The article discusses the features of teaching computer science and mathematics in secondary schools based on interdisciplinary communication. Integration of mathematics and computer science contributes to the algorithmic thinking of students in the process of solving logical, textual, arithmetic, geometric problems. The main didactic task of interdisciplinary communication is to establish a connection between the educational, educational, developing nature of the educational process. The use of computer programs to solve problems related to mathematics, the use of computers to accelerate student learning and teaching them to work independently. His interest in the subject is growing, his talent and personal abilities are developing, as well as the quality of teaching, the speed of the educational process is increasing.

This study is intended to reveal the processes of formation of research competencies in the mathematical education of future lawyer. The process of forming research competencies is presented through the prism of factorization of academic disciplines. The article demonstrates the need to fragment the educational process into segments, taking into account the needs of the student and his personal characteristics. The study confirms the need for a competent approach to the research activities of future lawyers. The importance and necessity of updating mathematical education is given. The authors come to the conclusion that despite some progress in the quality of teaching mathematical disciplines, the methodology of education still needs new approaches and further updating, taking into account the digitalization of education.

This paper focuses on the issues of applying professional standards for preschool and school teachers in the assessment of teachers’ qualifications and the development of their professional skills. The paper reviews foreign practices in the subject and approaches to the organization of qualification exams for teachers in various countries. The discussed issues include the development of such criteria for assessing the quality of teaching activity that would promote professional skills in teachers as well as reveal the outcomes of this activity in students. The paper concludes with an outline of the key elements of the model of professional exam for teachers as a form of assessment aiming to prove that teachers’ qualifications meet the requirements of the professional standard.

This article is devoted to the application of modern educational case technology aimed at the formation of metasubject educational results of pupils in the educational process, namely in the lessons of Mathematics and Computer Science. The paper presents a model of case technology application based on the system-activity approach, including such components as the method of situational analysis, case method, method of discussions. The implementation of this model is described on the example of thematic content of mathematics and Informatics lessons of the 8th form. Each case-technology method is specified and examples of its use are given. The author comes to the conclusion that the systematic use of the described model of application of case technology in the lessons of mathematics and computer science entails the formation of metasubject educational results, the growth of the quality of mathematical education and the pupils' ICT competency.

Com base nas concepções de Theodor Adorno e Zygmunt Bauman, estudiosos na área de Filosofia, este trabalho se propõe a analisar as questões éticas que perpassam os cursos de Educação a Distância, especialmente no que diz respeito aos cursos de formação de professores. Inicialmente apresenta considerações sobre os conceitos de ética, semiformação e educação mediada por tecnologias, necessários para discussão sobre o tema. Tal abordagem se justifica pelo considerável crescimento da Educação a Distância nos últimos anos e pela frequente discussão acerca da qualidade desses cursos, considerando o elevando número de professores licenciados via essa modalidade de educação e futuros responsáveis pela educação brasileira. Vocational education of a modern person is a comprehensive acquisition of knowledge not only in the field of a future specialty but also in the field of anti-corruption norms and rules that extend their effect to the field of activity of a future engineer. The requirements for the level and quality of modern vocational education determine the objectives of modern vocational education in professional educational institutions of higher education. The effective use in the educational process of the achievements of modern digital technologies in the study of non-core disciplines is a prerequisite for the formation of a professionally-oriented personality, with a high level of anti-corruption legal consciousness. The subject of the study was the capabilities of modern technical means for transmitting the studied information of anti-corruption content to the student, the prospects for the development of their use in studying the provisions of the legislation on anti-corruption regulation in the Russian Federation. The method of this study was – the analysis of the modern digital environment of the educational process.

The role and place of applied tasks in the learning process are analyzed, their didactic functions, methods of formulation and solution are analyzed. Ways to improve the methodology of application of tasks in the learning process are identified. On the basis of the theoretical analysis the possibilities of increase of level and quality of knowledge as a result of wide application in educational process of such tasks are shown; the ways of expansion of their functions, improvement of a technique of their application in the course of training are described. The possibility of using the projectmethod in educational activities, ways to solve the problem of using modern digital technologies at different stages of students' project activities are partially outlined. It is noted that the subject specificity of professional activity of teachers gives the chance to use means of modern communication at various stages of performance of creative projects, combining technical means with the newest educational technologies. The training of future teachers it is effective on the basis of ICT (programming languages, application software, cloud services, Internet resources, etc.).
