Information systems in an organization have an important role in providing information to management in order to control various complex processes within an organization. The implementation of information systems in the Batik Professional Certification Institute, can help the management of Batik LSP in controlling processes in organizations, ranging from participants, assessors, Competency Test Places, to scheduling competency tests. Information systems designed to build must be through a test before use. Information system testing is carried out to determine whether or not the application is suitable for use by users. This study aims to conduct a series of tests on information systems that have been designed to build. The method used is experimental, using the AppPerfect Web Test application and the Functional Test questionnaire (Black Box Testing) instrument provided to users. The purpose of this study, to determine the extent to which these two test methods can be reliable in testing the information system of professional certification institutions that are built. Based on the analysis carried out, the AppPerfect Web Test application is in line with the results of the function test by the user. In other words, functional testing can be done by users or with the AppPerfect Web Test application, or both.

Social distancing policy is applied during the Covid-19 virus pandemic including in Batik Professional Certification Institution in Indonesia. The management should provide services for the participants without meeting them directly. This study aims to reveal the management of Batik competence tests during the Covid-19 virus pandemic. The observation focused on the performance of the administrative staff, assessors, and management staff of the Batik Professional Certification Institutions (PCI). This is a qualitative study. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the participants, assessors, and administrators. The research concerns on the role and impact of the use of information system management in the interaction between prospective assessment, participants, assessors, and management of PCI in the professional certification competency test (PCCT). The findings showed that the use of information systems to manage vocational assessment has been effective to inform the assessment schedule to the assessor and participant, bridging the assessment reports, and reminding license expiration to management, so the management has an efficient way to manage the information with this system automation.

Professional certification is an effort to recognize a person's competence by the required work competency standards. Bung Hatta University Professional Certification Institute (LSP) is an agency implementing competency certification activities that have received a license from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) to certify students from various fields of science and professions at Bung Hatta University. Bung Hatta University LSP has the status of the first party LSP educational institutions. The registration process for certification at the Bung Hatta University LSP is still done manually by filling in several paper forms. This is considered ineffective considering the current technological advances. By developing a website-based information system, this can be overcome. The purpose of designing a website-based information system is to produce an information system that can assist the certification process and can be accessed by any relevant user anytime and anywhere. This information system was developed using the waterfall method. This method has several stages, namely the needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing stage. The design of this information system used Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Yii2 framework as a PHP framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS). The design of this information system resulted in a web-based Information System for Bung Hatta University LSP, which focused on the initial administrative process.

