Social nature is needed by humans for the need to interact with others. When humans recognize their first interaction with their families, they know their mothers, fathers, brothers and family members. In addition, children begin to be able to distinguish the meaning of smiles and other social behaviors, such as anger (not happy to hear loud sounds) and affection.Social development in adolescence develops the ability to understand others as unique individuals, both regarding personal traits, interests, values, or feelings so as to encourage adolescents to socialize more closely with their peer environment or community environment. school environment and teachers play an important role in the social development of students so that students can behave socially and behavior that can be accounted for, for example devout worship, virtuous character, and others. In the scope of education administration it is stated that the administration of personnel, including administration of personnel of teachers and school staff, and also the administration of students. Imitation is a deeply social process. Here, I review evidence that children use imitation as a means by which to affiliate with others. For example, children imitate the actions of others more closely when they seek a positive social relationship with them and respond positively to being imitated. Furthermore, children infer something of the relationships between third parties by observing their imitative exchanges. Understanding the social nature of imitation requires exploring the nature of the social relationships between children and the individuals they imitate. Thus, in addition to discussing children's own goals in imitative situations, I review the social pressures children experience to imitate in particular ways, learning to conform to the conventions and rituals of their group. In the latter part of this article, I discuss the extent to which this perspective on imitation can help us to understand broader topics within social development, including the origins of human cultural differences.

Adolescence is a key period of social development at the end of which individuals are expected to take on adult social roles. The school class, as the most salient peer group, becomes the prime environment that impacts social development during adolescence. Using social network analyses, we investigated how individual and group level features are related to prosocial and social captial (generalized trust). We mapped the social networks within 22 classrooms (N=611) of adolescents aged between 12 and 18 years, and collected data on social behaviors towards peers. Our results indicate that individuals with high centrality show both higher levels of prosocial behavior and relational aggression. Importantly, greater social cohesion was associated with (1) reduced levels of antisocial behavior towards peers and (2) increased generalized trust. These results provide novel insights in the relationship between social structure and social behavior, and stress the importance of the school environment in the development of not only intellectual but also social capital.
