Permasalahan sosial, ekonomi dan ekologi pada kawasan pesisir merupakan permasalahan penting yang terikat satu sama lain. Profil perikanan pada Dinas Pertanian Kota Surabaya menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesejahteraan nelayan dan akses sumber daya manusia di kawasan pesisir rendah.Selain itu, kondisi pesisir semakin menurun akibat adanya perubahan iklim.Konsep pendekatan mengenai penghidupan yang berkelanjutan (sustainable livelihood) merupakan salah satu bentuk metode yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan di wilayah pesisir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian masyarakat nelayan pesisir di Kota Surabaya.Variabel yang digunakan adalah modal sosial, modal alam, modal fisik, modal manusia dan modal finansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor modal manusia memiliki peranan paling penting dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat nelayan. Sehingga diperlukan konsep dan langkah pemberdayaan sesuai dengan masing-masing variabel terkait penghidupan berkelanjutan (sustainable livelihood).Abstract: Social, economic, and ecological problems in coastal areas are important issues that are bound to one another. The Fisheries profile at Dinas Pertanian Kota Surabaya shows that the level of fishermen's welfare and access to human resources in the coastal area are low. Besides, coastal conditions are declining due to climate change. The concept of an approach to sustainable livelihood is one method that can overcome problems in coastal areas. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with coastal fishing communities in Surabaya City as research subjects. The variables used are social capital, natural capital, physical capital, human capital, and financial capital. The results show that the human capital factor has the most important role to improve the welfare of the fishing community. Therefore, the empowerment concepts and steps are needed in accordance with each variable related to a sustainable livelihood.

In this study, the approach of a sustainable livelihood framework following the guidance of the Department for International Development (DFID) is used to assess the livelihoods of people in rural areas of Tan Phuoc district, Tien Giang province. This is one of the acid sulphate soil areas of the Mekong Delta. Sustainable livelihood framework according to Department for International Development in the study will consider the assets of Tan Phuoc district people to ensure livelihoods including human capital, physical capital, financial capital, natural capital, and social capital. The results show that most of the capital for developing livelihoods of people in this area is poor (natural capital, human capital, social capital, financial capital), only physical capital is considered to meet the current development needs. They are the basis for proposing development orientations for Tan Phuoc district in the future, including socio-economic development, labor quality improvement and the number of professionally trained people. Besides, there are specific s upport policies for people and there are many sources of capital to help people access policies easily. To solve this problem, first of all, it is necessary to develop development plans of regions according to natural conditions, continue to improve the skills of local communities and provide specific support policies for livelihood activities. Attract many different sources of investment capital for the locality so that people can easily access, improve the income of local people in the future, especially need a population development strategy corresponding to the development conditions of the district. The analysis is based on aggregate collected data on the different types of livelihoods in the province, so they are of great overall value. However, this is also the basis for conducting detailed studies and investigations for further studies with the aim of having accurate information and correct assessment of the current livelihood status of each district and livelihood group.

The concept of sustainable livelihood garnered a prominent status in humanitarian and international development organizations that aim to calculate and build a livelihood for agroforestry farmers. However, it is difficult to measure and analyze as well as visualize the data of livelihood improvement from agroforestry (AF). This paper comparatively assessed 400 smallholder farmers’ livelihood through AF and conventional farming (CF) systems in the Northern Irrigated Plain of Pakistan. The findings showed that AF has a mixed impact on farmers’ livelihood capital, including human, physical, natural, financial and social capital. Specifically, AF significantly improved financial capital in terms of timber, non-timber and fuel wood income. Furthermore, the physical capital (buffalo plough, generators and sprinklers), natural capital (the extent of cultivated land and land ownership; the number of households (HHs) growing vegetables, fruit crops and medicinal crops) and social capital (the number of social groups that HHs involved and number of HHs sharing crop seeds) of AF farmer HHs were significantly improved compared to those of CF farmers. However, the results show that financial capital gain through crop income, HHs owning high-value vehicles (tractors) and farmers trust and collective activities were significantly higher in CF farmers than AF ones. Therefore, to enhance the contribution of AF to rural livelihood, advanced extension services and government involvement on research planning and implementing are needed.

