High teacher productivity is the goal and the main concern of organizations as well as an indicator of an edcational success attainment. At the organizational level, work productivity measurements are used as a management tool to evaluate, analyze plan and determine the policies of the organization. As for the teachers, it is used to determine the level of success achieved in carrying out the task, The teachers as part of the human resources in educational organizations must have abilities to take individual initiative risk action tolerance, direction integration, and support from management, control, identity, reward systems, tolerance for conflict, mental attitude and communication patterns. These abilities if built and accompanied by teachers capability and high integrity will lead to the increasing of, work productivity and be able to achieve success in performing their tasks as educators. Productive works in the discipline enforcement require prerequisites as supporting indicators, namely work purposes, exemplary leader, income that meet the minimum living needs (fringe benefits); justice, close supervision, legal sanctions leaders assertiveness and a harmonious working relationship (human relationships). While the success of work motivation through supporting factors for teachers consist of intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors are, work responsibilities work progress work challenges, work achievement and acknowledgement on work result. While extrinsic factors are organizational administrative and policies, applicable reward systems, interpersonal relations and working conditions. The survey result of 39 teachers in Ekasakti Senior High School of Padang shows that indicator of employees objective in teachers' discipline is more dominant with a contribution of 16.14%. While for intrinsic factor teachers' motivation in indicator of responsibility is more dominant as much as 11. 71%. From the extrinsic factor, indicators of administrative and organizational policies are more dominant, which are 13.35%. From the teacher's work productivity indicator for task qualifications gives the biggest contribution as 26.48%. Based on the assessment of Ekasakti Senior High School of Padang that in order to obtain good qualification of tasks, the teachers should set the goals to be achieved. through abilities they have and. be able to responsible at the performance of their tasks. It can be realized if the task done supported by good and directed administrative and organizational policy.

AbstractThis study aims to reveal Principal Managerial in increasing Teacher Work Productivity at State Senior High School 1 Rasau Jaya which includes: planning, organizing, motivating, and rewarding. The study used a descriptive approach. The research subjects were the Principal, Vice Principal of Curriculum, Vice Principal of Student Affairs, Head of Libraries, and Teachers. All subjects are teachers who teach at State Senior High School 1 Rasau Jaya. Data collection methods used interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis model uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Test the validity of the data using trials and triangulation. The results of the study show the following: 1) Planning can be done through identifying what will be programmed, how it will be programmed, who will be involved, when it will be implemented, and how it will be implemented. The product of the planning is in the form of a School Activity Plan 2) This organization is carried out by division, principal and function equipped with an explanation of the duties of each teacher, 3) Motivating is carried out verbally and non-verbally continuously with Target and self-evaluation techniques Progress, Expectation of results, and Social comparisons and 4) Rewards are carried out with techniques that maintain a conducive working atmosphere. Keywords: Leadership, Managerial, Work Productivity

Abstract: This research aims to: a) describe supervision, compensation, work climate, work satisfaction, work motivation, and teacher performance on state senior high school in Semarang City; b) find out direct and indirect effect of supervision, compensation, work climate, work satisfaction, work motivation to teacher performance on state senior high school in Semarang City. Data analisys use SEM and LISREL. The population cover all teacher of state senior high school in Semarang City and the population are 399 teachers.Research result shows: a) the result of descriptive statistic of supervision, compensation, work climate, work satisfaction, work motivation are good; b) the resulft of confirmation assesment on descriptive statistic of supervision, compensation, work climate, work satisfaction, work motivation are positively effect teacher performance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini untuk bertujuan: a) deskripsi supervisi, kompensasi, iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru SMA Negeri Kota Semarang; b) besarnya pengaruh langsung dan tak langsung supervisi, kompensasi, iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Kota Semarang. Analisis data menggunakan SEM (Struktural Equation Model), program statistika LISREL (Linear Structural Realitionship). Populasi penelitian seluruh guru SMA Negeri Kota Semarang dan sampel penelitian ditentukan sejumlah 399 guru. This study discusses the Contribution of Leadership Behavior and Work Motivation with Professional Competence in Islamic Senior High School  in Pangkalan Susu District which aims to find out 1). How is the contribution of Leadership Behavior with Teacher Professional Competence in Islamic Senior High School Pangkalan Susu District, 2). How the Contribution of Work Motivation with Professional Competence of Teachers in Islamic Senior High School in Pangkalan Susu District, 3). How is the contribution between Leadership Behavior and Work Motivation with Professional Competence of Teachers in Islamic Senior High School in Pangkalan Susu District. This type of research is quantitative with multiple regression. The population in this study amounted to 51 teachers and the study was conducted with a total sample. The technique used in analyzing the data is to use the Multiple Regression technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between Leadership Behavior and Work Motivation with Professional Competence in Islamic Senior High School in Pangkalan Susu District. This is evidenced by the calculation of the variables of Leadership Behavior and work motivation on the professional competence of teachers of 0.543 with a probability (p) of 0.000. Because the probability value (p) < 0.05, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that leadership behavior and work motivation make a significant contribution to the professional competence of teachers in Pangkalan Susu District

