Banyak sector yang merasakan dampak pandemi global (covid-19) yang sudah terjadi hampir satu tahun belakangan ini. Pandemi global yang dirasakan hampir semua negara ini, mengakibatkan perekonomian menjadi lumpuh. Banyak perusahaan yang terpaksa harus gulung tikar, yang otomatis membuat semakin banyaknya pengangguran. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan secara tentative selama masa pandemic ini, orang semakin banyak berjualan online. Berjualan secara online menjadi pilihan, karena selain tidak membutuhkan modal yang banyak, juga bisa dipasarkan seluas-luasnya. beberapa produk yang dijual baik produk jadi maupun produk olahan, sudah memiliki tampilan yang baik, karena proses pengambilan gambar dan editing dilakukan oleh tenaga professional. Namun, berbeda dengan pelaku usaha yang baru terjun dalam jual beli online yang memiliki modal seadanya tentu tidak bisa menyewa tenaga professional untuk menampilkan keindahan dan estetika dari produk yang akan dijual. Oleh karena itulah di berikan pelatihan Digital Imaging ini dilakukan untuk membantu pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dalam editing produk, sehingga produk yang dijual dapat bersaing. Editing produk yang dilakukan pun cukup mudah, hanya dengan memaksimalkan Smart Phone dengan mengunduh beberapa aplikasi yang mendukung dalam proses editing ini. Abstract: Many sectors have felt the impact of the global pandemic (Covid-19) which has occurred for almost a year. The global pandemic that is being felt by almost all of these countries has caused the economy to become paralyzed. Many companies have gone out of business, which automatically creates more unemployment. Based on observations made tentatively during this time of the pandemic, more and more people are selling online. Selling online is an option, because it doesn't require a lot of capital, it can also be marketed as widely as possible. some of the products sold, both finished products and processed products, already have a good appearance, because the shooting and editing processes are carried out by professionals. However, it is different from business actors who are new to online buying and selling who have limited capital, of course they cannot hire professionals to display the beauty and aesthetics of the products to be sold. Therefore, Digital Imaging training is provided to assist Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in editing products, so that the products sold can compete. Product editing is also quite easy, just by maximizing the Smart Phone by downloading several applications that support this editing process.

The global Covid-19 pandemic that has plagued all countries of the world has affect all sectors of people's lives. In Indonesia, almost all sectors experience impacts, especially the economic ecosystem which has been become the focus of society. Furthermore, the Covid-19 pandemic has made the slowdown in the economic sector in Indonesia with its various derivatives. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector which is part of the most important sector of the economy is very important feel. This is what worried by all parties, because it has made the MSME sector experienced a significant decline. Moreover, currently many MSMEs are experiencing various problems such as: decrease in sales, capital, hampered distribution, difficulty in raw materials, decreased production and the occurrence of many layoffs for workers and hunting which later became a threat to the national economy. MSMEs as a driver of the domestic economy and a middle labor absorber face a decline in productivity which results in a decrease in profits significant. Even based on the related Asian Development Bank (ADB) survey, the impact of the pandemic on MSMEs in Indonesia, 88% of micro businesses run out of cash or savings, and more than 60% of these micro and small enterprises have reduced their workforce work.

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the economy, social and politics of not only big countries but almost all countries in the world. Indonesia is one of the countries affected especially on the economic side. Indonesia, which is dominated by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), needs to pay special attention to this sector because the contribution of MSMEs to the national economy is quite large. This journal aims to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the existence of MSMEs in Indonesia and how solutions can help MSMEs survive in a COVID-19 pandemic situation.

Lampung City is a city that has abundant pineapple yields. However, most fruits that did not meet the standards, such as fruit that fell from the tree or known as pineapple rejected. Fruits that do not meet the sales standard have a very low economic value and are only thrown into waste. This study aims to increase the economic value of this pineapple with the intention of becoming a substrate of nata de pina. Pineapple has a fairly high content and is approved as a substrate for making nata. The research method used is qualitative, namely by explaining the steps of making pineapple as a nata de pina substrate. The Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises in Lampung City in making processed pineapple products has made a major contribution to the people of Lampung City, especially pineapple farmers. Farmers who used to only sell raw pineapple at affordable prices are now increasing their income because they sell high-priced processed products. The people also enjoy the impact of the presence of nata de pina, because nata de pina is often added to desserts to add sweetness. This research makes reference for small and medium businesses in developing pineapple processed products.

