This study aims to describelearning learning servicecarried out at Pondok Pesantren Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data was collected using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, checking the validity of the findings by extending participation; source triangulation techniques, theories, and methods; and persistence of observation. Research informants are pesantren caregivers, ustadzah, students and the community. The results showed that: first, the steps of service learning that were applied at Pondok Pesantren al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang and Darussalam Sumbersari Kediri, among others: 1). Intention, 2). Curriculum integration, 3). Preparation includes; debriefing and selection ofparticipants service learning, determining the place of service-learning service, division of groups and accompanying teachers, departure ofparticipants service learning, 4). Implementation of service learning, 5). Meditation/contemplation, 6). Evaluation of service learning, and 7). Closing of service learning.

Abstact: Management of an Islamic boarding school institution in an effort to empower santri needs to hold conceptual and strategic operational efforts so as to be able to prepare qualified human resources who are ready to compete in the era of globalization which is full of competence. The focus of this research is (1) How is planning in the development of santri (2) How is supervision in the development of santri. In achieving the research objectives, the method used is a phenomenological qualitative approach, as for the type of research case study, the data in this study consisted of primary and secondary data while in selecting and determining informants in this study, using the technique of snowball sampling. <p>The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection was conducted by the researcher himself as a key instrument, whereas for determining the human data source using snowball sampling technique. Data was collected by means of; (1) in-depth interviews; (2) participant observation; and (3) study the documentation. For data analysis using descriptive techniques whose application is done in three flow of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. To determine the credibility of the data, conducted by a variety of techniques, namely (1) triangulation; (2) checking colleagues; and (3) checking members.</p>

Abstract: This study aims to describe the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing of graduates in vocational education units, as well as supporting factors and inhibiting marketing of graduates in vocational education units. This study used a qualitative model with a case study design. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. In analyzing data using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that graduates from these schools are absorbed into the world of work even before they graduate from school and have obtained jobs. This is supported by good marketing management starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing of graduates. The obstacle is when the parents of students do not want their children to get jobs in long distances. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pemasaran lulusan dalam satuan pendidikan kejuruan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemasaran lulusan di satuan pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lulusan dari sekolah tersebut banyak terserap ke dunia kerja bahkan sebelum mereka lulus dari sekolah sudah memperoleh pekerjaan. Hal tersebut didukung dengan manajemen pemasaran yang baik mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pemasaran lulusan. Kendalanya adalah ketika orangtua peserta didik tidak ingin anaknya memperoleh pekerjaan dengan jarak yang jauh.

Purpose - This study aims to examines the concept and implementation strategy of murabahah financing in the development of MSMEs and customer perceptions of murabahah financing at Bank BRI Syariah Jambi Branch Office.Method - This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The research data were obtained by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. MethodMiles and Huberman were used as data analysis techniques by way of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions / verification.Result - Murabahah financing at BRI Syariah Bank Jambi Branch Office using murabahah with installments (bitsaman ajil). The next concept is to combine the wakalah and murabahah contracts. The strategy chosen in an effort to increase murabahah financing is to implement two strategies simultaneously, namely the internal strategy and the external strategy. Meanwhile, the perceptions of murabahah financing customers on the development of MSMEs are generally satisfied with the systems, regulations and services provided. However, customers' understanding of the concept of Islamic banking is still minimal.Implication - Optimizing the strategy for increasing financing and disseminating the understanding of the Islamic banking concept to customers and the general public at large.Originality- This study aims to determine the perceptions of Islamic bank customers about murabahah financing in Jambi City.

Service-based learning (Service-learning) is learning based on serving. The purpose of service-learning is to direct santri practically. Thus it can create santri to be a responsible and caring person. Pondok Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) Darussalam Sumbersari Kediri and Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang  are the Islamic educational institutions that have a practice-based learning orientation. These two Islamic boarding schools are the large ones in Jombang based on thoriqoh and the largest in Kediri, significantly Pare based on salaf.  This research aims to reveal the implication of service-learning towards santri’s social care building on Pondok Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) Darussalam Sumbersari Kediri and Pondok Pesantren Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. This research use a qualitative approach with a multisite study design. Data collection is carried out using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. Researchers check the validity of research’s finding by extension of participation, triangulation technique of sources, theories, methods, and persistence of observation. This research shows that service-learning impact on caring character building of santri is experiencing very positive changes. The research finding proves it. Santri who has participated in service-learning has experienced change mainly in terms of caring for others. This form of caring can be seen from several indicators, for example they have compassion when their friend is sick. Thus, they take care of that friend, the emergence a sense of brotherhood, protect their friends from bullying others, and they are more sensitive to what is going on around them, they help without having to ask, their respect for the teacher increase.

