The article examines various aspects of non-verbal communication in the educational process from the perspective of a sense-centered approach. The influence of non-verbal communication on the quality of teaching and interaction with students was analyzed. It was revealed that non-verbal communication has a culturological peculiarity. The types of non-verbal communication are highlighted, with the help of which it is possible to start the process of transaction of meanings or to give a personal-semantic orientation to learning.

This study is intended to reveal the processes of formation of research competencies in the mathematical education of future lawyer. The process of forming research competencies is presented through the prism of factorization of academic disciplines. The article demonstrates the need to fragment the educational process into segments, taking into account the needs of the student and his personal characteristics. The study confirms the need for a competent approach to the research activities of future lawyers. The importance and necessity of updating mathematical education is given. The authors come to the conclusion that despite some progress in the quality of teaching mathematical disciplines, the methodology of education still needs new approaches and further updating, taking into account the digitalization of education.

Improving the quality of educational services is impossible without a detailed analysis of student satisfaction. Identifying weaknesses in the educational process and socio-cultural environment, as well as evaluating the dynamics of satisfaction in recent years will help to formulate a roadmap for managing the quality of education. The research was conducted at Perm Polytechnic University which is typical, therefore the findings of the research can be considered as representative.The article analyzes the results of a survey of 1126 full-time students, which was about 12% of the contingent (full-time). The sample is presented for all structural divisions: faculties and branches, as well as the content of questionnaires on blocks of questions. The results of the level of satisfaction with the quality of educational activities are analyzed, in particular: the content of educational programs, the implementation of educational programs, the conditions for ensuring the educational process, the quality of teaching, knowledge control and training. Positive assessment (satisfaction is more than 50%) deserve: the organization and conditions of the educational process, the content of academic disciplines in all cycles, the quality of teaching, the volume and quality of the library fund. However, some comments revealed dissatisfaction with the technical means, the quality of the content audiences, the organization of pedagogic assistance and students’ self-directed learning, schedule of classes, quality of teaching materials, organization of traineeships, quality control test, availability of laboratories and computer classes outside the classroom.The assessment of the socio-cultural environment considered aspects of the organization of students’ extracurricular work, the socio-psychological climate; the conditions of life support of the educational process (sanitary and social); socio-cultural activities related to the satisfaction of spiritual and physical needs of an individual; socio-cultural fostering. The main comments are related to the quality of social and living conditions (catering, living conditions in a hostel).The results of the survey showed the need for further research in order to form a generalized (complex) model for assessing the quality of the University activities.

The article presents an overview of various methods for improving the quality of teaching and motivating learners. Features of the analogy method and the possibility of its application as an effective educational technology have been considered. The use of the analogy method in the educational process in the course of studying graph theory by students has been described. Cartesian graph is proposed as a method obtained with the help of analogy method for describing the graphs by the auxiliary function. The features of the Cartesian graph are studied and the basic laws are revealed, which enable to draw conclusions about the properties of a corresponding traditional graph. Two modifications of the Cartesian graph have been introduced, possessing a certain specific form of representation of the graph and thus helping to carry out more detailed investigation of it. Statements about some relationships between the characteristics of the traditional graph and the corresponding Cartesian graph with its modifications are proved. A computer program is described for modeling graphs in various forms of representation: in the form of a traditional diagram, a Cartesian graph, vertex and axial modifications of the Cartesian graph.

All participants in educational relations are worried about the problem how to improve the quality of education, with everyone representing it through the prism of their value system. In this connection there is a need to structure these representations. It is necessary to begin with bringing into a unified system the representations of education direct customers – students. The aim of our article is to analyze how pedagogical university students perceive the quality of their education. On the basis of the survey involving 117 respondents from Elabuga Institute of Kazan Federal University (Elabuga, Republic of Tatarstan) and the Northeast Federal University named after M.K. Ammosov (Yakutsk, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)) we analyzed such criteria as quality of teaching, quality of learning, formation of universal competencies, personal qualities necessary for modern teachers and the creation of appropriate conditions by a university (digitalization of the educational environment, academic mobility) for students’ self-development. The t-Student criterion was used to determine the differences between the respondents’ competencies, knowledge, abilities, skills and qualities that they had possessed before entering the university and those that were formed during the university study. The obtained data indicate a high assessment of the quality of education by the students. The results also showed the educational process strong and weak points that students of the two federal universities face. Thus, focusing on one of the customers’ (students’) views will allow teachers to manage the educational process effectively and improve its quality.

The article aims to study research of domestic scientists on teaching a foreign language in primary school. It is determined that this problem is analyzed in several aspects: comparative and pedagogical, professional and pedagogical, linguistic, methodological, psychological, cultural. This article discusses the main aspects of learning a foreign language in an educational environment. The purpose of the article is to implicate the studies of domestic scientists which explore the educational process in a foreign language teaching in various aspects. In the study the methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, induction, deduction, analogy were used. In this work we analyzed the problem of a foreign language teaching in primary school in the domestic scientific space. The article concludes that the need to apply these approaches to learning a foreign language, improving the educational process and improving the quality of teaching arose in connection with globalization and the need to create favorable conditions for personal development and socialization in the environment.

