The article outlines the methodological problems of the philosophical and religious studies discourse of the forecast activity, considers the forecast as a specific type of knowledge, the subject-object interconnection of knowledge in the conditions of forecasting. The analysis of the activity of the cognitive activity of the subject required, in turn, to consider the principle of anthropy and the vector of time changes. The article deals with the problems of the objectivity of scientific analysis of religious reality. The article formulated the scientific-categorical apparatus, which corresponds to the forecast activity in the religious sphere. Specifies and defines certain concepts that help to focus the perspective of religious studies and adequately isolate and predict the religious aspect of social life.

In this study, we examined eye movements and comprehension in sentences containing a relative clause. To date, few studies have focused on syntactic processing in dyslexia and so one goal of the study is to contribute to this gap in the experimental literature. A second goal is to contribute to theoretical psycholinguistic debate concerning the cause and the location of the processing difficulty associated with object-relative clauses. We compared dyslexic readers (n = 50) to a group of non-dyslexic controls (n = 50). We also assessed two key individual differences variables (working memory and verbal intelligence), which have been theorised to impact reading times and comprehension of subject- and object-relative clauses. The results showed that dyslexics and controls had similar comprehension accuracy. However, reading times showed participants with dyslexia spent significantly longer reading the sentences compared to controls (i.e., a main effect of dyslexia). In general, sentence type did not interact with dyslexia status. With respect to individual differences and the theoretical debate, we found that processing difficulty between the subject and object relatives was no longer significant when individual differences in working memory were controlled. Thus, our findings support theories, which assume that working memory demands are responsible for the processing difficulty incurred by (1) individuals with dyslexia and (2) object-relative clauses as compared to subject relative clauses.

On the basis of theoretical analysis, the content and structure of the concept of «communicative competence», communicative qualities of the teacher, styles of teachers and students, criteria for the formation of communicative competence of the teacher of elementary classes are clarified. The influence of the style of communication of the teacher to the level of its communicative competence is shown. It has been found that communicative competence is an integrated characteristic of the level of professional preparedness of a teacher based on fundamental psychological and pedagogical knowledge and skills that manifest themselves in unity with personal qualities. It involves the ability of the teacher to perceive and adequately explain the behavior of the disciple; notice changes in its emotional sphere and behavior, analyze and adequately interpret them; Use such mechanisms of interpersonal knowledge as empathy, identification, decentralization. The paper noted that the democratic style of communication contributes to the development of activity and creativity of students, the orientation for independent problem solving is carried out, confidence, independence, sense of emotional proximity is formed, the self-affirmation process takes place, a sense of pleasure and confidence in their power appears. This style carries a call for cooperation and cognitive activity. It was found that the formation of communicative competence is expedient to exercise in two ways: 1) the weapons of future teachers with knowledge of psychology of professional communication and their own peculiarities of communication; 2) Formation and correction of skills and skills of professional communication.

ABSTRACT Purpose: To comprehend diversity on the organizational context. Originality/gap/relevance/implications: There are few critical studies on the subject, here grounded on the ideas of Derrida (2002) and on the theory of recognition of Honneth (2003). The comprehension of diversity is related to the construction of identity among individuals and refers to the concept of tolerance, enabling a discussion about recognition (or not) of differences. Key methodological aspects: Qualitative research, performed in organizations on the segments of mining and steel mill. Data were collected by focal groups submitted to discourse analysis. Summary of key results: It was found difficult to live with people of different groups. Diversity was also associated to difference and the topic recognition. It was evident that diversity should be managed in the organizational context, but the diversity that comes on the agenda of companies analyzed, including the HR practices, is the tolerable diversity. Key considerations/conclusions: Minority groups still lack of recognition, prevailing the valorization of a group over the others. To recognize differences is a challenging matter, considering the distance established between reflexive processes and the corporate practice. Finally, it is pointed out the need to promote actions that aim the equality of opportunities of treatment to the several groups present in the organization.

It is established that the stable development of the Ukrainian economy is connected not only with the need to deepen market reforms, but also with the urgent needs for a substantial renovation of fixed assets on an innovative basis. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological aspects of the assessing the effectiveness of the use of fixed assets of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the effectiveness of the use of fixed assets of the enterprise. In the course of the research, the main general scientific and special methods of the research were used, such as: the method of analysis, the scientific abstraction method and the generalization method – when determining the directions the conceptual framework improvement; the systems approach method in order to determine the essence of the process of the fixed assets reproduction; the grouping method – to improve the classification of factors that influence the process of fixed assets reproduction of the enterprise; the methods of analysis and synthesis – to assess the effectiveness of methods of financing the fixed assets reproduction of the enterprise; the graphic method – for the visual image of research results etc. The efficiency of using fixed assets of the enterprise is investigated, and the directions of its increase are substantiated. The factors influencing the process of fixed assets reproduction of the agricultural enterprises are systematized in particular: reducing the number of inactive equipment, decommissioning inefficient and quickly involving unidentified equipment, improving the quality of repair equipment of fixed assets and modernizing existing equipment, as well as economic incentives for the rational use of fixed assets funds. It has been established that the assessment of the movement of fixed assets is based on the coefficients of retirement, receipt and updating of fixed assets, which to some extent depend on the species, technological and other types of structures of fixed assets of the enterprise. As a result of the study, it was found that one of the main factors in the development and functioning of agricultural enterprises in a market economy is the study of the level of influence of the security of fixed assets on the efficiency of managing agricultural enterprises. The necessity of substantiation of the efficiency of the leasing and credit sources use for the fixed assets reproduction of the enterprise is determined.

