This study aims to create a database application program that is able to process data on lecturer course activities and generate reports on the calculation of teaching fees periodically during the pandemic which requires lecturers to report lecture activities online. The system design method approach used is prototyping, namely by creating a program that most closely resembles user needs in a relatively short time. The prototype was generated using the Microsoft Access 2010 database application. The selection of microsoft access to create a prototype was based on the availability of complete facilities in Microsoft Access to design table relations, input forms, query processing, reports and the visual basic programming language for applications. Google Forms used to receive lecture data input online. The application development stages consist of design, testing and implementation stages. This application has succeeded in providing the right solution for the Padang State Polytechnic Accounting Department during the pandemic in calculating and reporting lecture activities and lecturers teaching fees.

This article attempts to investigate certain problematic aspects of the institution of the victim in the Russian criminal process. For this purpose, analyzed the individual norms governing his procedural status. Separate gaps of the criminal procedure legislation in the sphere of protection of the legal rights and interests of the victim are disclosed. The author emphasizes that the improvement of the criminal procedure legislation in terms of the extension of the victim’s authority to defend his rights violated by the crime should be continued. On the basis of the study of the current legislation regarding the regulation of the rights of the victim of a crime, it is proposed to expand the list of decisions received by him, referred to in paragraph 13, part 2 of article 42 Code of Criminal Procedure. The author proposes to include in the list of the indicated legislative norm the right to receive the victim a copy of the decision on the selection of a specific type of preventive measure, selected in relation to the suspect (accused). To create an effective mechanism for protecting the interests of legal entities victims of a crime, we offer part 9 of art. 42 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation shall be reworded as follows: «if a legal entity is recognized as a victim, his procedural right in criminal proceedings is exercised by the professional lawyer representing him».

A major difficulty with teaching ethics is that it is relatively easy for participants to state the “right” thing to do when they have no personal stake in the outcome. One way of dealing with this problem is to teach ethics through engrossing, immersive, predictive scenario games in which players are forced to deal with ethical issues as they arise, where they have a personal stake in the outcome, and where there is not always a clear right answer. Predictive scenario games are a form of serious live-action roleplaying in which participants take on the roles of people involved in complex situations. In these games, knowledge of the game world is distributed among the players through overlapping and conflicting goals, and in which ethical dilemmas emerge naturally, without fanfare, much as they would in the real world. There is a high level of tension between cooperation and competition among the players. This structure creates the opportunity for players to experience the consequences of their own judgment in realistic, ethically fraught situations, to receive feedback, and to engage in constructive discussion, within a relatively short time period.

Loans for civil servants and police employees must be given to employees who are entitled to receive them. Lending without any criteria makes other employees not accept them. Lending using criteria ensures that the employee given the loan is an employee who deserves to receive it. The ahp method is able to complete the selection of employees who are eligible for the loan. Because of the criteria that can determine the weight value for each attribute, and then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In this case, the alternative in question is the one who is entitled to receive a loan based on attributes, or determining criteria in selecting employees who are eligible to receive loans. Based on the ranking, Juliana Situmorang's employee has the highest score of 0.977 compared to other employees. The ahp method is the right step in determining employees who are eligible to receive loans.

Program water supply and sanitation water the community (Pamsimas) is one of the government's mainstay programs in the provision of clean water and sanitation for rural and suburban communities through a community-based approach. With the effort to determine which villages are categorized as potential to receive financial assistance and no potential to receive APBN assistance for the installation of the project pamsimas. The aim is to establish a standard system for selecting Pamsimas villages to help government programs channel them to the right target. With the K-Means Clustering clustering method, this method is very suitable to be used in predicting and classifying which villages are categorized as potentials and does not have the potential to detect the state budget for the Pamsimas project installation. The data is taken interview and direct observation to the Pamsimas office which is the primary data and the criteria data in the form of village data and village connections are secondary data. The results obtained are the K-Means method can be applied clustering of Pamsimas Karanganyar village clustering which is useful to assist the selection of villages on target. By testing the functionality using a black box and testing the validity using the Rapidminer Software. In the mapping study, it was stated that 2 clusters were categorized as potential and not potential. For the results of a valid percentage of the Pamsimas application is 100%.Keywords: Mapping, Pamsimas, Clustering K-Means.

