Administration of school relations with the community is the entire process of activities that are planned and endeavored continuously to get sympathy from the community in general and from the public in particular, so that the operational activities of the school / education are more effective and efficient, in order to help the achievement of educational goals that have been set. In essence, schools are an inseparable part of society. Fostering relations between schools and the community must adhere to the principles that are used as guidelines in taking action or policy, and must meet the requirements specified for public relations officers in carrying out their duties and functions. In general, actually has been described in the sense that has been presented in advance. The intended purpose is to create a harmonious relationship between the school and the community, to improve the progress of education in the school. Besides that, so that the community can benefit by enjoying the progress achieved by the school. The purpose of school relations with the community above still contains a broad understanding, so it does not rule out the possibility of giving rise to certain interpretations or questions.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of supervision in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Supervision comes from the word super and vision, which means to see and review from above or view and assess from above, which is carried out by superiors on the activities, creativity and performance of subordinates. In terms of terms, in Carter's Good Dictionary Education, supervision is all the efforts of school officials in leading teachers and other education personnel to improve teaching. These include stimulating, selecting the growth and development of teachers' positions, selecting and revising educational goals, teaching materials and teaching methods, and evaluating teaching. Educational supervision has very important goals and benefits. This article describe about The relationship between the school and the community is very influential in improving the behavior of students. Public relations as a liaison from the school and the community must always be maintained properly because the school will always be associated with the community, cannot be separated from it as a school partner in achieving the success of the school itself. The high participation of parents in school education is one of the characteristics of good school management, meaning that the extent to which the community can be empowered in the education process in schools is an indicator of the management of the school in question.

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

Police efforts in achieving the educational goals has not come true as well. Jakarta Police SPN even further behind the other Police-Police found in Indonesia. Australia is frequently hit by bushfires. In 2009, the ''Black Saturday'' fires killed 173 people and burnt hectares of bush. As a result, a research commission was created to investigate, and concluded that several aspects could be improved, in particular better understanding of the population actual behaviour, and better communication with them. The authors argue that agent-based modelling and simulation is a great approach to provide tools to improve mutual understanding: let managers test communication strategies, and let residents understand the managers' perspective. Concretely, they extended an existing simulator with a theoretically-grounded communication model based in social sciences; they added user interactivity with the model and investigated gamification to turn it into a serious game to involve the general public. The authors present the results of first experiments with different communication strategies, providing valuable insight for better communication with the population during such events. Finally, they discuss future extensions and generalisation of this simulator.
