Brimob is a special top of Indonesian National Police Force, Brimob was trained to face special crimes using guns and other special weapon to face crimes using force. All politics is a struggle for power is violence. The reemergence in the early 1980s of terrorism motivated by a religions imperative and state-sponsored terrorist set in motion perfound changes in the nature, motivations and capabilitis of terrorist that are still unfolding. Torture is used as a strategic component of state security system to achieve board political ends thorugh the victimizaztion of individuals which serves pain of suffering, wether physical of metal, is intentionally inflicted : ‘many person, of course, harbor all sorts of radical and extreme belifts and opinion, and many of them belong to radical or even illegal of proscribed political organization. However, if they do not use violence in the pursuance of their beliefs, they cannot be considered terrorist. The willful application of force in such a way that is intentionally injurious to the person or group against whom it applied. Injury is under stood to include psychological as well as physical harm. Police use arms to protect himself and the people.

Article 30 of the 1945 Constitution is the basis for the formulation and drafting of Law No.3 / 2002 on national defense. In article 30, it is stipulated that national defense and security efforts are carried out through the system of defense and security of the total people by the Indonesian National Army and the Indonesian National Police, as the main force, and the people, as the supporting force. This system of defense and security for the people of the universe is then manifested in Law No.20 / 1982 concerning the main provisions of national defense. However, when the TAP MPR Number VI and Number VII was issued regarding the Separation of the Police from ABRI. The government is drafting a new Defense Law that is aligned to separate Defense and security that is adaptive to these changes. The defense is compiled and formulated and then translated into Law no. 3/2002, however, the Law on Security was not immediately realized, instead Law No.2 / 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police. Until now, the Law on Security does not exist and has not been materialized. As a result, there is a gap between legislation in the defense sector and legislation in the security sector. Some of the mandates of Law No.3 / 2002 can then be translated into Laws, Government Regulations, Presidential decrees instead other legislation products to support national defense.  The lack of this security aspect of course affects the defense and security system which was previously manifested as a comprehensive unit which is of course adjusted to the history of the nation itself. In addition to defense duties which are military in nature, there are tasks in the field of military Nir which all fall into the category of security aspects. As long as there are no regulations governing Security, the Defense and Security System mandated in the 1945 constitution will never materialize.

The Police constitute a major element in the state security system. Their operation has both a national and local dimension. The Police have an impact on a local community’s security, ensuring the safety of people, their health, life, property, as well as maintaining public safety and order. It is difficult to say whether there are more social conflicts nowadays than there used to be centuries ago. We lack precise comparative data to rely on. However, it can be said that we look at them much more carefully, analyze them, examine them to find out about their essence, relations, and dependencies as much as possible. Unfortunately, social conflicts often lead to military actions. They are characterized by the use ofvarious tactics, including activities of an irregular nature. Considering the intensity of terrorist activities not only in Europe, but also in many other places in the world, and bearing in mind how willingly terrorist structures use irregular activities, it is worth returning to the issues of diversion and sabotage, which seem to have been forgotten, judging by the limited amount of literary resources available in this field, in the context of improving the contemporary state security system.

Democracy is a government of the people, by the people and for the people. The popularity of the democratic system is arguably at its peak. This is proven by the many uses of the democratic system in modern countries in the world. Indonesia as a country that runs a democratic system does not give authority to the authorities to monopolize votes in an election. Because security and freedom for every citizen, free to choose as a representation of the sovereignty of the people. But on the side that democracy often happens is seen as freedom so that there are some elements mixing elements in democracy that actually damage democracy itself. Call it when campaigning for a candidate to hate speech, insult, and berate other candidates so that damage the good name in the eyes of the community. As reported in Detik.com in 2016, the National Police stated that there were 2,018 cases of hate speech that occurred. Then it increased by 44.99% in 2017 to 3,325 cases. Furthermore, in 2018 reported in January 2019 there were 3,884 cases of hate speech that occurred. This proves that in campaigning the candidates cannot be said to campaign peacefully, fairly and competitively. Whereas Allah s.w.t. It has been said in Surah al-Hujurat verse 11. Based on the description above the writer is interested in discussing and studying more about the campaign in the Elections in Indonesia and campaigning peacefully perspective of Surah al-Hujurat verse 11. This is important to discuss given the rampant hate speech cases that conducted by candidates in campaigning. This study aims to contribute knowledge to the candidates so that in campaigning, they do not utter hate speech, insult, and berate other candidates.

This article provides insights into the existing and politically important security system in the Central Asian khanates. The khanates of Bukhara, Khiva and Kokand had their own military power and were divided into different parts. The security departments of the khanates also played an important role in the development of the state and the security of the people. During the years of independence, as in any other field, significant changes have taken place in the field of security services. In particular, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has improved the security service in the National Guard.

This paper examines the role of the victim through the prism of prosecutor in the first third of the nineteenth century when England did not have a public prosecutor or national police force and most crimes were prosecuted in the courts by the victim. The selection of cases is drawn from a larger investigation of female offenders punished by transportation to New South Wales, Australia. The cases demonstrate the diversity of victims, the power they held as prosecutors and highlight the process from apprehension to conviction. Historical records of regional English Assizes and Sessions were investigated to identify the victim and record the prosecution process.

Malicious hacking is evolving continuously malicious code attacks. It needs flexible solutions such as the prevention leakage of personal information, demanding the ability of institutions to prevent high level of infringement. But, typical simple's security control system is limited by responding only to the tertiary industry equipment in the ICT field. A CPS type security system is capable of responding to the transition from ICT to AI which is should be applied. This is time of reorganization from the current security domain to the artificial intelligent ICBM device, it should apply the digital twin model which we are considering the people and environment of CPS type system. In this paper, we have studied a model of how cyber - physical systems can be implemented using existing security system platform technology. We also propose a new security technology applying model through analyzing log form of security equipment that has occurred for many years.
