Islam is a universal religion and a comprehensive way of life that cannot be separated from patients. Muslim patients are not just passive recipients of medical decisions, but have their own religious views and beliefs about how they would like to be cared for by the medical profession. With the increasing Muslim population in the west, problems arise when a Muslim patient is admitted to a hospital with non-Muslim health caregiver, particularly related to dietary and nutritional issues. The health team should be aware of the religious prohibitions in Islam such as wine or alcohol, flesh of swine, reptiles, birds with talons, canine animals or scavenging creatures, intoxicants etc. The guidelines presented in this paper would enable the health provider to serve their Muslim patients in the most appropriate manner.

<em>Yudian Wahyudi voiced his idea that Indonesia (read: Pancasila) is a religious and secular country simultaneously. The idea arose because many said Indonesia was a secular country, on the other hand, it was also mentioned that Indonesia was a religious country. It is said as a secular country because Indonesia has a lot of 'oriented' to the West. While referred to as a religious country because it has the majority Muslim population in the world. This paper will explain the position of the Pancasila as the way of life of the Indonesian people, associated with the Qur'an which is a way of life for Muslims. In this context, al-Qur'an will be explained as the realm of its orality, as is the identity of the Qur'an delivered verbally: from Allah, the Angel Gabriel, the Prophet Muhammad to the Arab community (audience). In this case, reading the oral side of the Koran, through the theory of Orality from Walter J. Ong, will be important if it is realized that there are distinct characteristics for oral delivery, one of which is the context that was born in the oral demands of the present, that is, when the Qur'an is delivered verbally, then the solution-problem or message delivered is based on the current context. At this point, Pancasila is present on Indonesian soil to answer problems and give messages that are also based on the Indonesian context. Also, through the integration of general knowledge in understanding and applying the values of Pancasila and the beauty of the Qur'an, it will give birth to a national and religious attitude that always responds to the development of the times appropriately. Both of these life guidelines maintain Indonesia's existing identity - which is good and advance the life of the nation and state. </em>

What is an underground? Is it possible to embed this particular way of life into any definition? After all, even underground did not have the need to define itself at the beginning. The presented text represents a brief reflection of the development of underground in Czechoslovakia; attention is paid to the impulses from the West, which had a significant influence on the underground. The text focuses on the key events that influenced the underground. For example, the “Hairies (Vlasatci)” Action, which took place in 1966, and the State Security activity in Rudolfov in 1974. The event in Rudolfov was an imaginary landmark and led to the writing of a manifesto that came into history as the “Report on the Third Czech Musical Revival.”

The interest of the eight major organizations of health care professionals was not in debating the philosophical, ethical, moral or religious issues surrounding abortion. The members of the organizations differ on how to balance the woman's privacy right against the state's interests in maternal and fetal health, and in particular about whether the state has a compelling interest in fetal health before viability. Given the diversity of views, the brief neither endorsed nor opposed the Supreme Court's holding in Roe v. Wade that the state's interest in fetal health becomes compelling at viability.

AbstractThis article re-examines our understanding of modern sport. Today, various physical cultures across the world are practised under the name of sport. Almost all of these sports originated in the West and expanded to the rest of the world. However, the history of judo confounds the diffusionist model. Towards the end of the nineteenth century, a Japanese educationalist amalgamated different martial arts and established judo not as a sport but as ‘a way of life’. Today it is practised globally as an Olympic sport. Focusing on the changes in its rules during this period, this article demonstrates that the globalization of judo was accompanied by a constant evolution of its character. The overall ‘sportification’ of judo took place not as a diffusion but as a convergence – a point that is pertinent to the understanding of the global sportification of physical cultures, and also the standardization of cultures in modern times.

Pandemi Covid-19 telah mempengaruhi tatanan hidup dan kebiasaan masyarakat di dunia pada umumnya dan di Indonesia pada khususnya. Kesehariannya masyarakat yang telah terbiasa untuk berinteraksi secara langsung, karena adanya Covid-19 maka masyarakat harus mulai terbiasa dengan pola hidup sehat yaitu dengan penerapan social distancing. Keuangan keluarga mengalami dampak yang buruk akibat pandemi Covid-19. Implementasi pelaksanaannya dengan memberikan pembelajaran melalui daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi google meet dan dilanjutkan dengan melalui forum diskusi tanya jawab dengan mitra yang tergabung dalam KADIN Jawa Barat. Di masa pandemi Covid-19, keluarga harus mampu mengimplementasikan financial health chek up didalam keuangan rumah tangganya. Karena menurunnya keuangan keluarga berdampak pada menurunnya konsumsi belanja rumah tangga dapat berakibat pada menurunnya pertumbuhan perekonomian suatu negara. Strategi yang dapat digunakan oleh keluarga dalam menempuh kondisi masa pandemi Covid-19 ini adalah dengan mencatat dan merinci dari setiap pengeluaran dan pemasukan, membuat budget untuk setiap pengeluaran dan menghindari pengeluaran yang tidak perlu.Kata Kunci :Personal Financial Health Check-Up, Keuangan Keluarga, Pandemi Covid-19 The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the way of life and habits of people in the world in general and in Indonesia in particular. On a daily basis, people who are accustomed to interacting directly, because of Covid-19, people must start to get used to a healthy lifestyle, namely the application of social distancing. Family finances were badly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation of the implementation is by providing online learning using the google meet application and continued by going through a question and answer discussion forum with partners who are members of the West Java KADIN. During the Covid-19 pandemic, families must be able to implement financial health check-ups in their household finances. Because the decline in family finances has an impact on decreasing consumption of household spending, it can result in a decline in the economic growth of a country. Budzhak (in modern Moldova and Ukraine) is the western part of the Eurasian steppe, the natural character of which had determined the ways of the local life for centuries. The Ottoman and the Russian Empires had clashed here in the eighteenth century, on the eve of the European Enlightenment. This fight was to determine further prospects for development, while many contemporaries and eyewitnesses tried to guess any signs of these prospects. A profound social crisis in south-eastern Europe contributed to political and ethnic and confessional changes and was changing the natural landscape. The Turkic Muslim population had to leave these lands under the growing pressure of these changes, and the new population was predominantly Christian. Now the Christians determined the way of life in Budzhak, even its flora and fauna.

The recent outbreak of Ebola Virus Disease (evd) in the West African sub-region sprung challenges on the healthcare providers in the observance of their ethical rules in dealing with their patients and the State in fulfilling its obligations to ensure that the rights of patients are respected in times of public health emergency. The ethical rules of medical practice demand that the healthcare providers prefer the interests of their patients to the preservation of self. The State is by law under obligation to protect and respect the rights of the patients in all situations. The paper argues that the responses by the healthcare providers and the States in the West African sub region in the wake of the public health emergency fell short of the demands of the ethical rules of the medical profession and the obligation to ensure that the rights of the patients are respected.