The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of the innovativeness of physics teachers on the work performance of physics teachers in the state senior high school at Bengkulu province. This research was conducted by surveying physics teachers in the state high school at Bengkulu province with a sample of 90 teachers of physics, were selected by using a simple random sampling technique. Data has been analyzing by using the “path analysis method” with Microsoft Excel and SPSS 17 as research’s computing tools. The results concluded that there is a direct, positive, and significant influence of professional competency, work motivation, and innovativeness of physics teachers toward the work performance of the physics teacher. And the professional competency and the work motivation of the physics teacher have an indirect, positive, and significant influence on the work performance of physics teachers through the innovativeness of the physics teacher itself.

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the influence of leadership, emotional intelligence and work motivation on teacher’s job satisfaction. This research was conducted by  survey on state senior high school of  West Java, with sample of 100 permanent teachers of proportional random sampling technique. Analyzing of the data, study was conducted  with using MINITAB statistical 14 and SPSS 17 program.The study found that there is direct and significant influence of the leadership of school principal on work motivation; There is direct and significant influence of EQ on work motivation; There is direct and significant influence of the leadership of school principal on job satisfaction; There is indirect significant influence of EQ on job satisfaction through work motivation; There is direct and significant  influence of work m otiation on job satisfaction.

This research aims to explain the relationships among variables : competence, self leadership, reward systems, work environment; commitment to profession, and professionalizm of teachers of SMAN at Bali. The sample size are 243 teachers who selected by proportional random technique from 12 units of Senior High School Satate at Bali. The tool of analyisis which is used is structural equation model analysis, with supported by AMOS version 19.00  application. The results shows those : (1) the effect of competence to the commitment to profession, is not significant; (2) the self leadership’s effect to the commitment to profession; is not significant also; (3) the effect of reward systems to the commitment to profession is positively significant; (4) the work environment’s effect to the commitment to profession is positively significant; (5) the self leadership’s effect to  the professionalizm is not significant; (6) the rewad systems’ effect to professionalizm is positively significant; (7) the effect of work environment to professionalizm is positively significant; (8) the effect of  commitment to profession to professionalizm is positively significant. In general, the structural equation model which is accomplished, has passed the criterions of goodness of fit, i.e :: c2 = 276.359; probability of c2 = 0.012; Cmin/DF = 1.749; GFI = 0.923; AGFI = 0.902; RMSEA = 0.056; and TLI = 0.921.  Keywords : competence, self leadership, reward systems, work environment; commit-ment to profession, and professionalizm

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of intellectual ability on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. How is the influence of discipline on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. What is the influence of work motivation on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. How is the influence of intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual ability on teacher performance. To determine the effect of discipline on teacher performance. To determine the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. To determine the effect of intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation on teacher performance. The sample in this study amounted to 50 teachers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because the value of F count> Ftable is (53,510> 2,960). Partial intellectual ability has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of the tcount> t table (2,918> 1,680). Partial discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of tcount> ttable (8,991> 1,680). Partial work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of the tcount> ttable (2,918> 1,680). Intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation simultaneously influence the performance of teachers in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency at 76.30% and the remaining 32.70% influenced by other factors not examined.