The Impact

The Wafa method is the development of the al-Qur'an education system to instill a love for the al-Qur'an to be more comprehensive. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Wafa Method planning in learning the Koran; to analyze the superiority of the Wafa Method in learning the Koran; and to analyze the impact of the Wafa Method on the ability to read and write the Qur'an. In this study using a qualitative approach, this type of research uses a multi-case study design. Data collection techniques by interview, participation observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To check the validity of the data, it is carried out by means of continuous observation, data triangulation methods, checking the results of peer discussions, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the design of learning methods using Wafa method is based on the complexity of learning objectives; the value of effectiveness and efficiency and conformity to the conditions and characteristics of students; 2) the application of the Wafa Method uses the strategies and management of students in a variety of classes so that the teaching of the Qur'an is not monotonous; 3) this method has an impact in making it easier for students to memorize the letters and the reading of the Koran each student is good, but there are some things that have a difficulty such as speaking of buzzing, pressure and Jahr letters. The ability to write single hijaiyah letters and continued is good in the correct writing environment.

Abstract: With regard to its role as supervisor, the principal is required to be able to improve the discipline of teachers in the school, including administration. However, in reality there are still some teachers who lack discipline in completing their administration at school. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection is done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the research obtained indicate the role of supervisors in improving the discipline of teacher administration is good and very solutive in improving the discipline of teacher administration in schools. Although there are still some teachers who are lacking in discipline, this can be overcome by the supervision program provided by the principal as the supervisor. Keywords: Supervisor, Discipline, Teacher Administration Abstrak: Berkenaan dengan perannya sebagai supervisor, kepala sekolah dituntut untuk dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru yang ada di sekolah, antara lain dalam hal administrasi. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih terdapat beberapa guru yang kurang disiplin dalam menyelesaikan administrasinya di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan peran supervisor dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan administrasi guru sudah baik dan sangat solutif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan administrasi guru di sekolah. Meskipun masih ditemukan beberapa oknum guru yang kurang disiplin, namun hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan adanya program supervisi (pembinaan) yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah selaku supervisor. The Cost

  Analysis of the amount of financing the hajj bailout for the cost of the pilgrimage (Case Study of Bank Sumut Syariah Sub-Branch Stabat).Asmawarna Sinaga and Anjur Perkasa Alam. Hajj financing is a loan from a sharia bank to customers to cover the shortage of funds to obtain a seat (seat) Hajj at the time of repayment BPIH (Hajj Travel Expenses). This financing product uses the Qardh Wal Ijarah principle. The purpose of this research is to know the view of Islamic law against financing of Hajj bailout fund and to know the view of Islamic law about ujrah fee on akad of bailout fund of Hajj. This research is field research. The definition of the Hajj bailout is a bailout fund from a bank to a special customer to cover kekurangandana to cover the lack of funds to obtain a portion number at the time to pay the cost of organizing the pilgrimage. The research design uses a qualitative approach with non-statistical analysis While the data analysis techniques use content analysis and interactive methods consisting of data reduction, data collection, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study note that the akad bailout funds in Islamic banks contain multi-akad, where the contract used qardh and ijarah is allowed. While the view of Islamic law regarding the taking of ujrah fee on hajj bailout fund is not in accordance with sharia due to the percentage of ujrah fee based on qardh fund.

<p>Entrepreneurship is very important to instill independence in the younger generation. There are a number of things that have an important influence on a child's soul, including family, school and the environment. The role of the family, especially mothers as early educators who put the most important foundation for the growth of the personality and maturity of children's thinking. There are several research focuses that exist in, among others, (1) to know parents in instilling entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang. (2) to knowing the form or result of the cultivation of entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang (3) to knowing the obstacles in cultivating entrepreneurial education values in the Tempe chips industry center in Sanan, Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research of community phenomena because researchers take data directly in the field. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The conclusion of this study is the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial values is to guide and support the activities of their children in the field of entrepreneurship. The results have been well implemented through habituation. The obstacle in implementing entrepreneurship for children is the lack of parental trust so that it is difficult to teach entrepreneurship, it is difficult to determine which products are sold because they are too expensive, and the difficulty of the child to divide time.</p><p class="CPKeyword"><em><strong>Keywords: the role of parents; entrepreneurship</strong></em></p>

This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.
