POLA DAN PEMBENTUKAN PERSAJAKAN SYAIR "SURAT KAPAL"

The poem “Surat Kapal” that exists  in  the  society   of    Indragiri Hulu, Riau has various pattern of poetry. In this research, the issue raised is how about the pattern and the way to  construct  the poetry of “Surat Kapal”. The aim of this research is to identify the pattern and the way how to construct the poem. Theory used is the structuralism theory that see a literary work as a structure. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data used is the secondary data that taken from books and poems that written by readers in “Surat Kapal”. Through  this  research,  it  is  known  that  the  formation  of  this  poem  is  carried  out  by    1) word  choice  (diction)  and  the  word  choice  that  has  similar  end  phoneme,  2)  syllables repetition  or  the  same words,  3)  the  conversion  of  sentence  structure,  4)  code  mixing  in another language (Indonesian language and regional language), 5) the removal of  letters, and 6) the addition -nya (-nye) and -k.Abstrak Syair “"Surat Kapal"” yang hidup di dalam masyarakat Indragiri Hulu, Riau,  memiliki persajakan  yang  polanya  bermacam-macam.  Di  dalam  penelitian  ini,  masalah  yang diangkat  adalah  berbagai  pola  dan  cara  pembentukan  persajakan syair "“Surat Kapal"” tersebut. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola dan cara pembentukan persajakan syair "“Surat Kapal"” itu. Teori  yang  dipergunakan  adalah  teori  strukturalisme yang  melihat  sebuah  karya  sebagai  sebuah  struktur.  Penelitian  ini  bersifat  kualitatif-deskriptif. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang didapatkan dari buku dan catatan yang ditulis oleh penyair “Surat Kapal”. Melalui penelitian ini diketahui bahwa  pembentukan  persajakan  dilakukan  dengan  cara  1)  pemilihan  kata  (diksi)  dan pemilihan kata yang berfonem akhir mirip, 2) pengulangan suku kata atau kata yang sama, 3)  pengubahan    struktur  kalimat,  4)  campur    kode  ke  bahasa  lain  (bahasa  Indonesia  atau bahasa daerah), 5) penghilangan huruf, dan 6) penambahan –nya (-nye) dan –k.

The purpose of this research is to describe "Indonesian language code-mixing in the Javanese utterance of Kartini film by Hanung Bramantyo". In this film, there are many types of code-mixing occured, namely: code-mixing of words, code-mixing of frase, and code-mixing of clause. In addition, the film also included code-mixing characteristics based on informal situation. The primary data in this research is phrases and words, whereas, secondary data is a transcription dialogue in the Kartini film by Hanung Bramantyo. This research is qualitative research by using descriptive methods. In analyzing the data, Nababan’s theory is used. Moreover, Chaer and Agustina’s theories are used in analyzing code-mixing. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the results of this study include 1) code-mxing of the words kita, aku, and, masuk. Meanwhile the code-mixing of frase can be seen from the words sejak semua and menemukan kebebasanmu and code-mixing of clause can be seen from aku nulis iklan. 2) The characteristic of code-mixing based-situation is the informal situation.

This research discusses how the Urgency of the Wafa Method in improving the Qur'anic Tajweed at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) of Madani Palopo Kec. Wara Selatan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using normative, pedagogical, psychological, and sociological approaches. Data consisting of primary and secondary data, which data can get through observation, interviews and documentation. Then, it was analyzed by deductive, inductive and comparative techniques. The results of the study concluded that: 1) The ability to read the Koran by using tajweed in students was not satisfactory. The students still not understanding which is characterized by how to invite and read the Koran based on the rules of recitation. Based on the results, most of the students still lack understanding of how to read the Qur'an based on the rules of recitation.2) The urgency of the Wafa method in improving reading the Qur'an using tajweed is very influencing the reading and intonation of the Koran. Therefore, the wafa method is very relevant to the process of improving reading the Qur'an. 3) Obstacles of the implementation of learning recitation are the various types of wafa, there are those who have been able to read the Koran and also those who do not understand the Koran itself, while most who have been able to read the Koran are still lack of knowledge about its tajweed. The solution for these problems, the students must be discipline in using the wafa Method, the way the teacher conveys the Qur'an properly and correctly using the wafa method.

The purpose of the analysis is to find out the attitude of trust showed by King David in Holy Bible in the book of Psalm. This analysis reveals the attitude of trust that is stated by words in poetry in the book of Psalm. Descriptive Qualitative method is used to analyze primary and secondary data from the book of Psalm and also from the articles or books that support the data by using some steps or procedures that is : to organize and prepare all the data needed, read the data which is the book of Psalm and other references then analyze data by identifying the sentences that represent the statement of having a trust of King David to God. The meaning of this learning both theory and practice is expected to give contribution to the readers about what and how trust is and how they apply it well and correctly.   This study explores the use of code-mixing in Indonesian language learning used in the classroom of SMPN 7 Woja Dompu. The design of the study is a descriptive qualitative method that assigned students and teachers in SMPN 7 Woja.  Data were collected using documentation, interviews, and translations. This results of this study show Indonesian language learning in is conducted using code-mixing between Bahasa Indonesia and local language in terms of words, phrases, and clauses. Mixed-shaped code words occur in total  95 words, phrases shaped mixing 107, and code-mixing clause shaped 43. The use of code-mixing that dominate in this research is mixed in the form of code phrases. The use of code-mixing in the learning affects teachers to facilitate learning, but students accept the code-mixing as their usual daily interactions.