Dalam mengerjakan permasalahan matematika, pasti ada yang mengalami suatu hambatan dalam proses pemecahannya yang menyebabkan terjadinya suatu kesalahan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita berdasarkan tahapan Newman pada materi bangun datar segiempat dan penyebab mereka melakukan kesalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode tes tulis dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 dari 32 siswa kelas VII-D SMP Negeri 2 Nganjuk yang dipilih berdasarkan banyaknya kesalahan yang dilakukan saat tes tulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita tentang bangun datar segiempat, yaitu (1) kesalahan dalam membaca soal, (2) kesalahan dalam memahami soal, (3) kesalahan dalam mentransformasi soal, (4) kesalahan dalam keterampilan proses, dan (5) kesalahan dalam menuliskan jawaban akhir. Penyebab siswa melakukan kesalahan tersebut adalah siswa kurang teliti dalam membaca dan mengerjakan soal, belum paham materi dan belum terbiasa mengerjakan soal cerita dengan tahapan Newman. Kata kunci: analisis, kesalahan, soal cerita, tahapan newman, bangun datar segiempat.  In working on mathematical problems , there must be someone(s) who got some obstacles in the process of solving it which causes an error in the learning process. This research aims to describe students errors according to Newman’s Error Analysis in solving rectangular word problem and why they are doing that. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with the written test and interview method. The research subjects were 3 of 32 students from class 8­th-D Public Middle School 2 Nganjuk which is chosen based on the number of errors made during the written test. The results of this research shows that the students made some errors in solving mathematics involving rectangular word problems such as reading error, comperhension error, transformation error, process skill error and encoding error. The reason students make these mistakes are (1) students are not careful in reading and working on problems, (2) students doesn't understand the material, (3) and students are not usual to working on word problems using the Newman’s  method. Abstrak Penelitian ini didasari atas banyaknya kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita matematika menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan. Kesalahan siswa harus segera dipecahkan agar tidak terulang dan mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Pemecahan ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengetahui dimana letak kesalahan yang terjadi, jenis kesalahan yang dilakukan dan faktor penyebabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis letak dan jenis kesalahan serta faktor yang menyebabkan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa menggunakan tahapan pemecahan pemecahan masalah Polya. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode tes tulis dan wawancara. Tes tulis yang diberikan berupa soal cerita matematika pada materi sistem persamaan linear tiga variabel. Subjek penelitian yaitu 3 siswa dipilih dari 36 siswa XI IPA4 SMA Negeri 1 Cerme. Subjek penelitian dipilih berdasarkan banyaknya kesalahan yang dilakukan pada saat tes tulis, kemudian diwawancarai. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita dengan materi sistem persamaan linear tiga variabel, terjadi kesalahan pada masing-masing indikator dalam tahapan pemecahan masalah Polya, di antaranya (1) kesalahan dalam pemahaman soal, (2) kesalahan dalam perencanaan penyelesaian, (3) kesalahan dalam pelaksanaan rencana penyelesaian, dan (4) kesalahan dalam pemeriksaan kembali. Siswa melakukan kesalahan dalam bentuk kesalahan konsep, kesalahan prinsip, dan kesalahan operasi. Faktor penyebab kesalahan siswa yaitu tidak memahami makna soal, lemahnya pemahaman konsep, tidak fokus dalam pengerjaan, lingkungan dan cara belajar siswa. Dari letak, jenis dan faktor penyebab kesalahan yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pendidik sebagai pertimbangan dalam merencanakan pembelajaran agar kesalahan serupa tidak terulang. Abstract This research is motivated by the number of difficulties students faced while solving mathematics story problem which causes errors. Student’s error needs to be solved immediately to not affecting the learning result. To solve them, we needs to identified location of the errors occur, types of mistakes are made, and what are the causes. This research use a qualitative-descriptive approach. This research aims to analyze the location, type of errors, and the causes using Polya’s problem-solving steps. To collect data, this research using written test and interview methods. The written test is in the form of mathematics story problem involving the linear equation of three variables. The research subjects were 3 of 36 students from class 11th Science 4 State Highschool of Cerme. Research subject is chosen based on the number of errors made during the written test then interviewed. The result of this research shows that in order to solve problems, errors occurs on each Polya’s problem-solving steps indicators, such as (1) errors in understanding the problem, (2) errors in devising a plan, (3) errors in carrying out the plan, and (4) errors in looking back. The type of errors made by students were concept error, principle error, and operation error. The factors are not understand the problem, low concept, not focus, cognitive factors, and their learning environment. The result of this research can be used for teachers to make their teaching plan to avoid the same error occurs. Keywords: analysis, errors, story problems, Polya’s problem-solving, spltv.

