ABSTRAKAda berbagai kelompok-kelompok di Desa Carawali diantaranya Kelompok Tani Sipatuodeceng dan Kelompok Budi Daya Ikan Air Tawar Celli’e serta Bumdes Anugerah Mandiri. Tim PHP2D menemukan masalah yang ada di desa Carawali antara lain belum adanya data valid mengenai potensi-potensi desa, tidak adanya pasar untuk mendistribusikan hasil produksi. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka tim PHP2D melakukan pendampingan untuk memberdayakan kelompok tersebut dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi yaitu Sistem Informasi Bumdes & Manajemen Desa (SIBERAS) dan BUMDes Store yang dapat mempermudah pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan  yaitu terjadinya proses pembelajaran dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan bagi kelompok masyarakat; tumbuhnya partisipasi dari anggota kelompok untuk belajar memutuskan secara sadar upaya pemecahan masalah yang mereka butuhkan; partisipasi, transparansi informasi dalam menggali potensi dan permasalahan bersama yang dilaksanakan dengan teknik pemetaan swadaya; dan meningkatnya pendapatan anggota kelompok masyarakat. Dari hasil seluruh tahapan kegiatan maka di peroleh adanya data valid dari kelompok mengenai potensi-potensi yang dimiliki, pasar untuk mendistribusikan hasil produksi dan akses untuk mendistribusikan hasil produksi secara masif melalui aplikasi SIBERAS dan BUMDes Store. Kata kunci: BUMDes; pemberdayaan masyarakat; teknologi informasi; pemetaan swadaya. ABSTRACTThere are various groups in Carawali Village including the Sipatuodeceng Farmer Group and the Celli'e Freshwater Fish Cultivation Group and the Bumdes Anugerah Mandiri. The PHP2D team found problems in Carawali village, including the absence of valid data on village potentials, and the absence of a market to distribute production products. Based on these problems, the PHP2D team provided assistance to empower these groups by utilizing the use of Information Technology, namely the Village Management & Bumdes Information System (SIBERAS) and BUMDes Stores that could facilitate services to the community. The purpose of the activity is the occurrence of a learning process in alleviating poverty for community groups; growing participation of group members to learn to decide consciously the problem-solving efforts they need; participation, transparency of information in exploring the potential and common problems carried out by self-help mapping techniques; and increasing the income of members of community groups. From the results of all stages of the activity, valid data from the group regarding the potentials they have, the market for distributing production and access to massively distributing production through the SIBERAS application and BUMDes Store Keywords: BUMDes; community empowerment; information technology; self-help mapping.

The Village

South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

The village has the right to budget as regulated in Law no. 6 year 2014 on the Village, the village is also given the responsibility to report it accountably, cleanly and transparently. Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) along with its supporters are prepared to make the village have a fast, efficient, transparent governance by sticking to local wisdom. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Taking data through participatory observation, indepth interview and literature study to explore more deeply how the utilization of communication and information technology in Kesamben Village Kesamben District Jombang.Utilization of Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) in its identification appears on several aspects such as human resources, facilities, infrastructure. The limited human resources capable of Technology, Information and Communication become obstacles in the utilization of Village Information System along with the lack of Internet network.

The Village

Information technology is rapidly developing and applied in any field of interest. It can be used as simple to the complex computation. It can also use greatly assisting human performance in managing inventory items. This paper discusses a website-based item inventory system applied in a very remote village in Desa Kusik Batu, West Kalimantan. The research goal is to facilitate the performance of village officials in managing data items, where overall data input is still done manually. The method of this research is using interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The implementation of the system resulted from this research is the following features: user data, all goods data having by the village, incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, avoid physical calculations, asset mutation reports, and goods reports, as well as making goods inventory reports can be easily done. With the existence of a web-based inventory information system website, at the village office of Kusik Batu Lapu, West Kalimantan, can improve the performance of village officials to manage goods data.

The purpose of this study to determine the utilization of ZIS funds by LAZ Al-Azhar Surabaya in community groups in Laharpang Hamlet through economic empowerment. The research is descriptive qualitative with the case study method.LAZ Al-Azhar by using qualitative method. interviews were conducted with five respondents consisting of two parties from LAZ Al-Azhar and three group members. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study indicate that the utilization of Al-Azhar ZIS LAZ funds in the Lamor Kelud Sejahtera Community Self-Help Group (SHG) was carried out through the Million Empowerment Program. Empowerment of SHG provided is in the form of assistance, supervision, capital loans, and Joint Business Groups (KUB). This is evidenced by the increase in revenue mustahiq, smoothness installment payments as well as the ability to sadaqah.Keywords: Utilization of Zakat Infaq Shadaqa, LAZ Al-Azhar, Empowerment, Lamor Kelud Sejahtera KSM.

