The author of the article shows the research results of the popularity of tattoos among young people (15-30 years old). The author examines the most popular tattoo styles, reveals the details of tattooing in such styles as realism, minimalism, new school, trash polka, watercolor. Finally, the author concludes that it is necessary to train highly qualified masters of art tattoo who meet the high requirements of professional competencies, who have professional ethics, know the historical aspects of the development of this art, styles of tattoos, the technique of its application, the technical aspect of the issue, who are aware of art, psychology, medicine, and can provide a first aid. The author notes that these specialists should be trained in organizations of supplementary vocational training. The author also notes the importance of developing a competent educational program for a master of art tattoo. So, the author says that such training should be carried out by qualified teachers in the fields of knowledge, training should be fully immersed in the educational process, and training of these specialists should be carried out only in accredited educational organizations.

The article discusses the current problems of assessing the quality of professional training of HR managers from the perspective of graduates of the HR direction working in this area.For ten years the author of the article has been assessing the quality of training university graduates as deputy vice rector for organizing practice, employment and promoting employment of graduates. The results of annual studies of satisfaction with the quality of education of all participants in the educational process: students; employers and graduates of the university were an indispensable indicator in the preparation and conduct of accreditation of the university, it has repeatedly reported at conferences and published. The accumulated experience allowed us to conduct annual monitoring studies on the problem of satisfaction with the quality of professional training of graduates of the Department of Personnel Management of the Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of the RANEPA. The article provides only some generalized results of the author's studies in 2017 - 2019 on assessing the quality of professional training and career of specialists from the position of graduates of the department. The author conducts a brief analysis of theoretical foreign and domestic sources to study the problems of assessing the quality of education and training of specialists; considers the problems of development of criteria for assessing the quality of training, external and internal assessment, and the inclusion of certain assessment objects in the assessment, relevant to universities. The practical focus of the article allows us to see both the positive aspects in the training of future specialists in the field of personnel management, and some omissions, which will improve the quality and applied nature of training, taking into account the identified needs of graduates oriented to the demands of the labor market.

Information processes in the society encourage the formation of a revision of the forms and methods of learning; involve the use of didactic capabilities of information and communication technologies in teaching. No less important in this context, the problem of professionals training who are able to use modern possibilities of computer technology. Training of highly qualified teachers is only possible using advanced technologies that cover the entire range of existing opportunities. The analysis used in the formation of the software has showed insufficient use of a whole class of software - free software in the educational process. To overcome this problem, the proposed implementation strategy of free software in the preparation of teachers of mathematics, physics and computer science is proposed.

В современных условиях процесс подготовки педагогов для системы профессионального образования нуждается в новых концептуальных подходах с учетом реального состояния и перспектив развития экономики отрасли и образования на основе мировых требований. Нормативной базой реализации образовательных программ выступает сопряженность образовательных и профессиональных стандартов. Конструкция модульных образовательных программ по направлению подготовки «Профессиональное обучение (по отраслям)» строится на принципах модульности, вариативности, непрерывности и преемственности профессионального и высшего образования. Содержание каждого модуля отражает компетентностно-деятельностный подход и включает практико-ориентированную теорию с практикумом-тренингом в модельно-лабораторных условиях или пробы в реальной учебной среде профессиональных образовательных организаций и практику (стажировку) на рабочем месте, в том числе на высокотехнологичных предприятиях отрасли. Независимая экспертная оценка профессионально-педагогической и квалификационной компетентностей является допуском к профессии и завершается государственным демонстрационным и (или) квалификационным экзаменом и защитой выпускной квалификационной работы, выполненной по заказу работодателя. Как показала практика совместной деятельности в рамках кластерных образований, интеграция ресурсов научного, образовательного и производственного потенциала вуза, сети ПОО и ведущих предприятий отрасли способствует повышению качества подготовки высококвалифицированных кадров, обладающих набором компетенций как в профессионально-педагогических, так и профессионально-квалификационных видах деятельности. Реализация образовательных программ в рамках образовательных кластеров позволяет решить острую проблему кадрового голода, в том числе нехватку педагогических кадров, готовых обучать рабочих и специалистов для приоритетных отраслей региона. In modern conditions, the process of training teachers for the vocational education system needs new conceptual approaches taking into account the real state and development prospects of the industry economy and education based on world requirements. The normative basis for the implementation of degree programs is the conjunction of educational and professional standards. The design of modular degree programs in the field of vocational training (by the branches) is based on the principles of modularity, variability and continuity of professional and higher education. The content of each module reflects a competenceactivity approach and includes a practice-oriented theory with practical training in model laboratory conditions or tests in a real learning environment of professional educational organizations and internships at the workplace including at high-tech enterprises in the industry. An independent expert review of professional and pedagogical and qualification competencies is admission to the profession and ends with a state demonstration and (or) qualification exam and the defense of final qualification work performed by the order of the employer. As shown by the practice of joint activities within the framework of cluster formations, the integration of the resources of the scientific, educational and production potential of the university, the network of professional educational organizations and leading enterprises in the industry, improves the quality of training highly qualified personnel with a set of competencies in both professional and pedagogical, as well as professional qualification activities. The implementation of degree programs within the framework of educational clusters enables to solve the acute problem of «personnel gap» including the lack of teachers who are ready to train workers and specialists for priority sectors of the region.

