This study aims to explain the forms of fabrik range errors and nameplate in the City of Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Islands and find out the factors behind the occurrence of errors in the use of Indonesian in the fabric range and nameplate in the City of Pangkalpinang, Islands. Bangka Belitung. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used is the triangulation technique which consists of observation, documentation, and interviews. The subjects in this study were all fabric ranges and nameplate in the city of Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Islands which experienced errors in writing with the use of Indonesian. The results of this study are: the form of class that is often done is in writing sentences in foreign languages, the use of non-standard words, the use of abbreviated words that are not explained, and the use of local languages. and the lack of understanding of the owner of the fabric, the education of the owner or maker cannot be biased because there are still errors even though the education is high through S2, then the purpose of making it does not pay attention to the rules of writing. and almost all spandex fabric or nameplate no one gives input or criticism, it's just that there are some from the public who ask questions related to writing or related businesses.

The e-retribution public service innovation by the Surakarta City Trade Office is a new concept regarding the online levy payment system. First launched in mid-2016, E-retribution as part of the implementation of smart government is included in the smart city indicator. This study uses the typology theory of public service innovation Muluk (2008). Research location in the city trade office Surakarta, with a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique was obtained by purposive sampling through informant interviews, observations and documents. The results show that the public service innovation with the e-retribution program can simplifying public services and saving more time, costs and human resources, ensuring accountable transactions. In addition, E-retribution has an impact on increasing Solo Local Revenue every year.

Language has an important role in everyday human life in society. Jargon is a kind of language that is only used by certain communities as daily communication among its members. The jargon used by the transgender community is very interesting to understand because the jargon has its own form and meaning in its disclosure and can find out how the variety of jargon-shaped language used by transgenders in hiding their secrets so as not to be known by the public. It is evident that not all users of other languages understand the jargon. In this study, the researchers analyzed the jargon used by the waria community in the salon. This study aims to determine the jargon and describe and understand the meaning of the jargon used by the transgender community in interacting orally. The source of the research data was obtained from the subject, namely the transgender women who worked at the Retah salon in Pamulang, who used jargon in their daily communication with transgender women and sometimes with their customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which describes and conveys data objectively. Describe the jargon terms of transgender language as the object of research. The data collection technique used is observation or see and note. The result of this research is the jargon used by waria in the form of transgender language vocabulary. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that 20 pieces of jargon used by transgender women in the salon were akika, rapose, capcus, endang gurindang, ink, sekong, belenjong, cucok, metong, hamidah, lekong, sapose, capcay, begindang, bala-bala, sindang. , lambreta, grasshopper, mesong, and mursida.Keywords: Waria, Jargon, Vocabulary

The coronavirus spread has been the main issue among Acehnese people since it occurred.  Every day, people get infected; some people also are starting to recover from the coronavirus. The governments have been working to reduce the risked people and infected victims by providing various personal protective equipment and educating the public about the virus and its threats. Those all require society to obey them, such as wearing masks to avoid being infected or transmit to other people. Until now, the spread of the coronavirus is also very high trending. The Covid-19 task force in Jakarta on February 16th, 2021  recorded that the ratio of coronavirus cases has reached 38.34 percent. This figure shows the highest daily record since the pandemic took place. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was performed by interviewing several communities in the Johan Pahlawan sub-district, monitoring and observing in the field, and reading relevant sources. The study found a low level of community compliance with health protocols. The use of masks is still very lacking; people only wear masks when raids are carried out on the streets by joint government officials

This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques use the method of interview, observation, and documenta-tion. Data analysis is done by condensing data, then presenting data, and conclusions drawn from the data. In checking the validity of the data, researchers use methods, namely extending the time of partici-pation of researchers in the field, increasing persistence of observation, using appropriate reference materials, and reading book tests. The results of the analysis show that the process of applying the Al-Miftah Lil ‘Ulum Method at Madin Wustho Hidayatul Mubtadi’in –Malang City was carried out through several stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Among the supporting factors of the learning process and the inhibiting factors to applied it.

PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk Manado is one of the branch offices of BUMN’s, which must implement Good Corporate Governance in accordance with GCG principles set by the Minister of BUMN PER-01 / MBU / 2011. Internal audit is one of the elements in GCG and has a role in overseeing the implementation of corporate management and overseeing any practices undertaken by the company. The implementation of GCG in the bank must follow the rules of BI and follow GCG guidelines by KNKG. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of GCG at the bank and to determine the role of internal audit in realizing the implementation of GCG. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive method with data collection technique such as interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study is Bank Tabungan Negara has implemented GCG according to applicable rules that is by implementing the principles of GCG. Pasar Klewer is one of the most important parts in sustaining economic nets in the city of Surakarta. Where the pasar Klewer is the largest distributor of textile products in Central Java from sellers to buyers. But today the pasar Klewer is still relevant in the midst of the current 4.0 industrial revolution. The purpose of this paper is to explain what can make the pasar Klewer a market that still exists in the midst of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and explain how it can happen. Because in this era efficiency is needed in everything. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method that emphasizes objective phenomena and is studied qualitatively in order to obtain results that are in accordance with actual facts. <p><em> </em><em>LAWANG SEWU IN GEOMETRY VIEW. Mathematics and culture are two things closely related. But sometimes mathematics is seen as something that is not connected to everyday life. Infactthe environment can be a source of mathematical problems in real life. The environment is one of culture, one of which includes historic buildings. Mathematics in culture is referred to by the term ethnomatematics. Lawang Sewu is one of the historical buildings located in the city of Semarang. The purpose of this research is to know the geometry structure of Lawang SEWU building. This building can be used as a research object with qualitative descriptive method, with data collection using direct observation on research object, interview with speaker, and using library study related to research This. Through research that the authors have done, it can be concluded that Lawang SEWU building has a geometry structure of space, namely cube, beam, Limas, and Octagonal prism.</em></p>

Completeness in driving a motorcycle is still underestimated by the people in Surakata City. Many people in Surakarta City do not use helmets when riding a motorcycle, even though the completeness of the ride is very influential in the safety riding a motorcycle. The purpose of writing this article is to make people aware of the importance of completeness in driving for the safety of motorcycle riding in the city of Surakarta. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach to the community in the city of Surakarta. The results of this study are to know the presentation of motorcycle riders who do not use helmets and the reason motorcycle riders do not use helmets in the city of Surakarta. This is evidenced from the results of observations on Jalan Ki Hajar Dewantara and interviews with people who do not use helmets on Jalan Ki Hajar Dewantara.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Youth Fighters Program in Poverty Alleviation in the City of Surabaya. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews with the population control office, the empowerment of women and children in the city of Surabaya and the researcher directly observed the young warrior program which was then written in an observation book. Sources of data from this study were also obtained through library research with the help of internet media and related journals. Based on the results of research on the effectiveness of the Young Fighters Program in poverty alleviation in the City of Surabaya, it is quite effective, when compared to before the existence of the Young Fighters program which was then analyzed using effectiveness theory which consists of indicators of the effectiveness of a program including efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy although there are still indicators that need to be addressed. This can be a consideration for the government to continue to improve the program of young fighters in order to be able to alleviate poverty in the city of Surabaya

Promotion was a product of marketing communication, marketing activity which try to spreading an information, influance or persuade and reminding the targeting market so the product can be acceptable, bought, and loyal with the product. GO-PAY was one of a product of Fintech from GO-JEK, which is an inovation in a finance where money doesnt exist physicly but in a form of digital or electronic so the transaction could be easier. The purpose of this research was to know is cashback 20% was a strategy of marketing communication for GO-PAY or not. The research using the metode of qualitative descriptive with data collection technique from case study. The instrument was interview and documentation wih sr.Merchant Aquisition Executive from Consument Relation team and Owner of Indio Koffie. The result from the research was cashback was a promotion which GO-JEK use for promoting GO-PAY. The researcher suggesting so the next research with communication marketing basist could have the other metode to find a better product of communication marketing.Promosi adalah suatu bentuk komunikasi pemasaran, sebuah aktivitas pemasaran yang berusaha menyebarkan informasi, mempengaruhi atau membujuk, dan mengingatkan pasar sasaran atas produknya agar diterima, dibeli dan loyal pada produknya. GO-PAY adalah sebuah produk Fintech dari GO-JEK, yaitu sebuah inovasi di dalam bidang jasa keuangan yang di mana uang secara fisik dijadikan bentuk digital atau elektronik dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan kegiatan transaksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk engetahui apakah cashback 20% adalah strategi komunikasi pemasaran dalam memasarkan GO-PAY. Metode penelitian mengunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dari studi kasus. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan narasumber yaitu sr.Merchant Acquisition Executive di tim  Consument Relation dan Owner dari Indio Koffie. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa cashback merupakan promosi yang digunakan oleh GO-JEK dalam memasarkan GO-PAY. Peneliti menyarankan agar kedepannya penelitian berbasis komunikasi pemasaran memiliki penerapan lain untuk menemukan produk komunikasi pemasaran yang lebih baik.
