This study aimed to determine the quality analysis of tax services at KPP Pratama Jakarta Senin in order to improve taxpayer compliance. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. A total of eight informants were involved in this study.  Data analysis was performed using the Credibility and Transferability Test. The results of this study indicate that service indicators such as reliability, responsiveness, competence, access, courtesy, communication, credibility, security, understanding, and tangibles owned by tax employees of KPP Pratama Jakarta Senin are very good so that taxpayers are satisfied with the services they provide. However, there are still weaknesses in the courtesy indicator, in which some employees are not friendly, and in the tangibles indicator, in which the quality of human resources and the number of computer units is still lacking and the awareness and compliance of taxpayers is still low. These weaknesses have resulted in the failure to achieve the tax achievement target.

The novel revolves about a woman named Cut Nyak Dhien, who is often called "Cut Nyak". She is a prominent noble lady in Aceh. Her first husband Teuku Ibrahim Lamnga died in the battlefield, the Acehnese call him "Syahid", because he fought in the war with the Dutch Colonials to defend his homeland of Islam. After her husband was martyred in the war with the Dutch, Cut Nyak Dhien remarried with Teuku Umar Djohan Pahlawan. Furthermore, her second husband, Teuku Umar, was also killed by the Dutch. The death of her two beloved husbands added to her hatred to the Dutch Colonials. For Cut Nyak, the Dutch not only had seized her homeland, but also degraded the dignity of the Acehnese, and harassed her religion. The problem of this research is what nationalism values are contained in Cut Nyak Dhien novel, written by M.H. Skelely Lulofs. The source of data of this research is Cut Nyak Dhien novel, written by M.H. Skelely Lulofs. It was published by Bamboo Community in 2007, which consists of 369 pages. The descriptive qualitative method was used for the purpose of this study. Data collection technique was conducted by analyzing the values of nationalism in Cut Nyak Dhien novel written by M.H. Skelely Lulofs. The results of data analysis shows that there are many nationalism values contained in Cut Nyak Dhien novel which are useful for people's lives such as the citizenship value, romantic value, cultural value, state value and religious value.

This study aims to determine the Tourist Perception of Bokori Island Tourism Object in Bokori Village, Soropia District of Konawe Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Subjects in this study were tourists visiting attractions Bokori Island. Traveler sampling in this study set out in the quota sampling 50 respondents, in this study the sample collection technique by accidental sampling.Methods of  data collection using questionnaires, observation and documentation. Questionnaire data analysis in this research is the analysis presented in the table percentage and distribution. Based on the results obtained show that, according to the perception of tourists attractions of the Bokori Island (1) appeal to the average score - average rating of 3.31 with the perception of being in either category, (2) accessibility with a mean score - average of 3.40 with the perception of tourists are in good category, (3) visitor facilities with a mean score - average rating of 3.12 with the perception of being in either category, (4) infrastructure with a mean score - average 3.53 with the perception of tourists were in the excellent category, (5) security with a mean score - average of 3.24 with the perceptions of visitors are in good category, (6) the promotion with a mean score - average of 3.32 with the perceptions of visitors are in either category. Thus the perception of the overall rating showed a mean score - average rating of 3.32 with the perception of being in either category.

The purpose of this research is to explain the authority of LPD financial management in Badung Regency, after the enactment of the Badung Regency Regulation No. 29/2013 and to find out the direction of the utilization of LPD coaching funds in Badung Regency. This research used normative legal research, with a statutory approach that specifically regulates the financial management authority of the LPD after the enactment of the Badung Regency Regulation number 29 of 2013. The data sources used were primary and secondary legal materials. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method, namely the presentation by describing in detail certain aspects related to the problem being researched. The results showed that the authority to regulate the implementation of village credit institution activities in Badung Regency is still handled by the Provincial government because so far the Province has never handed over or delegated this authority to Badung Regency. Second, the utilization of village credit institution development funds is to provide guidance to LPDs in Bali and to improve the performance and quality of LPD management human resources.

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.

The leadership of the kiai becomes very important in Islamic boarding school because the development of the quality of pesantren education depends on the competence of the leader, the meaning of the leader here is the kiai or caretaker of the boarding school. This study aims to describe the first role of leadership in improving the quality of education, secondly the leadership of kiai that is effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods and inductive thinking patterns. The purpose is to analyze the data obtained from field objects, and then to be related to relevant theories.The results showed: 1) The role of the kiai in improving quality in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang is as a manager, educator, human resource empowerment, decision maker, attainee of the pesantren, motivator and supervisor. 2) Effective kiai leadership is leadership that builds cooperation with kiai or other institutions, regenerates kiai and builds good relations with the community.