The digital village is a community empowerment program through the use of digital technology and the internet in developing village potential, marketing and accelerating access and information services. The Sundutan Tigo Village Office is a government agency, having its address at Sundutan Tigo Village, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The Village Office has the receipt and disbursement of funds. Based on the results of the pre-survey at the research location, there are still many people who do not know how much the village fund budget is realized by their village government per year. In fact, in this case the main purpose of rolling out village funds is other than for rural development, the most important thing is how the village government empowers village communities, so that they can support national development through work carried out in villages both from an economic and other perspective. etc. For this reason, a computerized information system is needed, which is able to overcome the obstacles and problems that exist in the transparency of the village fund management.

The Village

This study aims to determine how community participation in peatland restoration activities in Rimbo Panjang village. The research method uses primary and secondary data sources. Primary data is obtained through interviews with the village community of Rimbo Panjang while secondary data is data obtained by researchers from indirect data sources by collecting information and references related to the problem under study. The research sample took figures deemed necessary in the research, namely village officials, fire fighting community groups, sustainable peat community groups, noble peatland community groups and thorn pineapple community groups. The method used is verstehen or also known as interpretive understanding, which is a way or an attempt to understand an act of subjective meaning / meaning for oneself and associated with others. The results of this study indicate that community participation in peat restoration, village officials and community groups as well as with BRG-Kemitraan. Restoration in this case is known as 3R, namely Rewetting, Revegetation or replanting and revitalization or improvement of community welfare. Benefits that are felt by the community, such as wetting, are drilling wells, providing tools and patrolling, in the field of community empowerment through training in catfish businesses, prickly pineapple community groups and agriculture by providing seeds, fertilizers to peatland farmers.

Abstract: The development of information and communication technology is currently growing rapidly and has touched almost all levels of society. With the advancement of information technology, the dissemination of information is accelerating and is not limited to space and time. The village is currently getting special attention from the government with the large budget given to each village to advance rural villages in Indonesia. However, these funds are still very minimal for development in the field of information technology. In fact, every village needs information technology, especially information systems to help the performance of the village government in providing services to the community and to facilitate data and information management. This information system will provide complete information and facilitate the dissemination of information in the digital era by utilizing the Internet. Banyuasin Village does not yet have a village information system in managing data and information and for conveying information to the community. This service method is community education by conducting discussions, interviews, socialization and training for the system that has been built so that it can be used by the village of Banyuasin. The village information system that was built provided benefits in the field of information technology and made Banyuasin Village a mobile application-based Information and Communication Technology-based village. Keywords: information system; village profile; website  Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini semakin pesat dan telah menyentuh hampir ke seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Desa saat ini mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah dengan besarnya anggaran yang diberikan ke tiap desa untuk memajukan desa desa di Indonesia. Hanya saja, dana tersebut masih sangat minim untuk pengembangan di bidang teknologi Informasi. Padahal setiap desa membutuhkan teknologi informasi terutama sistem informasi untuk membantu kinerja pemerintah desa dalam memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat serta memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. Sistem informasi ini akan memberikan informasi lengkap dan dan memudahkan penyebarluasan informasi pada   era   digital   dengan pemanfaatan Internet.   Desa Banyuasin belum mempunyai sistem informasi desa dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi serta untuk menyampaikan informasi ke masyarakat. Metode pengabdian ini adalah pendidikan masyarakat dengan melakukan diskusi, wawancara, sosialisasi dan pelatihan untuk sistem yang telah dibangun agar dapat digunakan oleh desa Banyuasin. Olimoo’o village as a coastal village has abundant squid potential, so the group of women conducted the processing of dried squid products which are named "Cumkring O500". The problem that arises over time is that the business does not work as expected. The Community Empowerment Learning (KKN PPM) Real Work Lecture Program directs students to apply their knowledge to maximise community empowerment to develop the cumkring potential to become a superior product of the village which leads to an increase in the community's economy. Through this program the transfer of dried squid processing technology is carried out which aims to improve group skills in processing to product marketing, creating diversification of processed dried squid ready and improving the economy of the community. The method used is the active involvement of all group members through group learning techniques accompanied by mentoring and direct practice at all stages of the process. The output of this activity is an increase in group knowledge about the processing of dried squid, the creation of processed squid products with three levels of flavour, namely original, selow and hot issue and product socialisation. The long-term target of this activity is the Cumkring O500 product to become an icon of Olimoo’o Village, as expected by the government and society. Therefore, there needs to be a commitment from the group in cumkring processed innovation and group strengthening to create a sustainable production house, and develop it into Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as a form of independence, equitable economic growth, and increasing community income.
