Pasar Klewer is one of the most important parts in sustaining economic nets in the city of Surakarta. Where the pasar Klewer is the largest distributor of textile products in Central Java from sellers to buyers. But today the pasar Klewer is still relevant in the midst of the current 4.0 industrial revolution. The purpose of this paper is to explain what can make the pasar Klewer a market that still exists in the midst of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and explain how it can happen. Because in this era efficiency is needed in everything. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method that emphasizes objective phenomena and is studied qualitatively in order to obtain results that are in accordance with actual facts. So as to obtain information about the pasar Klewer that is relevant, credible and useful to the public, especially traders in the pasar Klewer in an effort to maintain the existence of the pasar Klewer

The e-retribution public service innovation by the Surakarta City Trade Office is a new concept regarding the online levy payment system. First launched in mid-2016, E-retribution as part of the implementation of smart government is included in the smart city indicator. This study uses the typology theory of public service innovation Muluk (2008). Research location in the city trade office Surakarta, with a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique was obtained by purposive sampling through informant interviews, observations and documents. The results show that the public service innovation with the e-retribution program can simplifying public services and saving more time, costs and human resources, ensuring accountable transactions. In addition, E-retribution has an impact on increasing Solo Local Revenue every year.

Completeness in driving a motorcycle is still underestimated by the people in Surakata City. Many people in Surakarta City do not use helmets when riding a motorcycle, even though the completeness of the ride is very influential in the safety riding a motorcycle. The purpose of writing this article is to make people aware of the importance of completeness in driving for the safety of motorcycle riding in the city of Surakarta. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach to the community in the city of Surakarta. The results of this study are to know the presentation of motorcycle riders who do not use helmets and the reason motorcycle riders do not use helmets in the city of Surakarta. This is evidenced from the results of observations on Jalan Ki Hajar Dewantara and interviews with people who do not use helmets on Jalan Ki Hajar Dewantara.

This study aims to explain the forms of fabrik range errors and nameplate in the City of Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Islands and find out the factors behind the occurrence of errors in the use of Indonesian in the fabric range and nameplate in the City of Pangkalpinang, Islands. Bangka Belitung. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used is the triangulation technique which consists of observation, documentation, and interviews. The subjects in this study were all fabric ranges and nameplate in the city of Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Islands which experienced errors in writing with the use of Indonesian. The results of this study are: the form of class that is often done is in writing sentences in foreign languages, the use of non-standard words, the use of abbreviated words that are not explained, and the use of local languages. and the lack of understanding of the owner of the fabric, the education of the owner or maker cannot be biased because there are still errors even though the education is high through S2, then the purpose of making it does not pay attention to the rules of writing. and almost all spandex fabric or nameplate no one gives input or criticism, it's just that there are some from the public who ask questions related to writing or related businesses.

This article is the result of a typical Palembang wood carving work. Starting from the increasingly few antiques in the antique gallery owned by Ibu Hj's family. Roswati made him intrigued to grow and develop his business since 1974 and to preserve the carving art furniture in the form of Palembang wood carving. Then continued by a similar craftsman in the Home Industry Q Laquer owned by Mr. Jaja is a typical Palembang wood carving art craftsmanship in Kelurahan 19 Ilir. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the process of making Palembang's unique wood carving arts. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The types of decoration in the wood carving art are the decoration that characterizes the city of Palembang as from the motifs of plants with golden, black, and red patterns. The variety of wood carving that is applied to handicraft objects is basically a pure decoration, which functions solely to decorate or beautify. The results of typical Palembang carving crafts include decorative cabinets, chairs, tables, wardrobes, frames, and various kinds of furniture. Through this research by examining how Palembang wood carving art in particular the manufacturing process, is expected to contribute to the people of Palembang City in order to develop and preserve these cultural assets.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine whether the knockout arisan money system is in accordance with sharia principles or not. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method by observing, interviewing, and collecting documents as supporting data of KSPPS BMT Lumbung Artho Jepara Central Java Indonesia that implements the Yad Dhamanah Wadi'ah contract with the explanation that the stored assets or items can be used by aid providers and can also distribute to its members. However, the agreement is not in accordance with the fatwa of the National Sharia Council of Indonesian Majlis Ulama about the nature of Wadi'ah saving that deposits can be withdrawn according to the wishes of the depositors and not waiting for lottery numbers to take their deposits. Furthermore, the application of the bonus giving also deviates from the voluntary Wadi'ah contract and the bonus agreement at the beginning of the contract. However, because the practice of knockout arisan money system has already existed in the community, therefore the solution for its implementation is by using the agreement of the al-qardh (debt-receivable) and Mudharabah (profit-sharing) contracts that are closer to Islamic principles. The informal sector contributes greatly to the nation's economic development. Among the various forms of economic activity in this sector are street traders (PKL). The existence of street traders in various places has driven the economy of the community, but without good management, it will cause problems. The city of Salatiga as one of the cities in Central Java has an attraction for street traders, the existence of street traders in this city has experienced ups and downs due to the socio-economic conditions of the community. The government always regulates and manages the existence of street traders. In this case, the City Government of Salatiga through the Trade Office relocated street vendors who were on “Jalan Taman Pahlawan” to Blauran II Market. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that looks at the problem of formulation of street traders relocation policy. Based on the conclusions of the results of this study that the incremental model of the formulation of street traders relocation has a direct impact on the street traders and the construction of Blauran II Market.