Wordplay can be described as the way of making or using words to create additional meaning for some purposes. Using a qualitative approach, this study discusses the wordplay translation in literary work especially in dystopian fiction using Delabastita’s translation techniques of wordplay. The data derived from a novel entitled The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood as the source text and its subsequent translation in Bahasa Indonesia entitled The Handmaid’s Tale – Kisah Sang Handmaid as the target text. From 50 data retrieved, the result shows that the most frequently applied technique in wordplay translation is Wordplay to Non-Wordplay that appears 25 times or 50%. The result of this study illustrates that the translation of wordplay in this literary work tends not to preserve the author’s style of writing but one of the author’s intended meanings.

Sociolinguistic study examines the interaction between people, there are mixed code used in reviewing this study. This study aims to reveal the code-mixing in the interaction between students from Central Java Indonesian Education University of March. The circumstances of code-mixing that occurs in the interaction among students of Indonesian Education from Central Java in the realm of the campus and the realm of association with the language as a means of expression. To answer these questions do first thing that determines the locations and populations as well as samples, both by observing the daily life, and then lastly with analasis descriptive qualitative. The population of this study were all students from Central Java in Indonesian Education University of March.

<p><em>The purpose of the research are kind of code-switching and code-mixing, the factor of the result from the code-switching and code-mixing; and the role of the code-switching and code-mixing in the Indonesian lerning of the seventh F class SMP N 2 Brangsong, Kendal regency. </em><em>The research used descriptive qualitative method with </em><em>case study </em><em>approach.The research used purposive sampiling and snow ball sampling, then the technique of the collecting data by record, report, and interview. Validity test is triangulation theory.The result of the research are: the first, find out 12 code-switching in the javanese is four times and from Arab is 8 times; the second, find out the code-mixing consist of 44 times divided to be Indonesian dialeg from Jakarta is 12 times and english is 6 times; the third, factor of the result from the code-switching and code mixing from the research devided to be 5 factors (a) personal and speaker, (b) the partner of the speech, (c) the place, (d) topic, and (e) function and purpose</em><em>.</em></p>

Sayyid marriages that occur in the community of Cikoang Village, Takalar Regency are one of the distinguishing characteristics for ordinary people in carrying out their marriages, namely there are separate rules for sayyid women, namely Sayyid women cannot marry men who are not of Sayyid descent or descent  of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.  The research approach used descriptive qualitative methods carried out in Cikoang Village, Takalar District.  Primary data obtained by means of observation, interviews, documentation.  Secondary data comes from books and journals.  This research shows that the way to preserve marriage still exists today, namely, the factor of belief, they believe that their descendants come from the descendants of the Prophet Muhammad.  And the rule factor is that sayyid circles have rules in carrying out marriage, namely sayyid women cannot marry men who are not of Sayyid descent, but sayyid men can marry women outside their circle.  and the witness factor, namely for women who violate these rules will be subject to sanctions in the form of no longer being considered in their family and among their circle as Sayyid descendants and are considered dead.  Meanwhile, the solution for Sayyid women who do not have a partner among them is to match a Sayyid male.  And the second solution is to allow Sayyid women to marry under the applicable sanctions.

In social life, language is crucial where all people use it as the way to communicate each other. As one of the ways to communicate, song is a means to convey expression. The objectives of this study are as follows; (1) to identify code mixing and code switching in the every lyric of Red Velvet’s song entitled Taste; (2) to classify the types of code mixing as well as code switching found in the lyric of Red Velvet’s song Taste. This is a descriptive qualitative study that describes the significance of code mixing and code switching stated in the lyric of Red Velvet’s song Taste. The results of this study are (1) there are 9 code mixing and 11 code switching in Korean song lyric Taste by Red Velvet (2) the kinds of code mixing, 8 intra-sentential mixing and 1 involving a change of pronunciation. Also The kinds of code switching 8 inters-sentential switching, 1 emblematic switching, and 2 establishing continuity with the previous speaker. So, the theory of code mixing and code switching analysis from Crystal (2008) and Wardhaugh (2006) is stick with the result of code mixing and code switching found in Korean song lyric Taste by Red Velvet.

Study has objectives, (1) describe the mistakes in the language in the field of syntax in the essay writing of foreign students in the regular class, and (2) describe the analysis of the mistakes in the language in the field of syntax in the essay writing of foreign students in the regular class in Bina Darma University. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data in this study iswriting of foreign students in the regular class in UBD. The data is a form of language errors in the essay writting. Analyzed using a unified method and agih. Results can be divided into nine aspects, there are (1) sentence structure not standard, (2) sentence is ambiguous, (3) sentence is unclear, (4) diction is not appropriate in forming sentences, (5) contamination sentence, (6) coherence, (7) word redundant, (8) the word uptake used in a sentence, and (9) logic sentence.
