Abstrak - Kalkun merupakan sejenis unggas yang memiliki ukuran lebih besar yang berasal dari ordo Galliformes, genus Meleagris bukanlah hewan asli Indonesia. Dikarenakan kalkun mempunyai nilai jual tinggi terutama dagingnya yang berprotein tinggi dan rendah lemak serta kolesterol, maka kalkun mulai dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Banyak peternak kalkun menganggap bahwa penyakit yang menyerang kalkun sama dengan hewan unggas yang lain, hal ini yang menyebabkan tingkat pendapatan peternak menjadi berkurang/merosot. Dengan semakin majunya perkembangan teknologi, banyak aplikasi yang sudah diterapkan untuk dapat menyelesaikan suatu masalah salah satunya dengan menggunakaan. Sistem pakar dibuat untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalah tanpa harus mendatangkan ahli/pakarnya. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode forward chaining (runtut maju) dimana proses dimulai dari pencarian premis atau data masukan yang berupa gejala sehingga didapat kesimpulan penyakit pada kalkun serta memberikan solusi mengenai pencegahan dan pengobatan berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang telah teramati. Jenis penyakit yang akan didiagnosis sebanyak 10 penyakit dengan jumlah gejala penyakit sebanyak 14 gejala.Kata kunci : penyakit kalkun, sistem pakar, forward chainingAbstract -Turkey is a type of bird that has a larger size that comes from the order Galliformes, the genus Meleagris is not native to Indonesia. Because turkey has a high selling value, especially high-protein and low-fat meat and cholesterol, turkeys are cultivated in Indonesia. Many turkey breeders consider that diseases that attack turkeys are the same as other poultry animals, which causes the farmer's income levels to decrease/decline. With the increasingly advanced development of technology, many applications have been implemented to solve a problem, one of them is by using it. Expert systems are made to solve problems without having to bring in experts/experts. In this study, a forward chaining method was used in which the process starts from the search for premise or input data in the form of symptoms so that conclusions can be reached on turkeys and provide solutions for prevention and treatment based on observed symptoms. The types of diseases that will be diagnosed are 10 diseases with 14 symptoms of the disease.Keywords: turkey, expert system, forward chaining

<p>Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer yang dirancang untuk memodelkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah seperti layaknya seorang pakar. Dengan sistem pakar ini, orang awam pun dapat menyelesaikan masalahnya atau hanya sekedar mencari suatu informasi berkualitas yang sebenarnya hanya dapat diperoleh dengan bantuan para ahli di bidangnya. Salah satunya yaitu dibidang medis untuk mendiagnosapenyakit anak. Mengetahui gejala dari suatu penyakit secara dini dapat menjadi bantuan pertama yang dapat dilakukan para orang tua di rumah jika anak mereka terserang penyakit.Basis pengetahuan disusun sedemikian rupa kedalam database dengan beberapa tabel. Penarikan kesimpulan dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi <em>forward chaining</em>. Sistem pakar akan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada user berupa gejala dari beberapa penyakit dan user akan menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Hingga <em>user</em> akan mendapatkan solusi dari hasil pertanyaan tadi. </p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Expert systems are systems that adopt human knowledge into computers designed to model the ability to resolve problems like an expert. Through thisexpert systems,commoner cansolvetheproblem orjustlookingfor a qualityinformationthat can onlybeobtainedwiththehelpofexperts in thefield. One ofthemis in the medical field to diagnosethe children's illness.Knowingthesymptomsofanillnessearly can bethefirstaidto parents if their children stricken withthedisease at home.</em><em>Knowledgebase is arranged into a highlystructureddatabasewithmultipletables. Inferences in this expert system uses forward chaining inference method. Expert systems will provide questions to the user in the form of the symptoms of some diseases and the user will answer that question. Until the user will get the solution of the question.</em></p>

Many pets can be played with, socialize and even live together with humans. Numbers of animal clinics have increased to provide care for pets. This study focuses on Dog as pet. Desease and improper treatment of dog will adversely affect the Dog. In dealing with the problem of Dog disease, Dog owners may experience difficulties due to limited number of clinics and veterinarians, especially in rural areas. As a solution, Artificial Intelligence is used by using expert systems that can help inexperienced medical personnel diagnose early symptoms of Dog disease. The search method used in this research is Forward Chaining and Bayes Theorem method to handle uncertainties that arised. Based on knowledge acquisition, 3 diseases were obtained with 38 simptoms and 60 cases. Based on the tests conducted then obtained the sensitivity value of 80%, the value of accuracy of 88.6% indicates that this expert system is able to diagnose dog diseasesKeywords: Dog, Expert System, Forward Chaining, Bayes Theorem.

