<p><em>Abstrak-<strong> </strong></em><strong>Sekolah memeliki peran penting dalam suksesnya tujuan pendidikan nasional. Komponen di sekolah berkontribusi secara aktif dalam keberhasilan proses pendidikan di sekolah, termasuk guru sebagai pengajar dan pendidik. Guru hendaknya memiliki loyalitas kerja dalam mendidik di sekolah, karena dengan loyalitas yang tinggi maka kinerja guru akan menjadi baik yang berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas mengajar.  Namun pada saat sekarang banyak guru yang kurang memiliki loyalitas kerja. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perlu diteliti dan ditelaah pengaruh loyalitas guru-guru sekolah dasar (SD) di bawah Yayasan Pesantren Islam Al Azhar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengisian kuesioner oleh sejumlah sampel sebanyak 42 guru dari total 140 guru dengan teknik sampling acak sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa l</strong><strong>oyalitas guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru  yang ditandai dengan perolehan </strong><strong>k</strong><strong>oefisien determinasi  (r<sup>2</sup><sub>y</sub>) sebesar</strong><strong> </strong><strong>= 0,932 yang berarti </strong><strong>bahwa 93,2%</strong><strong> </strong><strong>loyalitas guru</strong><strong> (X) </strong><strong>berpengaruh </strong><strong>terhadap kinerja guru </strong><strong> dan 6,8% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai t</strong><strong> <sub>hitung</sub></strong><strong> =</strong><strong> 0,349</strong><strong> selanjutnya diperoleh nilai t</strong><strong><sub>tabel</sub></strong><strong> untuk signifikansi 5% diperoleh nilai t <sub>tabel</sub> = 1,6</strong><strong>4</strong><strong>. Hasil t<sub>hitung</sub> sebesar 0,349 lebih kecil dari t<sub>tabel</sub> = 1,64 sehingga </strong><strong>H</strong><strong><sub>1</sub></strong><strong> dit</strong><strong>olak</strong><strong> dan H</strong><strong><sub>0</sub></strong><strong> diterima</strong><strong>. Hal ini berarti </strong><strong>variabel loyalitas guru </strong><strong>berpengaruh </strong><strong>tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata Kunci</em></strong><strong>: </strong><em>loyalitas kerja, kinerja guru, SD awal</em></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><em>Abstract </em>- <strong>Schools have an important role in the success of the national education goals. Components in schools contribute actively to the success of the educational process in schools, including teacher as a teacher and educator. Teachers should have the loyalty of work in educating in schools, because of the high loyalty then the performance will be good teachers that have an impact on improving the quality of teaching. However, at the present time many teachers who lack job loyalty. Based on these results need to be researched and studied the influence of loyalty elementary school teachers below the Al Azhar Islamic Pesantren Foundation. The method used is descriptive quantitative questionnaire by a sample of 42 teachers from a total of 140 teachers with simple random sampling technique. From the research we concluded that the loyalty of teachers affect the performance of teachers who are marked by the acquisition of the coefficient of determination (r<sup>2</sup>y) amounting = 0.932 which means that 93.2% of teachers loyalty (X) effect on the performance of teachers and 6.8% is determined by other factors. The analysis showed the value of t = 0.349 t<sub>tabel</sub> values obtained subsequent to the 5% significance values obtained t <sub>table</sub> = 1.64. Results t<sub>hitung</sub> 0,349 less than the table = 1,64 so that H0 rejected and H1 accepted. This means the teacher loyalty variables not significant effect on teachers' performances.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong>: </strong><em>Loyalty Work, Performance of Teacher, Early Primary School</em></p>

The big challenge in the world of education during the Covid 19 pandemic is overcoming the difficulties of implementing online learning, and what is equally important is building and increasing student motivation during the Covid 19 pandemic. Having good motivation in learning will show good results so that in expect an increase in the quality of learning as mandated by the National Education System Law Number 20 of 2003 national education which aims to educate the nation's life and improve the quality of learning This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The population in this study were students of Unisla management study program. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The analysis tools used were validity and reliability analysis to determine the reliability of a questionnaire used in the study. In this study also used correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, t test and F test assisted by the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 software for windows. The results showed that the learning independence variable partially had a positive and significant effect on the learning motivation variable. The lecturer competence variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the learning motivation variable. The variables of independent learning and lecturer competence simultaneously have a significant influence on student learning motivation variables. The percentage of the influence of the independent learning variable and lecturer competence on student learning motivation shows a value of 72.2% and the remaining 27.8% is influenced by variables other than variables X1 and X2.

