The article deals with the essential features of harmonization and characteristic features of the program of harmonization of organizational and information support of crisis management of agroformations, outlines the principles and tasks of its formation, defines the stages, structure, content and features of its development and implementation, proposes a methodological approach to its evaluation. It is argued that the synthesis of targeted and systematic-dialectical approaches to the development and implementation of the program of harmonization of organizational and information support of crisis management of agroformations is appropriate and effective. The availability of such a program allows to determine the sequence of the necessary measures of agro-formation in the conditions of overcoming or prevention of crisis phenomena and to create a reliable organizational and information platform for increasing the risk protection and economic recovery of agro-formation.

The principle that provides the integration of the said system with the current model of management of the dairy subcomplex enterprise is defined as a driver. The paper offers a number of levels of the system transformation to gain competitive advantages. Conclusions. Chapter 1 introduces the subject of institutional memory of strategic errors, discusses why it matters for international organizations (IOs) that engage in crisis management and reviews the book’s argument, competing explanations and methodological approach. One strategic error in the mandate or planning of an operation can increase the likelihood of casualties on the battlefield. Knowledge of past errors can help prevent future ones. The chapter explores an empirical puzzle; there remain key differences between how one expects IOs to learn and observed behavior. Moreover, scholars have largely treated institutional memory as a given without explaining how it develops. From relevant scholarship, the chapter identifies limitations of three potential explanations. The chapter then introduces a new argument for how IOs develop institutional memory. Subsequent sections describe research design and explain why NATO is selected as the domain of study. Last, the chapter identifies major contributions to literature and describes the book’s structure.

The success of innovation activities of industrial enterprises to create product innovations depends on many factors. One of the main factors in this list is an objective assessment of their market prospects. This assessment can be carried out using the procedure of marketing testing, as it contains necessary methodological support and tools to determine the commercial prospects of product innovation at each stage of the innovation cycle. The effectiveness of marketing testing largely depends on how successfully organized this process in the enterprise, which actualizes the development of organizational and economic mechanism for managing marketing testing of market prospects for product innovations. This research is devoted to this question. The article presents the organizational and economic mechanism for managing marketing testing of market prospects of product innovations of industrial enterprises. The developed mechanism contains: subsystem of information support (internal and external information), target subsystem (tasks and purposes, criteria and principles of management of marketing testing), control subsystem (subjects which carry out management and functions which they carry out), the managed subsystem (divisions of the enterprise). Involved in marketing testing), providing a subsystem (methods and resources of management) and a subsystem of controlling the procedure of marketing testing of market prospects of product innovations. The mechanism also includes a subsystem of marketing testing, which consists of the author’s theoretical and methodological approaches to assessing the market prospects of product innovations at the stages of the innovation cycle of their development. It is based on the following approaches: theoretical and methodological approach to foresight research of future needs in product innovations; theoretical and methodological approach to the criterion base of evaluation and selection from a number of alternatives of innovative projects for the development of product innovations; theoretical and methodological approach to marketing testing and evaluation of market prospects of product innovations; theoretical and methodological approach to the diagnosis and strengthening of consumer capital of the enterprise; methodical approach, by which decisions are made on the readiness of product innovations to enter the market and complete the work on the procedure of marketing testing. The marketing testing mechanism contains the relationships between the subsystems (influence, coordination, and adjustment, feedback) to obtain an overall result. The result of the implementation of the proposed mechanism is tested for market success, developed product innovation, which is ready for commercialization, which is predicted to succeed, and the developer, thus, will receive all planned revenues and profits from its sale on the market. The conducted analysis is a future basis for the implementation of the developed organizational and economic testing mechanism in the practical activities of domestic innovative industrial enterprises.

The improvement of performance and profitability in hotel companies is backed by a continuous and progressive management process. However, research methodologies have generally adopted a static perspective that does not specify the concrete trajectories used by companies to improve management performance and profitability. This article proposes a dynamic methodological approach to analyze the profit drivers of the largest Spanish hotel companies throughout the period 2004 to 2017. This period is characterized by a recession and subsequent economic recovery, and therefore, it supplies a long and varying perspective for evaluating the management trajectories used by these companies to push their profits. Findings show that the composition of profit drivers is neither uniform nor time invariant and can depend on both external and internal factors.

The necessity of the analysis of historical features of formation of the strategic management accounting has been grounded. The peculiarities of the crisis in management accounting in the 1980s have been determined. The requirements to the management accounting system in terms of strategic cost management have been identified. A significant increase in attention to the problems of development of strategic management accounting (demarcation with classical management accounting, separation of methods, empirical research of accounting practice) since the 2000s has been established. The lack of a unified interpretation of the concept of «strategic management accounting» among Ukrainian and foreign scientists has been identified. Characteristic features of strategic management accounting have been determined (development of management accounting with strategic orientation; external orientation (outward-oriented); future orientation (perspective orientation); application of both financial and non-financial typologies of measurement in focus on internal resources and organizational capabilities). The main purpose of strategic management accounting as the creation of information support to achieve competitive advantages and improve the performance of the enterprise has been grounded.