Bermula dari semakin sedikitnya barang antik di galeri antik milik keluarga Ibu Hj. Roswati membuat beliau tergugah untuk menumbuhkembangkan usahanya tersebut sejak tahun 1974 serta melestarikan kembali kerajinan seni ukir berbentuk mebel dengan ukiran kayu khas Palembang. Kemudian diteruskan juga oleh seorang pengrajin serupa di Home industri Q Laquer milik Bapak Jaja merupakan kerajinan seni ukir kayu khas Palembang di Kelurahan 19 Ilir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan kerajinan seni ukir kayu khas Palembang.</em><em> Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.</em><em> Ragam hias pada kerajinan seni ukir kayu tersebut ialah ragam hias yang mencirikhaskan kota Palembang seperti dari motif tumbuh-tumbuhan dengan corak warna kuning emas, hitam, merah.</em><em> Ragam hias ukir kayu yang diterapkan pada benda-benda kerajinan pada dasarnya adalah ragam hias murni, yang berfungsi semata-mata untuk menghias atau memperindah. Hasil karya kerajinan seni ukir khas Palembang tersebut diantaranya berupa lemari hias, kursi, meja, lemari pakaian, bingkai, dan aneka macam mebel. Melalui penelitian ini dengan mengupas bagaimana seni ukir kayu khas Palembang khususnya proses pembuatannya, diharapkan dapat memberi kontribusi kepada masyarakat Kota Palembang agar bisa mengembangkan dan melestarikan aset budaya tersebut</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci :</em></strong><em> Seni Ukir Kayu, Ragam Hias, Palembang</em>

This research is motivated by awareness and concern for public order, especially in tourist areas. This study aims to determine the policy actions of the West Manggarai Regency Government in managing parking in order to create orderly traffic and to find out the factors that hinder the parking arrangement in order to create orderly traffic in Labuan Bajo City, West Manggarai Regency. This research was designed using a qualitative descriptive method. The techniques used in collecting data are through interviews and documentation. The results show that the government's policy actions in managing parking in the city of Labuan Bajo have not run according to the regulations in the Labuan Bajo city area. Then, there was a mistake between the content of the policy and the implementation in the field. In addition, there is still a lack of awareness from the public to obey traffic regulations, especially parking and a lack of complete facilities where there are 2 areas that are at the center of congestion, namely Jl Soekarno Hatta and Jl. Mirror Stone Market. So this situation makes the people become a habit and low awareness in conducting parking arrangements in the city of Labuan Bajo. Therefore, through this research it is hoped that the Labuan Bajo City Government will increase the parking area in the shopping and market areas so as not to cause congestion. Then, the government is expected to be more assertive in providing guidance to parking attendants in order to comply with applicable regulations.

This research is entitled Analysis of Multicultural Values in the novel Assalamualaikum Beijing. This study aims to (1) know multicultural values (2) describe the multicultural values contained in the novel Assalamualaikum Beijing. The main data source in this study is the Assalamualaikum Beijing novel published in 2013 by Asma Nadia with a thick 360-page book. The novel was chosen because the content of the story presented was very interesting giving fresh meaning to the state of multicultural value difference in Beijing with in Indonesia. The focus of this study is related to Multicultural values found in the Assalamualaikum Beijing novel. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this study are using library techniques and content analysis (analysis content). The results of this study are aimed at the public that the multicultural values contained in the Assalamualaikum Beijing novel include values of tolerance, democratic values, religious values, and cultural values. The researcher conducts this research with the aim that the public realize the importance of multiculturalism values such as tolerance values, democratic values, religious values, and cultural values applied in life.

Classical music is not necessarily acceptable to all levels of society. Nevertheless, the Himasikstring Community of Yogyakarta State University has consistently been able to hold concerts with classic themes. One of the goals of this community is to introduce classical music to the community. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the profile of the Himasikstring community and how is the presentation of Classical Night concerts at Yogyakarta State University in 2018. The research method used in the research is qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used by researchers include, namely, literature studies, observation, interviews, and document studies. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Himasikstring actively held classical music concerts and introduced classical music to the public since 2012, and Classical Night concerts consisted of elements of composition and presentation elements.