Surakarta </span></em><em><span lang="EN-GB">Vocational Training Center (BLK) is one of the training center located in Surakarta city which serves as a training and education place for the job seekers in their productive age from the city. As a potential educational and training facilities that still work properly, this building still has problems in some aspects, therefore in an attempt to keep its function well, need a plan to redesign. The redesign will be </span></em><em><span lang="IN">consists of creating a space to cater all the activities</span></em><em></em><em><span lang="IN">in </span></em><em><span>Surakarta Vocational Training Center and taking form fitting to introduce its existence to society. </span></em><em><span lang="EN-GB">The redesign method is Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) on the conditions and elements of the existing buiding, with the redesign strategy that emphasizes functional aspects, technical aspect such as building physical condition, and behavioural aspects to be solved in accordance with the concept of redesigning. This redesign method will be a reference in consideration of planning and design for the new building. The modernization of the penal system of the Russian Federation places high demands on the training of highly qualified personnel in order to optimize the penal system and its quality functioning. The exceptional complexity of employees’ activities dictates high requirements for the development of their moral and will qualities. We suggested that one of the ways to solve this problem will be to develop and implement a psychological model for the development of moral and will qualities of employees at the stage of their university training. The model is aimed at formation of professional self-awareness of employees through formation and development of spiritual and moral values, awareness of own personal and professionally important qualities, as well as motivation to improve them. The model presents step-by-step the movement from the set goal to the intended result, describes mechanisms of psychological support of the educational process: goal and tasks; principles; criteria of formation of moral and will qualities; content of activities on development of moral and will qualities; tools: forms, methods, means of development of moral and will qualities of cadets; result.

Рассмотрена проблема раскрытия одарённости у детей и молодёжи в образовательном процессе школы. Цель исследования - изучение деятельности руководителей образовательных организаций (разделённых на кластеры по средовым показателям), направленной на выявление способностей и талантов обучающихся. Задачи: определить состояние работы школ, относящихся к разным кластерам, с обучающимися, подтвердившими индекс высоких результатов по ВПР, ОГЭ, ЕГЭ; выделить наиболее эффективные формы работы с обучающимися, имеющими способности к освоению отдельных учебных предметов. Is devoted to the problem of revealing talents in children and young people in the secondary school educational process. The purpose of the study is the activities of the heads of educational organizations (divided into clusters by environmental indicators), aimed at identifying the abilities and talents of students. Objectives:to determine the state of activities of schools belonging to different clusters, with students who have confirmed the index of high results in the VPR, OGE, USE, identify the most effective forms of work with the students having the ability of mastering certain academic subjects.

The rise of microcomputer technology in the last decade has introduced changes in the way tasks are carried out at both the technical and the organisational level in manufacturing industry, with consequential changes in the need for skills and training for both mechanical and electrical craftsmen. Both in Britain and in France the relevance of traditional and narrow concepts of skill (the craftsman highly skilled in one set of operations) is being questioned, and in both countries changes are taking place in the way young people are prepared for mechanical and electrical work.
