ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of waste management policies at the Bengkulu City Environmental Service. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data. The data analysis used by the researcher went through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or validation to community leaders. The results of the study found that the implementation of the regional regulation policy No. 02 of 2011 on waste management had implemented the policy in accordance with the established standards and procedures. The implementation of waste management policies in Bengkulu City has reached the target group, but there are still obstacles such as lack of facilities and infrastructure, which have implications for the process of transporting waste. The conclusion of this study is that the analysis of waste management policies has not yet provided a socio-economic impact for the community.    Keywords: Environment, Policy, Waste Management

This research aims at revealing the effect of knowledge, attitudes, behavior and motivation of students on school-based waste management at SMP Negeri 2 Kupang, finding out the school-based waste management model and the participation of school members in managing school waste at SMP Negeri 2 Kupang. This research was conducted from January to July 2020 at SMP Negeri 2 Kupang. It was a descriptive qualitative and quantitative research. The data was collected through observation, interviews, socialization, questionnaires, and documentation. The qualitative data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Quantitative analysis used multiple linear regression test to analyze the factors that affected School Waste Management. The results of the study indicated that knowledge, attitudes, behavior and motivation of students had a significant effect on school-based waste management at SMP N 2 Kupang because partial T statistical test and paired T test were positive after socialization with a significance level of 0.000. The waste management model at SMP N 2 Kupang is 3R program by forming a school-based waste management team that involves school members through socializing waste management, recycling waste by making products that can be used as learning media.

Abstact: Management of an Islamic boarding school institution in an effort to empower santri needs to hold conceptual and strategic operational efforts so as to be able to prepare qualified human resources who are ready to compete in the era of globalization which is full of competence. This study discusses the existence of the management of harmony between Islam and Buddhism in Tanjung Batu Kota. This study aims to describe the factors that cause religious harmony in Tanjung Batu Kota, Kundur District, Karimun Regency.This study used the conflict theory according to Lewis Coser. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. purposive sampling technique was used to select the informant that consists of 10 people. The types of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies were used in collecting the data. Meanwhile, the data analysis unit used by the group was Milles and Huberman's data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that several factors are causing religious harmony: 1) Tolerance in the Economic Sector. 2) Inter-Religious Harmony. 3) Mutual Respect and Respect for Other Religions. 4) The Management of Religious Harmony in Tanjung Batu City, Kundur District.

Storytelling is an exciting learning method that teachers can practice in learning activities. This study investigates the Kak Awam strategies in conducting storytelling to develop moral values in preschool children. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by interview, observation, document analysis and video recording. The collected data were analyzed using Miles Huberman analysis, consisting of several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion. This study explains the storytelling strategies conducted by Kak Awam in delivering moral values can be implemented in learning activities at school.

The research aims to reveal, describe and analyze about the Form of Presentation of Silek Axe as a Culture of Community Tradition in Kanagarian Padang Laweh District Koto Tujuah Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods of analysis. The data type uses primary data and secondary data. The main instruments are the researchers themselves and are assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of literature, observation, interview and documentation. The steps to analyze data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that Silek Kapak is a tradition of Padang Laweh people. Silek Axe was performed by 2 players, which was displayed in the courtyard of Rumah Gadang during the day. The form of presentation of Silek Axe in Kanagarian Padang Laweh Sub-District Koto Tujuah Sijunjung Regency is representative. Elements of Silek Axe Presentation Form as follows: (1) opening greeting motion, amuak kapalo, amuak dado, pata tobu, klotiak and closing greetings. (2) Silek Axe floor pattern uses a straight line pattern or horizontal line. (3) Silek Axe's accompanying music consists of: talempong, drums, gongs. (4) the costume used by the player in Silek Axe taluak balango in black, black pants, asamping and deta. Cultural issues are the ones often discussed today, especially in the effort to preserve them. In the Tanah Ai community, it is very important to maintain ancestral heritage in the Neni Uran Wair ceremony. This research was conducted in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, Tanah Ai Tribe. This study aims to determine the values contained in the Neni Uran Wair ceremony and the effort to preserve cultural values ​​in the Neni Uran Wair ceremony. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods using ethnographic methods. The data sources in this research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data included customary leaders, community leaders and youth, while secondary data included documents and photos of documentation. The techniques of collecting data used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis technique included data collection, data education, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that the values ​​contained in the Neni Uran Wair ceremony were religious, cooperation values, brotherhood values, social values, and economic values. Meanwhile, the conservation efforts includes the involvement of the local government and the young generation by forming a customary group and location (Nuba and Mahe), and cultural revitalization.

This research is motivated by the still existing problems in Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourism objects in the form of development that has not been maximized. This study aims to find out and describe (1) the development of Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourism objects by the Youth and Sports Tourism Office of Tanah Datar Regency; (2) Factors that become obstacles and supporters in the development of Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourism objects. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data of this study are  primary and secondary data. These data are collected by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Techniques for testing the validity of data by source triangulation. While the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification of conclusions. The results showed that the development carried out by the Tourism Office was limited to maintaining and repairing damaged tourism objects, providing assistance in the form of strawberry seeds and promoting tourism. Tourist attractions held are Pacu Jawi. The broken and damaged road has been repaired and some facilities and infrastructure have been added such as toilets and Mushallah. The souvenir center and souvenirs were just finished. HR development in the form of pokdarwis formation. The Tourism Office also empowers two residents as tour guides. The supporting factors in this development: 1) One of the most beautiful villages in the World. 2) Tourism infrastructure is very adequate. 3) The gift center has just been completed and there is a reading corner. 4) Damaged and hollow roads have been repaired 5) There is a tour group called Pokdarwis and Tourguide. Inhibiting factors in this regard: 1) Brousur about partially abandoned tourist objects and some damaged tourist objects that have not been repaired as well as tourist attraction is only pacu jawi. 2) Parking space is still inadequate. 3). Not yet complete gift shop.4) Pokdarwis is still not maximal in managing tourist attractions. 5) The cleanliness of tourist objects is still lacking and the janitor is only two people.

The purpose of this study is to formulate appropriate strategies in strengthening the role of Islamic universities in encouraging the development of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. Researchers took the object of research on three PTKI in Makassar.  The type of research is qualitative analysis of phenomological approach. Data is obtained from primary data in the form of statements and attitudes, then secondary data in the form of relevant literature and support the discussion of research, documentation. Techniques of collecting data in the form of observation, documentation, interview (Interview) directly with the parties concerned. Then the technique of processing and data analysis is done through four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result shows that Islamic University has great potential and role in supporting the development of Shariah financial institutions in Indonesia both in terms of human resource needs, as well as the marketing potential of syariah financial products.

Abstract This article aims to reveal and describe the choreography of Piriang Bakencak dance at Sanggar Tuah Sakato in Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. This research instrument is self-research and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data types use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps for analyzing data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that Piriang Bakencak dance was a group-shaped creation that used the composition of the group, and was directed by a lift in the Koto Anau tradition. This Bakencak dish dance is a development of tradition with a choreography approach. In Piriang Bakencak dance There are elements of dance composition consisting of theme, motion, top design, floor design, dramatic design, music design, process, equipment and choreography group. It was concluded that Piriang Bakencak dance was directed by planning choreography by the fact. Because Piriang Bakencak dance in the start of an idea that is present from the tradition, and was directed in a form of a clear, then directed again with more new movements. Keywords:    choreography, Piriang Bakencak Dance, Sakato Classes Workshops Dance