Abstrak— Sistem informasi saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan pada masyarakat untuk membantu dalam menyelesaikan berbagai pekerjaan. Masyarakat telah menyadari akan pentingnya keberadaan sistem informasi dalam membantu memonitoring pekerjaan yang sudah dilakukan maupun sebagai bentuk untuk pengolahan data yang lebih mudah dibandingkan dengan cara manual. Salah satu bentuk implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi adalah pengelolaan dana biaya operasional sekolah. Dimana pada biaya operasional sekolah lebih mengarah pada akuntansi dikarenakan pengolahan didalamnya sesuai dengan keilmuan dibidang akuntansi. Oleh karena itu, supaya penggunaan dana BOS bisa dipertanggungjawabkan maka diperlukan sebuah sistem dalam pengelolaan dan monitoringnya. Pembuatan sistem informasi akuntansi biaya operasional sekolah diperlukan supaya bisa membantu para pengelola dana BOS dalam memonitoring dan mengevaluasi setiap penggunaan dana BOS. Perancangan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi akuntansi biaya operasional sekolah ini lebih tepatnya menggunakan metode rapid application development (RAD). Model RAD (rapid application development) merupakan model proses pengembangan perangkat lunak secara linier sequential yang menekankan pada siklus pengembangan yang sangat singkat. Black Box Testing berfokus pada spesifikasi fungsional dari perangkat lunak. Tester dapat mendefinisikan kumpulan kondisi input dan melakukan pengetesan pada spesifikasi fungsional program. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dengan menggunakan metode black box, aplikasi SIA BOS yang telah dibuat tidak ditemukan permasalahan dari sistem. Kata kunci— sistem informasi, akuntansi, dana BOS, RAD, black box.Abstract— The current information system has become a necessity for the community to assist in completing various jobs. The public has been aware of the importance of the existence of information systems in helping to monitor the work that has been done and as a form for data processing easier than the manual way. One form of accounting information system implementation is the fund management of school operational costs. Where on the operational costs of schools more leads to accounting because the processing therein in accordance with the scholarship in the field of accounting. Therefore, in order for the use of BOS funds can be accounted for, it is necessary a system in the management and monitoring. Creation of school operational cost accounting information system is needed to assist BOS fund managers in monitoring and evaluating every use of BOS funds. The design in making the information system of school operational cost accounting is more precisely use method of rapid application development (RAD). RAD model (rapid application development) is a model of sequential linear software development process that emphasizes on a very short development cycle. Black Box Testing focuses on the functional specifications of the software. The tester can define the set of input conditions and perform testing on the functional specifications of the program. Based on the results of testing the system using black box method, SIA BOS application that has been made not found problems from the system. The Airsoft Group Competition (ARGO) is an airsoft gun championship event held after the airsoft fan group Anarchy99 Magelang. The manual registration system in airsoft competition has many disadvantages, it requires time to search for participant data, it is prone to double participants that are not needed by the competition participants and if there are participants with the same name, it is difficult for one participant to another. The purpose of this study is to obtain a registration information system to facilitate participants and organizers in carrying out the registration process and making reports. With a large number of participants spread throughout Indonesia, this championship requires information systems. The method used in making this information system uses the prototype method. The results obtained from research testing with the Black Box Testing method and conducted on the user, can be concluded related to the system built has met the needs of the procurement of information systems that help the registration process and help the participant data and conduct purchase. Requires a long time in making reports.

Professional Certification Institution (LSP) as an organ or body that organizes professional trials. Implementation of web-based information systems (online) Professional certification institutions assist management in organizing data, scheduling, detecting assessors' expiration, and providing information to LSP assessors. The purpose of this study is to build an information system for Professional Certification Institutions to facilitate the Batik LSP process also helps in getting faster and more accurate data from the process. The method used in this research is research and development (research and development) with the 4D model, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination. In the initial stage "Define", analysis and analysis of needs at the batik certification body. In the "Design" stage, an application design is carried out, including database design, interface, and system flow. The "Development" stage is carried out from the development application which consists of: (1) Pre-Alpha; (2) Alpha; (3) Beta; (4) Releasese Candidate; and (5) Release. Whereas the "Dissemination" is a development where the product is tested to the user to find out the usefulness in assisting the testing process in the Batik Certification Institute. From the results of the questionnaire and the blackbox test, it was found that the information system had fulfilled the requirements and was suitable for use by the blackbox users that had been done.

ABSTRACT<br />PT. Surya Cemerlang Niaga Abadi is a company engaged in the distribution of imported beef. There are constraints experienced by companies, such demand with supply is not balanced and recording of inventory is still manually by hand. Determination of the inventory is still manually by hand so as to determine how the merchandise will be provided the company must first compare the number of items that came out with a comparison of data before the data is also of recent expenditures.Based on these problems, this research aims to design and build information systems that can assist in data processing and forecasting inventory items for the next month. Web-based information system is built with the Weighted Moving Average method for inventory forecasting process. The data used in forecasting is the last three months of data.The results of this study indicate successful information system designed and built. Based on testing with Black box testing system functionality information obtained is in conformity with the designs. Based on the calculation error last three months weights 0.1, 0.2, 0.7 is obtained MSE (Mean Squared Error) is 0.00834 that shows the smallest value and proper use for forecasting.<br />Keywords: Information Systems, Inventory, Forecasting, Weighted Moving Average<br />ABSTRAK<br />PT. Surya Cemerlang Niaga Abadi merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distribusi daging import. Terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh perusahaan antara lain permintaan dengan persediaan tidak seimbang dan pencatatan persediaan barang juga masih manual dengan tulisan tangan. Penentuan persediaan barang itu sendiri masih dilakukan secara manual dengan tulisan tangan jadi untuk menentukan berapa jumlah persediaan barang yang akan disediakan perusahaan harus terlebih dahulu membandingkan jumlah barang yang keluar dengan perbandingan data sebelumnya juga data pengeluaran barang yang baru terjadi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi yang dapat membantu dalam pengolahan data barang dan peramalan persediaan barang untuk bulan berikutnya. Sistem informasi dibangung berbasis web dengan metode Weighted Moving Average untuk proses peramalan persediaan barang. Data yang digunakan dalam peramalan adalah data tiga bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sistem informasi berhasil dirancang dan dibangun. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan Black box testing didapatkan fungsionalitas sistem informasi sudah sesuai dengan rancangan yang dibuat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan error bobot tiga bulan terakhir 0.1, 0.2, 0.7 diperoleh nilai MSE (Mean Squared Error) adalah 0.00834 yang menunjukkan nilai terkecil dan tepat digunakan untuk peramalan.<br />Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Persediaan, Peramalan, Weighted Moving Average