Creativity is a key oriented towards the effectiveness of the learning process carried out by the teacher in achieving learning and educational goals. This study aims to reveal the teachers' creativity in the learning process. Teacher's creativity is the skills to have such as skills in making teaching materials, carrying out learning in class properly, learning methods that are relevant to the material, appropriate learning media, quality learning resources related to the discussion, etc. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive approach, and the research subjects are teachers in schools who expected to have creativity in the form of quality skills.

Kawasan penyangga di TN Sebangau memiliki permasalahan dari berbagai sektor, seperti sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Salah satunya adalah masalah kerusakan hutan. Saat ini masyarakat yang tinggal di kawasan penyangga TN Sebangau bergantung pada hasil sumber daya alamnya. Namun, kesejahteraan yang rendah menuntut masyarakat untuk melakukan beberapa kegiatan yang melanggar kebijakan TN Sebangau dan berpotensi mengganggu lingkungan sekitarnya. Konsep pendekatan mengenai penghidupan yang berkelanjutan (sustainable livelihood) merupakan salah satu bentuk metode yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang muncul pada masyarakat yang tinggal di kawasan penyangga TN Sebangau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode skoring, AHP dan analisis triangulasi. Subjek penelitian adalah masyarakat yang tinggal di kawasan penyangga TN Sebangau. Variabel yang digunakan adalah modal sosial, modal alam, modal fisik, modal manusia dan modal finansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari kriteria dan subkriteria pada 3 strategi, yaitu pengembangan masyarakat lokal, perencanaan sosial dan aksi sosial, kriteria ‘pengembangan masyarakat lokal’ merupakan model pemberdayaan yang tepat untuk diterapkan di kawasan penyangga TN Sebangau. Sehingga diperlukan strategi pengembangan yang sesuai dengan masing-masing variabel terkait penghidupan berkelanjutan (sustainable livelihood).Abstract:  Sebangau National Park buffer zone had problem in many sectors like social, economic and environment. One of them is deforestation. Currently, people who lived at Sebangau National Park buffer zone depends on it natural resources. However, low-welvare condition requires people doing some violation against Sebangau National Park policy and potentially interfere the ecosistem. Sustainable livelihood approach presumed can be one solution to solve the problem at Sebangau National Park buffer zone. This research used qualitative descriptive approach, with scoring method, AHP and triangulation analysis. Research subject is people who lived at  Sebangau National Park buffer zone. Variabel that used is social capital, natural capital, physical capital, human capital and financial capital. The results showed that from criteria and sub criteria on 3 strategy, that is local community development strategy, social planning strategy and social action strategy, local community development criteria is exactly empowerment model to apply at Sebangau National Park buffer zone. So that the development strategy of the models are needed in accordance with each variable related to sustainable livelihood.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of intellectual capital and its components, represented by physical capital (capital employed), human capital, and structural capital,on financial performance of mining and manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Indonesia – BEI) period of 2010 – 2012. Total population observed during this research shows 169 mining and manufacturing companies.The sample was determined by purposive sampling method and found a total of 70 samples as the research subjects. The analytical technique for the quantitaive data uses a statistical tool, i.e. multiple regression. Intellectual capital and its components were measured by Pulic Model, while financial performance uses Return on Equty (ROE) ratio. The results show that intellectual capital and human capital have negative influence, yet insignificant, impacton companies financial performance. While physical capital (capital employed) and structural capital do have positive influence but not significanton companies financial performance.