If we add to this doubt the instability of the labour market, the productive model changed by the impact of the ITC and globalization, the final decision must be more complex. The truth is that, in a short time, when current students start working in a digital society, they will have to choose careers that do not exist yet. In part, the new careers will be formed by the convergence of three important specialization areas: microcomputation, biotechnology and quantum physics, as well as the result of the digital transformation that is being carried out transversally in many other sectors of activity such as education, health, transportation, logistics, business, etc. This article is an extract from an empirical study which I am developing in my doctoral thesis on the lack of female talent in the ICT engineering. In this text, I try to explain the relationship among the digitalization of the economy, the employment and education, and the selection of university studies and the role that the Spanish Government, the EU and other institutions and academic associations are playing in this area in order to encourage women to study ICT engineering or even to work in the ICT sector.

The XP (eXtreme Programming) model is best suited for the development of information systems projects that require rapid adaptation to changes that occur during application development compared to the SDLC Waterfall model. XP is also suitable for fewer team members and is in the same location in software development of medical record. Software development should be well planned, so that the software obtained quality and in accordance with the needs of users. The selection of the right framework will determine the success of software development, thus avoiding patchwork in application development. Step by step of research methods for medical record software are Planning, design, coding, testing and software increment. Studies conducted in this study include: library study, interviews, observation, document examination. Next do an analysis of the aplications made, and check the document to get a picture of the system created. This is done as an analysis and system design conducted by researchers. Selection of the right framework at the time of application development to bridge between the developer side and the user side, so that the developed application can be completed on time. In this research use eXtreme Prorgamming framework which focused on development of medical record, because eXtreme Programming more emphasis on software development and system design with CRC (Class Responsibility Collaborator). XP framework that every step always involves users, programmers, and parts of testing so that the applications created can be completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the needs of users

The appropriate selection of design concepts has a strong influence on product cost, durability, robustness and functionality. Effective tools to identify good design concepts are critical. Different design methodologies have different objectives to aid in making the right decision. Some design methods are complementary, whereas others may provide contradictory results. In this study, two design methods, concept scoring and axiomatic design, are compared for their ability to obtain good design concepts. Conceptual designs of micro-pumps, which provide pressure gradients to actuate the flow of liquids and gas, are used to evaluate the design methods. Metrics are used to compare these two design methodologies’ abilities to achieve objective evaluations. The concept scoring method is easy to use, especially when comparing different designs. The axiomatic design method provides a structured and mathematical design evaluation; however, achieving good design through the uncoupling or decoupling of matrices is challenging. Further study is required to integrate these two design methods.

The period starting from the second half of the XIV century. and up to the middle of the 15th century, had held under the sign of the fall of the Mongol Yuan Dynasty in China, and it was the most important one in the history of the Eastern Mongols and Oirats. Until then, the rule that only representatives of the Golden Family (that is, the descendants of Genghis Khan) were able to receive power to govern over Mongols, was, in fact, not questioned, but later the various interpretations began to appear. For example, Oirats, as non-Genghisids, had to assert their power, possessing only second roles (Taishi - the first minister). Despite the internal turmoil and the struggle with the descendants of the Yuan rulers, the Oirats did to try to create the united Mongol state headed by Taishis from the Choros Oirat clan. After a long struggle with the Eastern Mongols (who sometimes had also been led by Oirats, for example Ugechi Khashig and his son Esehu) of such Oirat leaders as Batula, Batubolo, Taiping and Toghon, the son of the latter, Esen, managed to not only to unite the Oirats in a short time, but also to create the united Mongolian state. In addition, he revived the religious and political role of the sangha, most likely the teachings of black-caped hat Karma Kagyu. This act was especially important because, besides the ideological counterweight to the right of Genghisids, one should have responded to the growth of Islamic activity in the region.