<p><em>To achieve the desired product quality, a quality standardization of the product is needed. This method is intended to ensure that the products produced meet the predetermined standards so that consumers will not lose confidence in the product concerned. Consumers will make a purchase decision if the product is considered to have high quality. </em><em>The quality of the product will be felt after the item is consumed or used so that consumers will feel satisfied with the product purchased</em><em>. </em><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of product quality on purchas</em><em>e</em><em> decision</em><em> </em><em> at the </em><em>Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok. The Method of research used is quantitative methods in order to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. The sample consists of 100 visitors who visited the Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok, selected based on the Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The factor and simple linear regression analysis were used for the data analysis with SPSS 22.0.</em><em></em></p><p><em>                </em><em>The results of the study showed that product quality has a positive influence significantly contributed</em><em> </em><em> to the purchas</em><em>e</em><em> decision </em><em> </em><em>at the </em><em>Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok (</em><em>t = 11.955 &gt; t <sub>table</sub> with a significance of 0.000 (ρ &lt; 0.05) and that is proved by the score of R = 0.770.</em><em> From the coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the Purchas</em><em>e</em><em> Decision is influenced by the Product Quality variable by 59.3% and the remaining 40.7% which is influenced by other variables.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Product Quality, Purchase Decision</em><em></em></p>

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality, brand image and word of mouth on service purchase decisions. Research methodology: This type of research was descriptive. The population used in this study were all customers at Lion Parcel Kreo Branch, totaling 2,089 customers from July 2019 to September 2019. The sample used was 100 respondents, with the sampling method using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then the data were further analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20. Data analysis was performed on the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Correlation, Test Hypothesis (t test and F test), Coefficient of Determination and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Results: The results showed that, the quality of service, brand image and impact on the purchase decision of services.

Background: Every person’s expectations or desire is to make their life physically and mentally strenuous. The obstacles which prevent the person from achieving them, which may be personal or environmental in nature, can make life stressful. Pressure at the workplace is unavoidable due to the demands of the contemporary work environment. Pressure perceived as acceptable by an individual, may even keep workers alert, motivated, able to work and learn, depending on the available resources and personal characteristics. However, when that pressure becomes excessive or otherwise unmanageable it leads to stress. Stress can damage an employees’ work performance and also this type of work pressures affect the employees quality of sleep. Aim: The main aim of the current study was to know the prevalence of stress and quality of sleep among employees. Materials and methods: Quantitative research approach was used for this study. 100 samples including male and female employees in industry were selected by simple random sampling technique. The data collection was done by using Standard Process Stress Assess and Modified Pittsburgh Rating Scale. The data were analyzed by using mann whitney. Result: The data reveals that out of 100 employees, 42 (42%) of them have low stress, 58 (58%) of them have moderate level of stress and there is no severe stress. 43 (43%) of them have mild sleeping disturbances, 57 (57%) of them have moderate sleeping disturbances and there is no severe sleeping disturbances. Conclusion: The main study was to assess the prevalence of Stress and quality of sleep among employees working in Industry. This study revealed that the prevalence of stress and sleeping disturbances high among employees.

Indonesia as one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world has an important role in global trade, namely the specialty coffee trade. Specialty coffee is one of the leading commodities for coffee producing countries like Indonesia because of the taste of the coffee. The quality of the product itself has an understanding that the product offered by the seller has more selling value that must be owned by competitors' products, therefore the company is trying to focus on the quality of the product and compare it with the products offered by competing companies. This research is associative research using a quantitative approach. With the aim to analyze the effect of Coffee Beverage Product Quality on Buyer's Decisions at Point Coffee Pedurenan, South Jakarta, as well as find out which factors have a dominant influence on Buyer's Decisions at the Coffee Shop. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who had visited Point Coffee by using the Probability Sampling method with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data was collected using questtionnaires and distribute it directly to buyers at Point Coffee. The suggestion from this research is that the owner of Point Coffee can maintain the hygiene that has been applied by the workers, Increase again the Quality, Quantity, Variation, and Innovation of coffee beverage products in terms of flavor, to meet the buyer's decision.     The result of observation shows that the students' understanding of physics science subject is still low. Many teachers still use conventional methods. Students just listen and take notes. Therefore, the use of appropriate and varied learning models is expected to help students in understanding a concept. One alternative of physics learning that can help students understand the concept is through pictorial riddle learning method. This pictorial riddle learning method uses a riddle of drawings on a whiteboard, poster or projected from a transparency then the teacher asks questions relating to the riddle. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of pictorial riddle learning method on the understanding of physics concepts class IX students semester 1 SMP Negeri 2 Painan 2015/2016 academic year. Sampling is done by simple random sampling technique. The research population is all students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Painan. The sample used is class IX-2 as experiment class and IX-3 as control class. The variable in this research is the students' concept understanding on the magnetism materials, with the experimental control group design pre test post test. Data retrieval is done through the test in the form of free description and analyzed using simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and test of significance in microsoft excel. The results of data analysis showed the relationship between variables expressed in a simple regression equation Y = 51.99 + 0.4286. The value of correlation coefficient 0,5787 with enough criterion (0,5 <r <0,8) value 0,3348 and coefficient of determination equal to 33,5% and> (3,175> 2,015) at significance level 5%, which mean study pictorial Riddle method effect of 33.5% on the understanding of student physics concepts. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence and quite significant method of learning pictorial riddle on the understanding of students' concepts on magnetism materials.

