nuns. This correlation study used purpose in life scale, spiritual intelligence scale, and emotional intelligence scale to collect data. The data was analyzed with partial correlation and linier multiple regression. Spiritual and emotional intelligence was positively related to the purpose in life ( r = 0,406 ; p <0,05).  The contribution of spiritual and emotional intelligence was 16,4%. It means that other variables such as sex, knowledge, motivation, age, family environment, and other environment contributing 83,6%. The researcher concluded that: First, the purpose in life of retired nuns can be predicted by spiritual and emotional intelligence; Second, spiritual intelligence supports the purpose in life of retired nuns; Third, emotional intelligence supports the purpose in life of retired nuns. Keywords: spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, purpose in life

This research begins with the discovery of problems in employee performance. The problem in this study is the low performance of employees, which is indicated by low human intelligence and competence. This study aims to analyze how the influence of human intelligence on employee performance is mediated by competence. With a sample of 90 people, using path analysis data analysis techniques (Path Analysis), the results show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 32.95%. Also, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence of 15.88%. Then, intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 22.49%, while intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence by 12.77%. Furthermore, spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 7.31%, and spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence by 2.62%. Then competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 73.44%.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of workload and emotional intelligence on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the District Panwaslu Secretariat in Kebumen Regency. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to 52 civil servants at the Panwascam Secretariat in Kebumen District. The analysis technique used is using the SPSS Version 22 analysis program for Windows. The results obtained in the study showed that workload and emotional intelligence variables had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The workload variable on performance has a negative and significant effect on performance, while the emotional intelligence variable has a positive and significant impact on performance, and the variables of job satisfaction and performance are positive and significant. The classic assumption test in testing and proving the research hypothesis was obtained by analysis showing that workload contributed positively to satisfaction, emotional intelligence contributed to job satisfaction, workload contributed negatively to performance, emotional intelligence contributed to performance and satisfaction contributions work on the performance of civil servants at the Panwascam Secretariat in Kebumen Regency.

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial intelligence through the role of social media on the performance of SMEs in increasing sales. The type of research used is explanatory research with Accidental Sampling technique. The number of samples determined was 80 respondents. Data analysis in this study using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that entrepreneurial intelligence consisting of elements of financial intelligence, emotional intelligence, social intelligence and spiritual intelligence had an effect on the performance of SMEs through the role of social media, social media had an effect on performance and sales and performance had an effect on sales.

<p>This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and employee performance at the PT. PLN (Persero) Distribsui Bali. The research population is employees who are permanent employees with a minimum work period of 1 year totaling 189 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the number of respondents 128 people and using SPSS 2.1 as an analytical tool. Research findings indicate that organizational culture and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on emotional intelligence. In addition, organizational culture and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on employee performance. And emotional intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance. This study also emphasizes that emotional intelligence mediates some of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. And emotional intelligence mediates some of the influence of spiritual intelligence on employee performance. Finally, this study verifies that organizational culture and spiritual intelligence in private organizations are able to provide useful finding such as those found in public organizations (BUMN). This research only focuses on spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence. Subsequent research can investigate other intelligence possessed by humans such as intelligence quotient and physical intelligence. In terms of comparing the two human intelligences with spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence in the hope of verifying whether employees who are intellectually intelligent, physical, spiritual and emotional can greatly help the organization to improve employee performance. </p>