<p>Ustaz Abdul Somad kembali menjadi sorotan khalayak karena dakwahnya yang kontroversial. Pada akhir Agustus 2019, video ceramah Ustaz Abdul Somad yang diunggah pada tahun 2016 yang berjudul “Hukum Melihat Salib” sempat viral di media sosial karena dianggap mengandung unsur Suku, Agama, Ras, dan Antargolongan (SARA). Video pendek yang berisi jawaban Ustaz Abdul Somad atas pertanyaan jamaah, mengandung konten yang menyinggung tentang salib sehingga menimbulkan respon negatif dari umat nonmuslim. Selain itu, ada video ceramah lain yang berjudul “Hukum Menonton Film Korea” yang juga menimbulkan respon negative bagi para penggemar KPop atau KPopers. Tulisan ini fokus pada bagaimana etika komunikasi dakwah Ustaz Abdul Somad yang dibangun berdasarkan perspektif Al Quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah dua video ceramah Ustaz Abdul Somad yang berjudul “Hukum menonton Film Korea” dan “Hukum Melihat Salib”. Sementara objek penelitian ini ialah retorika Ustaz Abdul Somad dalam video-video tersebut. Hasilnya, ceramah dalam kedua video tersebut mengandung prinsip etika komunikasi dalam Al Quran, dengan catatan ceramah tersebut dilakukan pada kelompok terbatas. Etika Al Quran yang dimaksud adalah prinsip bicara tegas dan jujur. Namun, jika dalam konteks media sosial yang bersifat general atau umum, maka pesan dakwahnya tidak sesuai dengan salah satu kode etik dakwah serta dinilai tidak efektif.</p><p> </p><p><em>Ustaz Abdul Somad returned to the media spotlight because of his preaching that triggered a negative response by other groups. At the end of August 2019, Ustaz Abdul Somad's video lecture uploaded in 2016 entitled "Hukum Melihat Salib" was viral on social media because it was considered to contain SARA elements. In the video footage, there is content that is offensive about the cross, giving rise to negative responses from non-Muslim communities. In addition, the lecture video entitled "Hukum Menonton Film Korea" also caused a negative response for KPopers. Therefore, this paper focuses on how the ethics of Ustaz Abdul Somad's missionary communication are built on the perspective of the Qur'an. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. His research subjects used Ustaz Abdul Somad's video lecture entitled "Hukum Menonton Film Korea" and "Hukum Melihat Salib". While the object of this research is the rhetoric of Ustad Abdul Somad in the videos. As a result, both videos contain ethical principles of communication in the Koran, if the lecture is aimed at a particular group. Unlike the case in social media that is universal (anyone, anytime and anywhere can be accessed), then the message of preaching is not </em><em>following</em><em> </em><em>one of the preaching code of ethics and has not been effective. </em></p>

As the flagship species of biodiversity protection, the giant panda has an umbrella protection function. China is committed to building a natural protection system with national parks as the main body to achieve sustainable development. In this paper, the sustainable livelihood analysis framework is used to study the livelihood of farmers in the surrounding communities of the giant panda protected land. Based on the data obtained from the field survey, the evaluation index of the natural resource dependence of the community farmers is established, and then the measurement model is constructed to analyze the main factors affecting the natural resource dependence of the communities. The results showed that: (1) The food dependence of farmers around the giant panda protected area is the highest (46.32%), followed by energy dependence (37.67%), and income dependence is the lowest (27.91%). (2) In terms of regional characteristics, the natural resource dependence of farmers is the lowest in Minshan and Qionglai, followed by Daxiangling and Xiaoxiangling, and Liangshan is the highest. (3) Physical capital has no significant effect on the natural resource dependence. The influence of human capital, natural capital, and social capital on the natural resource dependence is significant.

Abstract The methods of maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an which have so far not provided and alternative solution to the huffāẓ to maintain the recitation of the Qur'an easily, practically, systematically, flexibly and in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet, so that not a few huffs have difficulty in maintaining their memorization. Ma'had Tahfiẓul Qur'an Abu Bakr Ash Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta offers a method of maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an easily, practical, systematic, flexible and in accordance with the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, namely the famī bisyauqin method. This research is a study that uses a qualitative descriptive approach, carried out in Ma'had Tahfidzul Qur'an Abu Bakar ash-Shidqi Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The research subjects are mudir ma’had and huffāẓ. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method, the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method, and the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method in maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an at huffāẓ in the ma'had tahfidzul Qur'an Abu Bakar ash -Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.   Keywords: Fami Bisyauqin's method, Maintaining the Hafalan al-Qur'an, Huffāẓ   Abstrak Metode-metode memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān yang ada selama ini belum memberikan solusi alternatif kepada para huffāẓ untuk mempertahankan hafalan al-Qur’ān secara mudah, praktis, sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai sunnah Rasulullah SAW. Ma’had Tahfiẓul Qur’an Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta menawarkan metode dalam memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān  secara mudah, praktis, sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai sunnah Rasulullah SAW, yaitu metode famī bisyauqin. Peneletian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan secara kualitatif deskriptif, dilaksanakan di Ma’had Tahfidzul Qur’an Abu Bakar ash-Shidqi Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Subyek penelitiannya adalah mudir ma’had dan huffāẓ. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi metode famī bisyauqin, faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi metode famī bisyauqin, dan kelebihan dan kekurangan dari implementasi metode famī bisyauqin dalam memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān pada huffāẓ di ma’had tahfidzul Qur’an Abu Bakar ash-Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