The concrete success of Adiwiyata program is a self-awareness of the surrounding environment in controlling undisciplined habit and taking action as a shared responsibility. The character building using Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model becomes a teacher’ alternative in emphasizing students’ activity. This study aimed at analyzing the effect of VCT learning on students’ characters through population density material and humans’ role in the environmental management. The research used quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent posttest only control group design. The population of this study was a total of 293 students of class VII in SMPN 2 Jati Kudus in the academic year of 2016/2017. The sampling used simple random sampling technique. The data of this research were characters of discipline, responsibility, and environmental care obtained from psychological scales instrument and observation sheets, implementation sheets of VCT models, and responses questionnaires of students and teacher. The data analysis techniques used t-test, simple regression, correlation test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the VCT learning model had a strong positive correlation to the responsibility character and a moderate correlation to the discipline and environmental care character that could be generalized. Moreover, the results of the correlation analysis and coefficient of determination of VCT learning on students’ characters of discipline, responsibility, and environmental care were 33.2%, 38.3%, and 22.7% respectively. These results indicated that there was another dominant factor on students’ characters.

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of the Principal's leadership and organizational culture with the performance of SMAN 28 Tangerang District employees. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method, using correlation theory which is about product moment. Research data collection techniques from respondents carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample population was 103 employees in each section of SMAN 28 Tangerang, with simple random sampling technique. The magnitude of the effect of leadership quality and organizational culture together on employee performance by 87.2% This shows the higher the quality of leadership and organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa the lower the quality of leadership and organizational culture will have an impact for employee performance.

This study is intended to reveal the processes of formation of research competencies in the mathematical education of future lawyer. The process of forming research competencies is presented through the prism of factorization of academic disciplines. The article demonstrates the need to fragment the educational process into segments, taking into account the needs of the student and his personal characteristics. The study confirms the need for a competent approach to the research activities of future lawyers. The importance and necessity of updating mathematical education is given. The authors come to the conclusion that despite some progress in the quality of teaching mathematical disciplines, the methodology of education still needs new approaches and further updating, taking into account the digitalization of education.

The lack of patient satisfaction is due to the increasing demands of the patient's needs, but this is not accompanied by improvements in nurses' actions. If the customer feels dissatisfied with a service provided, then that service can be ascertained to be ineffective and inefficient. This is especially important for public services. Providing services to the community as done by RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban, needs to get attention, especially in the quality of services to suit the needs and expectations of the community. This study focuses on the quality of nursing services and the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services with the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study uses analytic survey research with cross sectional approach, while the data analysis used is the Spearman Rank correlation test. The population used in this study were patients in the Asoka room of RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban who fit the inclusion criteria as many as 155, with a large sample of 112 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that most patients were quite satisfied with the quite good nursing services. Spearmen Correlation Test Results (rs) obtained, the variable quality of nursing services (p <0.05) has a relationship to the level of patient satisfaction with moderate correlation (r = 0.476) and the direction of the positive correlation which means the better the quality of nursing services, the higher the level of satisfaction patient.Almost half of the nurses at Asoka Room  RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuba have a good quality nursing service. Almost half of the patient at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban feel satisfy with nurse’s service; there is a correlation between the quality of nurse service and the level of patient satisfaction  at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban.
