Performance is a general description of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program activity, wisdom in realizing the suggestions, goals, vision and mission of the organization / agency, then between performance and motivation have a very close relationship because a person's performance is determined by one's ability to carry out tasks given well and able to be responsible for carrying out work. This research was conducted at the Mentawai Islands District Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries by using a sample of 45 people with sample selection. In this study using the Total Sampling technique, namely by taking the entire population as a sample as long as the population is known to be limited. With data analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Motivation affects performance significantly and positively for employees of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Mentawai Islands Regency. It can be concluded that the higher the motivation of an employee, the performance will also increase. Keywords:Work Motivation, Employee Performance

This study aims to analyze the influence that leadership style directly influences employee performance and work motivation, and can prove that work motivation has a direct effect on employee performance. The next goal is to find out that leadership style indirectly influences employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. PT. XYZ is the object of this research. Determination of the sample is done by accidental sampling technique. The questionnaire was used as a means of collecting data distributed to employees who worked at PT. XYZ were 100 respondents. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance through motivation employee work.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of production costs and operating costs on net income in the consumer goods industry sector for the 2015-2019 period. The sample selection uses a sampling technique. In order to obtain a sample of 15 companies and a total of 75 data. The regression analysis analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis through classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study indicate that partially production costs have an effect on net income and other research results partially operational costs have a significant effect on net income. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. <em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

One way to increase government revenue from the tax sector is by increasing taxpayer compliance itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, understanding of regulations and taxation sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance registered at North Badung KPP Pratama. The study was conducted at the KPP Badung Utara in 2018. The sample selection was 100 taxpayers using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to WPOP registered in North Badung KPP Pratama and the analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that service quality, understanding of regulations and taxation sanctions have a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance registered in North Badung KPP Pratama, with the value of calculating each variable greater than the label, and having a significance value greater than 0.05. This study aims to examine the variables of the proportion of independent commissioners, leverage, sales growth and profitability that affect companies to carry out tax avoidance. This research was conducted on all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017, with a total of 200 samples. Sample selection using probability sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis test. The results showed that the proportion of independent commissioners, sales growth and profitability had no effect on tax avoidance while leverage had an effect on tax avoidance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 33 pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Kendari Management and Retribution Agency. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 33 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was the census method and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous motivation, competence, and work environment influence employee performance and partially the dominant influence on employee performance is motivation.

This study studies any factors that can improve the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, discussed work Performance (X1), and seniority (X2). The object of this research is the company employees of PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama, which gathered 60 people. The sampling method in this study is total sampling by taking an object or participating to take a sample. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the work performance reward and seniority variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama.
