The world is fast becoming increasingly digital, networked, and mobile. The use of mobile devices is a growing educational trend and determines how knowledge is taught and used when teaching and learning. This article presents the results of a comparative analysis of web and mobile educational content, which focuses on instructional issues that affect learning in a mobile context—namely, length, density, complexity, purpose, and structure. It then demonstrates that mobile content is shorter, denser, and more complex than the content of other types of educational media, and it proposes a critical assessment of how such content should be designed.

To be able to realize the next generation of the Prophet's struggle, professional Islamic teachers are needed, namely teachers who are able to educate their students to become the next generation of the Prophet's struggle. It also requires the ability of teachers to use varied learning methods, productive learning strategies and modern educational media. It is also necessary to provide adequate infrastructure that can support teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process well and attract students' interest. By knowing the characteristics of this millennial generation, the world of education can play a role and adjust learning strategies in such a way as to bring this millennial generation to an optimal level of success.

The issue of the expanding access to the high-speed Internet through 4G wireless mobile network has been studied in the article. The purpose of the research was to determine the vectors for the development of Internet access through mobile devices in the world and the stage of implementation of these technologies in Ukraine by the case of Dnipropetrovsk region.The methodological basis of the study was the comparative analysis and the Foresight methodology. Documents of international organizations, open source data on the use of 3G / 4G technology by mobile network providers in the territory of Dnipropetrovsk region, expert surveys of specialists of governing bodies in the united territorial communities have been used as information sources. Speeds of mobile Internet networks in countries around the world have been reviewed by authors, paying attention to the current availability of 4G network coverage using mobile devices with the required operating frequency ranges and high requirements to network speeds. The result of the paper became the determination of relations between the spread of 3G / 4G mobile network and development of the e-governance in the studied territories. In particular, this includes the level of development and functioning of local governments’ web portals, ensuring the access of population to the public information and electronic public services. A comparative analysis of the open statistic data on Internet access through mobile devices in the EU and Ukraine has been made. The basic stages of mobile 3G, 4G and 5G generations networks implementation in Ukraine have been described. The available possibilities for mobile devices made for use on 4G networks have been presented.The research of the state of 3G / 4G network coverage in territories of 60 united territorial communities of Dnepropetrovsk region has been carried out and the data on aggregated integrated coverage indicators of 3G / 4G network have been systematized. It has been proven that the use of 3G / 4G technology creates opportunities for the digital inequality’s overcoming and further development of the e-governance in Ukraine. A number of concrete directions of optimization of public administration bodies’ activity in this sphere have been suggested.

Chapter 11 serves as another expository to readers. In this chapter, readers are enlightened on the digital and virtual age as they relate to the educational trend and online education. In addition, the chapter provides some insights to social media as they relate to education at higher educational institutions and how connecting to the world in terms of education and doing business is at the fingertips with the aid of mobile computing and social media. While social media and mobile devices create an ease of reaching information and networking, their careless usage and lack of monitoring in the classroom exacerbate and defeat their intended good purpose of enhancing the learning process, failing to render the desired results.

The article deals with the features of the Russian policy of agriculture support in comparison with the EU and the US policies. Comparative analysis is held considering the scales and levels of collective agriculture support, sources of supporting means, levels and mechanisms of support of agricultural production manufacturers, its consumers, agrarian infrastructure establishments, manufacturers and consumers of each of the principal types of agriculture production. The author makes an attempt to estimate the consequences of Russia’s accession to the World Trade Organization based on a hypothesis that this will result in unification of the manufacturers and consumers’ protection levels in Russia with the countries that have long been WTO members.

Climate change is a financial factor that carries with it risks and opportunities for companies. To support boards of directors of companies belonging to all jurisdictions, the World Economic Forum issued in January 2019 eight Principlescontaining both theoretical and practical provisions on: climate accountability, competence, governance, management, disclosure and dialogue. The paper analyses each Principle to understand scope and managerial consequences for boards and to evaluate whether the legal distinctions, among the various jurisdictions, may undermine the application of the Principles or, by contrast, despite the differences the Principles may be a useful and effective guidance to drive boards' of directors' conduct around the world in handling climate change challenges. Five jurisdictions are taken into consideration for this comparative analysis: Europe (and UK), US, Australia, South Africa and Canada. The conclusion is that the WEF Principles, as soft law, is the best possible instrument to address boards of directors of worldwide companies, harmonise their conduct and effectively help facing such global emergency.

The subject of alignment is not new to the world of education. Today however, it has come to mean different things and to have a heuristic value in education according to research in different areas, not least for neuroscience, and to attention to skills and to the alternation framework.This paper, after looking at the classic references that already attributed an important role to alignment in education processes, looks at the strategic role of alignment in the current context, outlining the shared construction processes and focusing on some of the ways in which this is put into effect.Alignment is part of a participatory, enactive approach that gives a central role to the interaction between teaching and learning, avoiding the limits of behaviourism, which has a greater bias towards teaching, and cognitivism/constructivism, which focus their attention on learning and in any case, on that which separates a teacher preparing the environment and a student working in it.

Mobile devices and applications are expected to have a significant impact on teaching and learning in the near future. Yet colleges and universities are currently facing severe budget constraints and discretionary funding is restricted for new initiatives. The question addressed in this paper is: “What strategy should an institution of higher learning with limited resources use in adapting the capabilities of mobile devices to benefit its academic programs?” To help answer this question, students were surveyed to identify their perceptions on the importance of a selected set of mobile learning functions, their experience with using those functions, their recommendation for a mobile learning adoption strategy, and information on the particular mobile devices they possess. The recommended strategy was “pick and choose special capabilities to develop” with the selected functions being (1) Receive alerts and reminders about assignments and appointments concerning the course being taken; (2) Communicate individually with faculty, an advisor, or other students using voice, email, or text messaging; (3) Post or reply to items in a poll, discussion board, or other application; and (4) Download and review lesson materials from a course being taken. Other recommendations included techniques for faculty and student support services as well as institutional policies for limiting models of mobile devices for use in courses, making online courseware for laptops and desktops the same as mobile learning courseware, and making the opportunity for mobile learning optional.

Business Card is the most efficient, effective and appropriate tool for every business men no matter they are owners, employees, more over marketers to provide information about their businesses. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to bring and manage business card in large numbers also to remember the face of the business card owner. A Business Card application need to be built to solve all those issues mentioned above. The Application or software must be run in media which can be accessed anywhere and anytime such as smart phone. Kuartu is as business card application run in mobile devices. Kuartu is developed using object base modeling for mobile sub system. The platform of the mobile sub system is android, as it is the most widely used platform in the world. The Kuartu application utilizing NFC and QR Code technology to support the business card information exchange and the Chatting feature for communication. Based on the experiment and test using black box methodology, it can be concluded that Kuartu application makes business card owner to communicate each other easily, business card always carried, easy to manage the cards and information of the business card owner can be easily obtained. The study is devoted to the analysis of the features of the change in the Equivalent Water Height (EWH) parameter over the geoid based on satellite measurements of space systems. The study used the GRACE and GRACE-FO satellite data archive. The assessment was carried out on Earth as a whole, including land areas and the World Ocean. Interpretation of the anomalous state of the geoenvironment is performed using digital maps of the spatial distribution of the EWH parameter based on the histogram approach and correlation analysis. Also, a comparative analysis of the studied data from the GRACE mission and data from the new GRACE-FO satellite system launched into orbit in the summer of 2018 was carried out.
