Medicine’s condition is one of the most relevant scientific and socio-economic problems of the mankind. Eclecticism, presence of multiple contradictions and compilations are typical at the modern stage of it as of a knowledge system. First of all, this state of medicine is conditioned by the absence of systematic structural and functional organization of the human body in the medical scientific and practical activity. Formation of the systematic thinking on the basis of the knowledge about human body as a system is necessary for the solution of this problem. The system of special meanings forms scientific knowledge that determines the form and corresponding thinking method. Knowledge is a reflection of objective reality in our consciousness, represented in symbols of the formal language matrix. Clinical thinking – specialized form of the internal speech. Its structural units are corresponding definitions, terms and notions. At the same time they are its tools and methods. Certain group of terms has a conceptual meaning for the formation and development of clinical thinking.

From the point of view of perception and generalization processes there are complex, logic and conceptual forms of thinking. Its conceptual form is the highest result of interaction between thinking and speech. While realizing it, human uses the concept, which are logically formed thoughts, that are the meaning of representation in thinking of unity of meaningful features, relations of subjects or phenomena of objective reality. Special concepts, that are used in the science and technique are called terms. They perform a function of corresponding, special, precise marking of subjects and phenomena, their features and interactions. Scientific knowledge are in that way an objective representation of material duality in our consciousness. Certain complex of terms forms a terminological system, that lies in the basis of corresponding sphere of scientific knowledge and conditions a corresponding form and way of thinking. Clinical thinking is a conceptual form, that manifests and represents by the specialized internal speech with gnostic motivation lying in its basis. Its structural elements are corresponding definitions, terms and concepts. Cardinal features of clinical systems are consistency, criticality, justification and substantiation. Principles of perception and main concepts are represented in the article along with short descriptions of physical and chemical phenomena, that have conceptual meaning for the formation of systematic clinical thinking and formalization of systemic structural-functional organization of the human’s organism

Ayurveda has described three basic physiological constituent dosha, dhatu and mala for the existence of human body. Among them, seven dhatus form the structural units of the body. The functions of dhatus are dharana (to support) and poshan (to nourish). Dhatus undergo continuous construction and degeneration to maintain a state of equilibrium of the body. Majjadhatu is the sixth dhatu to be formed after asthi dhatu in uttrottardhatuposhan cycle. Bone marrow can be considered as a part of majja dhatu playing a significant role in erythropoiesis. Acharya Sushrut has mentioned about saraktameda and majja. Asthi (bone) and sandhi (joints) are the foundation of majjavahasrotas. The quantity of majjadhatu is one anjali. This manuscript is an attempt to explore the physio-anatomy of majja dhatu based on physiological functions described in ayurveda classics. For which the basic material has been collected from the ancient classics with the available commentaries as well as text books of contemporary modern medical science. “Pain” is psychophysiological phenomenon, that is actualized in the mind of a person as a result of a systemic reaction to a certain externaland internal stimuli. The pain is caused by morphological and functional disorders in the body and is accompanied by changes in person’s psychic stateand behavior. Three components are distinguished in the phenomenon of “pain”: nocigenic (somatogenic), neurogenic (neuropathic) and psychogenic.The psychical and physiological components are distinguished only within emotions and sensations among all mental processes. The formationof connections and relationships between their components occurs on the basis of neurophysiological processes. Emotions and feelingsof a person are inseparably linked with the corresponding physiological processes of the body, which, in turn, are a reflection of a certainform of the systemic structural and functional organization.From the point of view of the functional system approach, the human body is an exposed, nonlinear, self-organizing, self-regulating,self-learning, permanently evolving, dynamic system that exists in inseparable connection and constant interaction with the environment.Elements of its systemic structural and functional organization are certain functional systems of the corresponding hierarchical levels.Regulatory centers are one of the main elements of the human organism’s functional systems, their activities realize the processes of theirself-organization and self-regulation. In functional systems at the cellular, tissue, organ and organism levels of its systemic organization,the regulatory centers are the neuronal-synaptic organizations of the structural formations of the peripheral and central nervous system.Nervous system of the person integrates and coordinates the processes of sensitivity, activity of its effector structure formations andmotion activity, accordingly to the conditions of its internal and external environment. Realization of its functions as a whole and infull is possible only in inseparable interrelation and mutual relation, coordinated interaction and interconsistency with endocrine andimmune-competent systems. The ways and means of intercellular communication are the basis for the processes of integration and coordinationof the activity of effector and structural formations of the human body.