The research used descriptive qualitative method. Service was said to be of quality if the service received more than expected, satisfying if the service received the same as expected and if the service received less than expected, the service was said to be of low quality. The results show that the service quality provided by the Fisheries, Agriculture and Fisheries Department of North Barito Regency was considered satisfactory in terms of dimensions of responsiveness, dimensions of assurance and empathy. While the dimensions of reliability and dimensions of tangibles are considered unsatisfactory. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the Fisheries, Fisheries and Animal Husbandry Department of North Barito Regency will be able to improve the quality of services by improving the quality of human resources and making new breakthroughs in fish farming technology.

The principal as a manager or leader must have a strategy in developing educational facilities and infrastructure. Educational facilities and infrastructure are one of important resources in supporting the learning process in schools. The purpose of this article is to describe the principal's strategy in improving infrastructure through the development of infrastructure. This article is qualitative field research. The form of the research is descriptive qualitative with the design of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this article found that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at (Public High School) SMA Negeri 1 Jombang was quite effective and efficient, especially seen from the presence of CCTV facilities that made it easier for the principal to control the teachers, as well as students during the learning process and LCD can understand the material presented by the teachers. The principal strategy in developing infrastructure is through the planning stages of infrastructure, organizing infrastructure, mobilizing infrastructure, and controlling infrastructure. The conclusion from the explanation above is that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Jombang seen from the CCTV and LCD facilities is quite good because after seeing the results achieved, it has fulfilled the objectives to be achieved, namely to improve the quality of learning.

The research aims to describe the functions of humor used in an American comedy movie The Boss. The subject of the research was American comedy movie The Boss. Descriptive qualitative method was used to conduct the research. Data collection was done through library research and documentation. Data analysis was done through identification, coding, classification and description. The researcher found several findings. Supported by Meyers theory of joke, there are 6 functions of jokes found in the movie such as to insult someone, to express anger, to tease someone, to relieve tension, to get attention, and to amuse others. The dominant function was differentiation particularly to insult and to express anger 21 times, the second was clarification particularly to relieve tension humorous lines and amuse others 15 times, the third was enforcement particularly to tease 18 times, and the last was identification particularly to relieve tension and to get attention 27 times. These functions were also analyzed and discriminated by different setting and participant based on formality and participants distance. According to the analysis, most jokes occurred in informal situation with intimate relationship among the participants and functioned to tease someone and to relieve tension. This finding also proves that American humor is expressed with more slapstick and vulgarity as the characteristic of American humor used in daily communication. The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of the language available in the novel teenager "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data in this study Various styles on the novel teenagers "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. Documentation technique is used in the data collection technigue. Data analysis technique in this research is done through steps, that is: (1) reading novelteenlit "Angel Angel" by Luna Torashyngu (2) hiding data, (3) classifying data, (4) analyzing data, and (5) conclude. Test the validity of the data is a credibility test conducted by increasing persistence with the supervisor during the process, and discussion with colleagues. The results found in the novel D'Angel Princess by Luna Torashyngu in slang and not used to separate the characteristics of the teen novel. Then the word denotation and author connotation to express and convince the compiler readers convey narration and description in the story, said Science used as a means to monetize a novel theme with a scientific theme, the words used to sort out teenage characters who look slang. The use of sentences is used to describe the main character in the sentence Usage. The author's written sentence contains descriptions and narrations to make the story more interesting and easy to understand. Comment topic sentence  gives a beautiful impression or a beautiful comment on the characters. Use of minor sentences is used  to give challenge and sincerity to what people say so that readers feel confidence. AbstrakPenelitian ini adalah penelitian dasar (basic research) yang mencoba untuk mengkaji metode penciptaan karya seni murni bentuk representasional, simbolik dan abstrak. Kajian dilakukan terhadap beberapa seniman lukis, grafis dan patung di empat kota dalam wilayah Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data utama dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan sumber primer, yaitu seniman. Sedangkan data tidak langsung dikumpulkan melalui jurnal, buku, video foto, katalog pameran, karya-karya seniman, dan dokumen-dokumen terkait. Teknik analisis data dilakukan sebelum di lapangan dan di lapangan. Temuan penelitian ini adalah berupa metode yang spesifik, lebih operasional dan teknis tentang penciptaan karya seni murni bentuk representasional, simbolik dan abstrak.  Kata Kunci: Metode, Representasional, Simbolik, Abstrak.AbstractThis research is a basic research which tries to examine the method of creating pure works of representational, symbolic and abstract forms. The study was carried out on several painters, engravers and sculptors in four cities in the West Sumatra region of Indonesia. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The main data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews with primary sources, namely artists. While indirect data is collected through journals, books, videos, photos, exhibition catalogs, works of artists, and related documents. Data analysis techniques were carried out before on the field and in the field. The findings of this study are in the form of specific, more operational and technical methods about the creation of pure works of representational, symbolic and abstract forms.