The article considers the problems of teaching legal disciplines to students of economic specialties in the conditions of quarantine and on-line training. The purpose of the article is to identify opportunities and proposals for improving the quality of teaching legal disciplines in the format of distance learning. Empirical formalized and specially legal methods, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis, opposition, generalization of individual pedagogical experience and others were used in the study. МЕТОДИКА ВИКЛАДАННЯ У ВИЩІЙ ШКОЛ І 168 Випуск І (81), 2021 It is proved that with diverse use of educational methods and constant creative stimulation it is possible to provide the educational process in the on-line mode of proper quality. It is substantiated that the disciplines of legal orientation, which are provided by the curricula for students seeking economic specialties, have an interdisciplinary nature, which clearly affects the methodology of their teaching. For the proper teaching of legal disciplines to students of economic specialties in the conditions of distance learning, proposals have been developed for the selection of optimal forms of conducting lectures and seminars. Modern society and higher education, in particular, are under the influence of quarantine restrictions related to the spread of Covid’s infection. This creates the need for the formation of educational and methodological developments that will promote education in the context of online learning, and their scientific justification.

The process of learning grammar is quite time-consuming. Poor grammar is often the reason that prevents people from communicating freely and competently in a foreign language. Definitely, some textbooks offer a sufficient number of grammar exercises, but, as a rule, these exercises are not aimed at communication. Therefore, it is quite natural that at the beginning of the formation of grammar skills, students do not have sufficient linguistic competence and psychological readiness for full-fledged foreign language communication. Consequently, the task of teachers is to create such conditions in the educational process where students are involved in communication step by step, with a gradual increase in psychological stress and linguistic load, at the same time including grammar tasks in the learning process. Thus, the relevance of this article is determined by the increased requirements for the quality of teaching a foreign language with a view to earlier communication and the undeveloped issues related to the problem of developing and improving grammatical skills.

Innovative project management methodology for the provision of educational services to the foreign customer was developed. In this methodology is applied the general calculation of a quantitative assessment of the quality of teaching. To significantly reduce the time for calculations, the universal computing program has been created, which allows to process extensive data blocks with the visualization of the results in the two-dimensional coordinate system. This methodology was implemented to working process of Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding. The results made it possible to quickly make adjustments in the educational process in order to improve the quality of educational services for the international customer.

<p><em>Abstrak-<strong> </strong></em><strong>Sekolah memeliki peran penting dalam suksesnya tujuan pendidikan nasional. Komponen di sekolah berkontribusi secara aktif dalam keberhasilan proses pendidikan di sekolah, termasuk guru sebagai pengajar dan pendidik. Guru hendaknya memiliki loyalitas kerja dalam mendidik di sekolah, karena dengan loyalitas yang tinggi maka kinerja guru akan menjadi baik yang berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas mengajar.  Namun pada saat sekarang banyak guru yang kurang memiliki loyalitas kerja. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perlu diteliti dan ditelaah pengaruh loyalitas guru-guru sekolah dasar (SD) di bawah Yayasan Pesantren Islam Al Azhar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengisian kuesioner oleh sejumlah sampel sebanyak 42 guru dari total 140 guru dengan teknik sampling acak sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa l</strong><strong>oyalitas guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru  yang ditandai dengan perolehan </strong><strong>k</strong><strong>oefisien determinasi  (r<sup>2</sup><sub>y</sub>) sebesar</strong><strong> </strong><strong>= 0,932 yang berarti </strong><strong>bahwa 93,2%</strong><strong> </strong><strong>loyalitas guru</strong><strong> (X) </strong><strong>berpengaruh </strong><strong>terhadap kinerja guru </strong><strong> dan 6,8% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai t</strong><strong> <sub>hitung</sub></strong><strong> =</strong><strong> 0,349</strong><strong> selanjutnya diperoleh nilai t</strong><strong><sub>tabel</sub></strong><strong> untuk signifikansi 5% diperoleh nilai t <sub>tabel</sub> = 1,6</strong><strong>4</strong><strong>. Components in schools contribute actively to the success of the educational process in schools, including teacher as a teacher and educator. Teachers should have the loyalty of work in educating in schools, because of the high loyalty then the performance will be good teachers that have an impact on improving the quality of teaching. However, at the present time many teachers who lack job loyalty. Based on these results need to be researched and studied the influence of loyalty elementary school teachers below the Al Azhar Islamic Pesantren Foundation. The method used is descriptive quantitative questionnaire by a sample of 42 teachers from a total of 140 teachers with simple random sampling technique. From the research we concluded that the loyalty of teachers affect the performance of teachers who are marked by the acquisition of the coefficient of determination (r<sup>2</sup>y) amounting = 0.932 which means that 93.2% of teachers loyalty (X) effect on the performance of teachers and 6.8% is determined by other factors. The analysis showed the value of t = 0.349 t<sub>tabel</sub> values obtained subsequent to the 5% significance values obtained t <sub>table</sub> = 1.64. Results t<sub>hitung</sub> 0,349 less than the table = 1,64 so that H0 rejected and H1 accepted. The article discusses the features of teaching computer science and mathematics in secondary schools based on interdisciplinary communication. Integration of mathematics and computer science contributes to the algorithmic thinking of students in the process of solving logical, textual, arithmetic, geometric problems. The main didactic task of interdisciplinary communication is to establish a connection between the educational, educational, developing nature of the educational process. The use of computer programs to solve problems related to mathematics, the use of computers to accelerate student learning and teaching them to work independently. His interest in the subject is growing, his talent and personal abilities are developing, as well as the quality of teaching, the speed of the educational process is increasing.