Bone disease is a condition that damages the skeleton and makes bones weak and vulnerable to fractures. The high disease is caused by ignorance and lack of knowledge about the disease. Therefore, an expert system was created to diagnose bone disease in humans. The method used in making this expert system is the forward chaining method, forward chaining method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are the application of expert systems to diagnose human bone disease using a forward chaining method that can be accessed by the public at large to diagnose early symptoms of bone disease without limited distance and time used.

The occurrence of bleeding in pregnancy is one of the most complications experienced by pregnant women. The limited knowledge possessed by pregnant women about the risks and dangers of bleeding during pregnancy and wrong or late handling when bleeding occurs is one of the factors that cause bad conditions that occur, namely fetuses and pregnant women can die due to bleeding experienced. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy in diagnosing bleeding that occurs in pregnancy by using the Forward Chaining method precisely and accurately. The data processed in this study were as many as 20 data which came from patient medical records and interviews with experts at RSKIA Sukma Bunda Payakumbuh. The processing stages consist of preparing input data, determining decision tables, creating rules, tracking processes, making decision trees, and tracking results. The results of testing this method are that there are 90% of patients who experience bleeding in pregnancy are based on the results of the consultation entered by the user. The results of this test have been able to diagnose bleeding in pregnancy quickly and accurately using the Forward Chaining method and can be recommended to help the doctor in the emergency room to diagnosing bleeding in pregnancy.

The purpose of this research is to create an expert system application to diagnose diseases in the rambutan plant that can be accessed anytime and anywhere so that the handling of the disease can be done appropriately. The Forward Chaining and Definity Factor methods are used because they are very suitable for expert systems that diagnose something that is uncertain so that the manual calculation results from the symptom data and the existing expert values result in a 98.91% confidence level percentage, and solutions are given to treat disease-stricken plants. The implementation uses Android Studio so that the application can run dynamically on various devices so that farmers can immediately find out what is happening with the conditions of their rambutan plants directly.Keywords:Rambutan Plant, Expert System, Android, Forward Chaining, Certainty Factor.

A doctor or medical scholar needs a reference book to learn how to diagnose tropical diseases. This reference book is sometimes a hassle if you have to carry it everywhere. This reference book is also impractical if you have to search it first to find the symptoms and diseases you want to study. So that we need a system to make it easier for doctors and medical scholars to study the science of diagnosis and look for symptoms and diseases. Expert systems are knowledge-based programs that provide expert quality solutions to problems in a specific domain. This expert system is used in the fields of medicine, agriculture, business, and others. Expert systems in the field of medicine make it easy to identify diseases suffered by patients through the symptoms present in the patient. This expert system helps doctors make diagnoses to convince doctors about the results of the diagnosis. The expert system in this study uses a combined method. The combined method is forward chaining and backward chaining. The forward chaining method is used to determine specific symptoms that appear, while the backward chaining method is used to trace general symptoms that arise from specific symptoms that have been previously selected. The result of combining these methods provides a diagnostic percentage of 100%. Meanwhile, the user's assessment of the system gives a good response.