The hospital as one of the largest health installations always strives to implement quality services because it has an impact on customer satisfaction and brings in new customers. Customer complaints that are not handled properly will adversely affect the impression of the hospital. The difficulty faced by Surya Husadha General Hospital Denpasar is handling customer complaints that are still manual by wrote to the paper. This method is considered not maximal in efforts to provide handling and managing customer complaints. The purpose of this research is to build an information system for handling customer complaints that can help hospital customer care in managing customer complaints, confirm complaints to the relevant units and validate the actions taken. Customer complaint handling information systems can also produce complaints information that has been handled and has not been handled as well as customer complaints reports based on certain time units. The results of the research indicate that it has succeeded in building a complaints information system that can help customer care in managing customer complaints. The results of black box testing show that the system functions run well.

Financial information system is an information system that provides information to individuals or groups of people, both inside and outside the company that contains financial problems and information about the flow of money for users in the company. Financial information systems are used to solve financial problems in a company, by meeting three financial principles: fast, safe, and inexpensive.Quick principle, the intention is that financial information systems must be able to provide the required data on time and can meet the needs. The Safe Principle means that the financial information system must be prepared with consideration of internal controls so that company assets are maintained. The Principle of Inexpensive, the intention is that the cost of implementing a financial information system must be reduced so that it is relatively inexpensive.Therefore we need technology media that can solve financial problems, and produce financial information to related parties quickly, safely and cheaply. One example of developing information technology today is computer technology and internet. Starting from financial problems and technological advances, the authors make a website-based financial management application to facilitate the parties that perform financial management and supervision.Method of development application program is used Waterfall method, with the following stages: Software Requirement Analysis, Software Design, Program Code Making, Testing, Support, Maintenance.

The distinctive quality of the new social structure is that information becomes the only factor of production. In today's organizations, public administrators are directly responsible for applying information to administrative processes. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, a knowledge based organization requires every employee to take responsibility for achieving efficiency. This has increased the importance of information systems in the decision-making process. Information systems consist of computer and communication technology, data base management and model management and include activity processing system, management information system, decision support systems, senior management information system, expert systems and office automation systems. Information systems in the health sector aim at the management and provision of preventive and curative health services. The use of information systems in healthcare has the benefits of increasing service quality, shortening treatment processes, maximizing efficiency of the time, labour and medical devices. The use of information systems for clinical decision making and reducing medical errors in the healthcare industry dates back to the 1960s. Clinical information systems involve processing, storing and re-accessing information that supports patient care in a hospital. Clinical information systems are systems that are directly or indirectly related to patient care. These systems include electronic health/patient records, clinical decision support systems, nurse information systems, patient tracking systems, tele-medicine, case mix and smart card applications. Diagnosis-treatment systems are information-based systems used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It consists of laboratory information systems, picture archiving and communication system, pharmacy information system, radiology information system, nuclear medicine information system. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of health information system applications in Turkey. The first part of the study focuses on the concept of information systems and the types of information systems in organization structures. In the second part, clinical information systems and applications for diagnosis-treatment systems in Turkey are examined. Finally, the study evaluates applications in the health sector qualitatively from the new organizational structure, which is formed by information systems.
