--- Inclusion of the Autistic Student in School: A Look at Pedagogical Mediation Abstract: This work aimed to present a general approach to autistic patients as well as the characteristics and difficulties that are faced for their inclusion in the school environment. To support the research, searches were carried out in the databases, using the keywords: autism, school inclusion, basic education. There were also readings of theoretical contributions that broaden and enrich the discussion of the subject. The search was carried out through articles indexed in data platforms (academic Google) and Virtual Health Library (BVS) and SCIELO. It was found that there is still a large scale of people in society, who need to have more knowledge about the syndrome so that, in this way, they know how to deal with and can understand the autistic patient, because understanding their inclusion in the social and school environment is easier. Understanding the behavior of each autistic person also favors the best way to develop teaching strategies aimed at stimulating their learning and behavior. Keywords: Autism; School inclusion; Primary Care.

The discussion on teaching fractions is based on the ideas of Magina and Campos and on Morales, among others; and on Shulman regarding the knowledge necessary for teaching. The data were collected from two questionnaires with five situations involving the different fraction concepts, one applied to students in Basic Education and the other applied to interns in the Mathematics Teaching Degree Program. The results indicate that while the student-teachers know how to correctly respond to situations involving the different meanings of fractions, the teaching strategies they proposed make it clear that when they have to think about how to explain the subject, they usually appeal to the part-whole meaning of fractions, thus demonstrating insufficient pedagogical knowledge for teaching fractions. Moreover, they believe that using auxiliary material resources can contribute to learning this knowledge.   Keywords: Teaching Strategies. Fractions. Teacher Training.

Social inequality is a central topic of research in the social sciences. Decades of research have deepened our understanding of the characteristics and causes of social inequality. At the same time, social inequality has markedly increased during the past 40 years, and progress on reducing poverty and improving the life chances of Americans in the bottom half of the distribution has been frustratingly slow. How useful has sociological research been to the task of reducing inequality? The authors analyze the stance taken by sociological research on the subject of reducing inequality. They identify an imbalance in the literature between the discipline’s continual efforts to motivate the plausibility of large-scale change and its lesser efforts to identify feasible strategies of change either through social policy or by enhancing individual and local agency with the potential to cumulate into meaningful progress on inequality reduction.

Abstract Teachers’ job satisfaction and the factors that contribute to it are important in the school context as theycanaffect teachers’ motivation and performance. This study aims to identify the dimensions associated with the degree of satisfaction amongbasic education teachers based on the Social Cognitive Model of Teacher Job Satisfaction and the degree of collective teacher efficacy. This study applied quantitative research methods to a sample of 495 basic education teachers within a network of private schools in three Brazilian states. The results indicate that positive affect and life satisfaction were the factors most strongly associated with job satisfaction. There was no association between efficacy beliefs (self-efficacy and collective efficacy) and job satisfaction. Elementary school teachers had the most negative perceptions of teaching. Specific aspectsof the school environment, such as a lack of student discipline, may have contributed to this result.

Aquecimento Global. SOCIAL REPRESENTATIONS OF GLOBAL WARMING: CONTRIBUTIONS TO CHEMISTRY CLASSES IN BASIC EDUCATION Abstract: This article proposes to describe a qualitative investigation characterized as a multiple case study involving two classes of high school integrated to professional education. The research sought to investigate the social representations of global warming presented by the subjects and how they could collaborate with the planning and qualification of the teaching of Chemistry in the aforementioned context considering its controversial character. Data were collected through a questionnaire and interpreted through content analysis. The results showed that the classes seem to anchor their considerations about global warming in the idea of a phenomenon that causes destruction and is caused by the pollution produced by human action. Regarding the scientifically debatable nature of the phenomenon, it is predominantly absent the articulation of a critical component capable of anchoring itself in discussions contrary to the conceptions presented. It is concluded that this research in the field of Education in Chemistry converges with the roll of results of other research that intertwine the classroom and social representations, that is, expose the content of collective theories about reality, showing the deviations which it can present in relation to the real images of scientific knowledge. The work is also aligned with the perspective of thinking the school environment as a locus of continuity / discontinuity between the elaborated culture and the daily culture, emphasizing the relevance of investigations with this nature. Keywords: Chemistry teaching. This theoretical discussion addresses the meaning of moral damage, its importance and its effects on the health of the worker, the legal attention given to the subject and the banalization of the concept of offense to dignity in the search for undue resources. When does the offense against dignity become liable to compensation for moral damages? How does labor justice measure psychological damage? The objective of this study was to analyze how moral damage affects physical and mental health, developing silent and serious symptoms, which can lead the worker to suicide, and to know how the labor judicial sphere has dealt with the subject. We sought this problem through the literature search with the inductive method to demonstrate the legal devices used by magistrates to judge cases of moral damage and preserve the most personal rights of the worker. Keywords: Moral damage. ABSTRACTThe changes and challenges have become every day in our contemporary societies, where the acceleration, the immediacy and effectiveness of technology have been imposed as a role model in all areas of human life, this has led to new crises in it and agencies responsible for their training, such as family and school. The family as a host structure has been affected by these changes and has failed to respond to the disintegration experienced by subjects, expressed in emotional crisis, psychosomatic illnesses and chronic degenerative steadily increasing. Although the function of shelter and protection that the family has, has been tackling the problem very complex, and in many cases, part of it due to the forms of relatedness that promotes, which are a reflection of the forms of interrelation predominant culture, far from being neutral provoke emotions that impact on the bodies of the subjects, which have been ignored, silenced because the subject does not know how to channel them and processes result in deteriorating health. The pedagogy is challenged to build a prevention proposal, focused on training students in basic education, from a profound reflection about the emotions of everyday living, and have been rescued through a process research in Mexican schools, which has revealed the importance of the family in the subjects' body construction and the possibility of becoming a space of emotional warmth, need to take care of life.RESUMENLos cambios y retos se han vuelto cotidianos en nuestras sociedades contemporáneas, en donde la aceleración, la inmediatez y la eficacia de la tecnología se han impuesto como modelo a imitar en todos los ámbitos de la vida del hombre; ello ha provocado nuevas crisis en él y en instancias encargadas de su formación, como son la familia y la escuela. Contacto principal: [email protected]