Kebanyakan pengendara cenderung menyerahkan sepeda motor kepada mekanik tanpa mengetahui sebenarnya kerusakan tersebut merupakan kerusakan sederhana atau terlalu rumit untuk diperbaiki. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pakar yang mampu untuk menganalisa, menemukan dan memberikan solusi. Kemampuan seorang mekanik sepeda motor dapat diimplementasikan kedalam sebuah sistem pakar. Data-data yang berkaitan dengan kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak dianalisa kemudian diolah menggunakan metode sistem pakar forward chaining. Model representasi pengetahuan yang digunakan dalam sistem pakar adalah berbasis kaidah produksi. Desain sistem dilakukan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi starUML. Sistem pakar dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL sehingga menghasilkan sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan percobaan yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak berfungsi dengan baik. Sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis web dapat digunakan untuk membantu mekanik dalam menangani permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan sepeda motor dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai sumber pengetahuan mengenai hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan sepeda motor 4-tak seperti gejala kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak, penyebabnya serta solusi untuk mengatasinya.  Abstract Most rider tend to give motorcycles to mechanics without knowing that the damage is simple or too complicated to repair. To handle these problems then needed an expert system that is able to analyze, find and provide solutions. The ability of a motorcycle mechanic can be implemented into an expert system. Data related to 4-stroke motorcycle damage were analyzed and then processed using forward chaining expert system method. The model of knowledge representation used in expert systems is based on the rules of production. System design is done using the help of starUML application. Expert systems are created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database so as to generate an expert system to detect 4-stroke motorcycle damage using web-based forward chaining method. Based on the results of tests and experiments that have been done show that the expert system to detect the damage 4-stroke motorcycle is not working properly. The expert system for detecting 4-stroke motorcycle damage using a web-based forward chaining method can be used to assist mechanics in dealing with motorcycle-related issues and can also be used as a source of knowledge on matters relating to 4-stroke motorcycles such as symptoms 4-stroke motorcycle damage, its causes and solutions to overcome them.

Tanah Laut Regency is the largest producer of broilers in South Kalimantan. However, public knowledge about symptoms and diseases in chickens is still lacking, so this is a problem that must be resolved because it can cause losses. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of overcoming this problem, namely by building an expert system application that can be used by the public and extension workers to diagnose chicken disease. The method used to build this system is a waterfall with the forward chaining technique as a forward-looking solution, meaning that inference is done by looking for input data in the form of symptom data in the form of chicken disease. The system built is equipped with features that display disease treatment and prevention solutions based on the symptoms that have been entered, so that disease-stricken chickens can be handled appropriately and quickly according to their disease. Based on blackbox testing carried out by involving potential users, the results obtained that all functionality can work as expected. Accuracy testing is also done by comparing manual calculations with an accuracy value of 95%. This is influenced by the weighting of the symptom value which affects the decrease in the value of the symptom result when compared to ideal conditions. In conclusion, the implications of using this system can make it easier for the community and instructor to diagnose chicken disease.

Abstract - Playstation2 is the best console of all time and has a major influence on the development of video games. So from that playstation2 until now still in demand in the community in all the game lovers. Basically the problem of damage to playstation2 is the most common case found in playstation2 and private rental employers who have playstation2. This damage requires fast and correct handling, as it can be quite detrimental to playstation2 rental entrepreneurs. Current technological advances to facilitate the work of man, because nowadays we can create an artificial intelligence that one of them called expert systems. For the development of expert systems requires hardware (hardware) such as a monitor, a processor, a minimum of 214 GB hard drive, 320 GB of memory, mouse and keyboard. Perangkat (software) consists Adove CS8 Dreamweaver, MySQL, XAMPP, Browser such as Mozilla. This application was designed with a web and an attractive appearance that can be used online for consultation. The results of this research is the application of playstation2 damage diagnosis expert system based on the indication symptoms of playstation2 problems. Teak is one kind of plant that is already widely known and developed by the wider community in the form of plantations and community forests. This is because until now Teak wood is a commodity of luxury, high quality, the price is expensive, and high economic value. Expert systems are a part of the method sciences artificial intelligence to make an application program disease diagnosis teak computerized seek to replace and mimic the reasoning process of an expert or experts in solving the problem specification that can be said to be a duplicate from an expert because science knowledge is stored inside a database  Expert System for the diagnosis of disease teak using forward chaining method aims to explore the characteristics shown in the form of questions in order to diagnose the disease teak with web-based software. Device keel expert system can recognize the disease after consulting identity by answering some of the questions presented by the application of expert systems and can infer some kind of disease in plants teak. Data disease known customize rules (rules) are made to match the characteristics of teak disease and provide treatment solutions.