Hydroxyapatite bioceramics has attracted many material scientists as it is the main constituent of the bone and the teeth in human body. The synthesis of the bioceramics has been performed for years. Nowadays, the synthetic work is not only focused on the hydroapatite but also on the fluorapatite and chlorapatite bioceramics since later materials have also biological compatibility with human tissues; and they may also be very promising for clinic purpose. However, in comparison of the synthetic bioceramics with natural one on microstructure, a great differences were observed according to our previous results. We have investigated these differences further in this work since they are very important to appraise the synthetic bioceramics for their clinic application.The synthetic hydroxyapatite and chlorapatite were prepared according to A. Krajewski and A. Ravaglioli and their recent work. The briquettes from different hydroxyapatite or chlorapatite powders were fired in a laboratory furnace at the temperature of 900-1300°C. The samples of human enamel selected for the comparison with synthetic bioceramics were from Chinese adult teeth.

We have been interested in the organization of RNA polymerase II transcription and pre-mRNA splicing within the cell nucleus. Several models have been proposed for the functional organization of RNA within the eukaryotic nucleus and for the relationship of this organization to the distribution of pre-mRNA splicing factors. One model suggests that RNAs which must be spliced are capable of recruiting splicing factors to the sites of transcription from storage and/or reassembly sites. When one examines the organization of splicing factors in the nucleus in comparison to the sites of chromatin it is clear that splicing factors are not localized in coincidence with heterochromatin (Fig. 1). Instead, they are distributed in a speckled pattern which is composed of both perichromatin fibrils and interchromatin granule clusters. The perichromatin fibrils are distributed on the periphery of heterochromatin and on the periphery of interchromatin granule clusters as well as being diffusely distributed throughout the nucleoplasm. These nuclear regions have been previously shown to represent initial sites of incorporation of 3H-uridine.

This is a combined study of two diffirent branches, photogrammetry and morphology of blood cells. The three dimensional quantitative analysis of erythrocytes using SEMP technique, electron computation technique and photogrammetry theory has made it possible to push the study of mophology of blood cells from LM, TEM, SEM to a higher stage, that of SEM P. A new path has been broken for deeply study of morphology of blood cells.In medical view, the abnormality of the quality and quantity of erythrocytes is one of the important changes of blood disease. It shows the abnormal blood—making function of the human body. Therefore, the study of the change of shape on erythrocytes is the indispensable and important basis of reference in the clinical diagnosis and research of blood disease.The erythrocytes of one normal person, three PNH Patients and one AA patient were used in this experiment. This research determines the following items: Height;Length of two axes (long and short), ratio; Crevice in depth and width of cell membrane; Circumference of erythrocytes; Isoline map of erythrocytes; Section map of erythrocytes.

Studies in our laboratory are involved in evaluating the structural and functional organization of the mammalian cell nucleus. Since several major classes (U1, U2, U4/U6, U5) of small nuclear ribonucleoprotein particles (snRNPs) play a crucial role in the processing of pre-mRNA molecules, we have been interested in the localization of these particles within the cell nucleus. Using pre-embedding immunoperoxidase labeling combined with 3-dimensional reconstruction, we have recently shown that nuclear regions enriched in snRNPs form a reticular network within the nucleoplasm which extends between the nucleolar surface and the nuclear envelope. In the present study we were inte rested in extending these nuclear localizations using cell preparation techniques which avoid slow penetration of fixatives, chemical crosslinking of potential antigens and solvent extraction. CHOC 400 cells were cryofixed using a CF 100 ultra rapid cooling device (LifeCell Corp.). After cryofixation cells were molecular distillation dried, vapor osmicated, in filtra ted in 100% Spurr resin in vacuo and polymerized in molds a t 60°C. Using this procedure we were able to evaluate the distribution of snRNPs in resin embedded cells which had not been chemically fixed, incubated in cryoprotectants or extracted with solvents.