Mathematical tools allow us to clearly explain the phenomenon studied in administrative science. Various studies have shown that linear function is a concept, widely used in administration, as well as in other kinds of science, but difficult for students to grasp and assimilate as a tool in their studies. That is the reason that the objective of the present project was to determine the difficulties faced by students of administration in learning the concept of the linear function, based on the theoretical elements of Raymond Duval’s registers of semiotic representation, to identify areas of opportunity in the teaching/learning process of this mathematical concept. Therefore, we designed an instrument made up of eight situations, which altogether consist of 24 problems. This instrument was validated by three experts in the area. Later, in keeping with the nature of the data to be collected, the instrument was given to a small randomly chosen sample group of six students studying under-graduate level administration and who were taking the subject of Mathematics for Business I. Students had the most difficulty in dealing with the registry of graphic representation and the cognitive activity of conversion between graphic and algebraic registers. It was also discovered that apparently context problems favored the latter conversion activity. We recommend these findings be further studied in a didactic approach to the issue, as well as carrying out studies of this nature on other mathematical objects in the course.

This paper addresses the relation between an agent and its environment, and more specifically, how subjects perceive object/artefacts/tools and their (possible) use. Four different conceptions of the relation between subject and object are compared here: functional tone (von Uexküll), equipment (Heidegger), affordance (Gibson), and entry point (Kirsh). even as these concepts have developed within different disciplines (theoretical biology, philosophy, psychology, and cognitive science) and in very different historical contexts, they are used more or less interchangeably in much of the literature, and typically conflated under the label of ‘affordance’. However, at closer inspection, they turn out to have not only similarities, but also substantial differences, which are identified and discussed here. Given that the relation between subjects and their objects is crucial to understanding human cognition and interaction with tools and technology, as well as robots’ interaction with their environment, we argue that these differences deserve some more attention than they have received so far.

Since the 1990s, the university space has been the subject of many discussions due to the introduction of communication technologies to the learning process, which has become significantly visible after the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic nowadays. These debates focus on the two extreme points ofwhether university space is necessary or not. In this regard, this research claims that the arguments on this topic are based on subject-object duality. It aims to develop a ground covering the discussions that oscillate between the two extremes by referring to sociomateriality, which advocates the interwovenness of subject and object. Adopting a retrospective perspective, itrediscovers the debates from the 1960s at the onto-epistemological levelthrough a sociomaterial lens. Finally, it situates the discussion on university space within the past-present-future dialogue.

Modern methods of active learning are reflected in one of the most successful ways to develop the training of future specialists. The urgency of the need to improve the quality of teaching economic disciplines is not in doubt. The use of active methods of teaching economic disciplines stimulates the cognitive activity of students, respectively, forms important practical skills of researching situations, problem solving, improves the ability of reasoning and a clear statement of students’ thoughts. In general, today there is a need for non-standard-minded individuals. The need for the developed thinking of specialists in the field of economics, the ability to assess, design and rationalize knowledge and skills is also rapidly growing. The solution of these problems largely depends on the technology and content of economic education. This article reflects the main directions of application of modern educational technologies in the process of teaching economic disciplines. It also outlines the main theoretical and methodological aspects of the modern teaching of economic disciplines using various innovative learning technologies. Reflects the most successful ways of interactive methods of implementing education in the system of higher economic education. The article establishes that the modern learning process can open up a large number of new opportunities for students, thus, the information technology tools for teaching are reflected in an important part of the educational process.

the subject of research – modern academic music of the 20th century is a special kind of art, the effective development of which by students of art departments and universities requires appropriate methods. The purpose of the work is to consider problematic teaching methods that ensure the effective mastery of complex artistic material by university students who do not have sympathy for 20th century music. To verify the effectiveness of the application of problem learning techniques when students mastered avantgarde music, a pedagogical experiment was conducted to introduce problem problems, the case method and the design method into the process of mastering musical and historical disciplines. The study carried out a theoretical justification and introduced into creative practice the methods considered, which made it possible to involve the student in the development of discipline in the process of creative activity, which significantly increases the level of cognitive activity and contributes to the formation of students; to solve the problem of modern musical skill, students of the musical and pedagogical profile of education were presented with problem problems, and the task requiring brainstorming – to practically “guess” the alleged image of the author – had the necessary didactic effect. Methodological recommendations related to the use of problematic methods in music education are formulated.