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) are important to the national economy. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected a wide variety of sectors, including MSMEs, all over the world. The study's objectives were to: 1. identify agribusiness SMEs in the upstream and downstream parts of the apple commodity chain; 2. investigate the position of upstream and downstream agribusiness in Batu City's GRDP; and 3. determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on tourist visits and the productivity of Medium, Small, and Micro Apple agribusiness businesses. The study location was purposely decided in the city of Batu in March-April 2021. Non-probability and purposive sampling were used to determine the respondents. The information gathered is both secondary and primary. The data was analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach. Out of 23,544 MSMEs in Assess the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on the environment. Batu district, 1001 (4.25 %) were upstream and downstream apple agribusinesses, according to the findings. Upstream accounts for 78 % apple agribusiness and 22 % of apple agribusiness. Apple cultivation and sales of equipment for apple cultivation are examples of upstream apple agribusiness MSMEs activities. Meanwhile, the downstream apple agribusiness MSMEs is engaged in apple packaging, sales, processing, and sales of apple processed products. Upstream agribusiness accounts for 12.9 percent of Batu city's GRDP, while downstream agribusiness accounts for 20.3 percent of Batu's GRDP. In the upstream and downstream fields, the Covid-19 pandemic has a negative effect on tourist visits and MSMEs' productivity. To return to pre-Covid-19 conditions, it is recommended that the Batu City Government and MSMEs utilize digitalization technology to enhance efficiency, especially in downstream MSMEs.

This study aims to explain how the role of social media in marketing MSME products during the Covid 19 pandemic in DKI Jakarta. This research method is qualitative by using phenomenological predictions. The results of this study explain that MSMEs are more dominant in using the TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp applications in promoting their products because they are easier to implement and can attract more consumer interest through interesting videos and photos. Therefore, social media provides a good prospect for increasing the sales of MSME products in DKI Jakarta which is experiencing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is because the digital marketing system provides an online buying and selling platform, in order to facilitate the ordering and purchasing process. So that consumers can interact with MSME owners to make transactions directly. The results of this study suggest that MSME have to understand and add insight into the importance of digital marketing strategies to support the sustainability of MSME businesses. Digital marketing is an opportunity that can be developed to achieve maximum business benefits during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract This paper examines the effect of firm environmental performance on firm financing during the COVID-19 outbreak. Crises in multiple forms curtail Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) stability and the livelihood of hundreds of millions of people who derive their living from these activities. The way in which MSMEs deal with crises and the extent to which environmental performance is beneficial when the market suffers a negative shock is relatively unexplored in the literature. We consider three aspects of financing -- firm level liquidity, bank credit and bankruptcy probabilities -- and argue that it pays for firms to show commitment to environmental responsibilities in a global pandemic. Through an examination of 3,356 MSMEs, we find that firms with better environmental performance reduce their probability of bankruptcies and their liquidities decreasing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, analysis shows that the impact of a firm’s environmental performance is more pronounced in sensitive industries (hospitality and retail). The results are robust based on a series of robustness checks, including propensity score matching and the Heckman two-stage sample selection model. Our study suggests that the trust between a firm and its stakeholders, if it is grounded on environmental performance, pays off when the overall level of trust in markets suffers a negative shock. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of the Covid-19 on the home industry and SMEs sector. The research method used was a literature study. Literature study is method research conducted by examining ten previous studies on strategies to survive the SMEs during the pandemic. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are on the edge of a cliff. The Covid-19 pandemic caused the economic downturn. The lockdown stopped economic activity, reduced demand, and reduced interactions with others. At the beginning of the lockdown, SMEs one by one suffered losses and went bankrupt. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the home industry and SMEs sector is certainly influential because it has made a significant contribution to the economy in this field. The results showed that the use of information technology had been applied quite widely in various areas. Quite a lot of offline shops have also tried to open shops online, e-commerce sites, and even web e-commerce, apart from being accessed via the web, are also widely available. From the use of computers and the internet in managing their business. The conclusion that millennial customers' online buying interest during the Covid-19 outbreak was not influenced by product prices but influenced by millennial customer trust.

BACKGROUND: Despite the fact that there is a rising number of publications on TM, research on implementing such practices in SMEs and on the impact of contextual factors on TM is scarce. This article focuses on the impact of contextual factors on talent management (TM) practices in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). OBJECTIVE: The main aim of the research was to evaluate the impact of contextual factors on TM practices in SMEs. This paper presents the results of the analyses verifying whether there is a dependence between contextual factors (be they internal or external) and scope of TM practices introduced in SMEs. METHODS: The data was gathered from 200 randomly selected SMEs. The respondents were questioned about the characteristics of TM practices they run and asked about factors impacting upon their approach to TM. RESULTS: The results prove that there are some statistically significant dependences between the context and TM, but due to the heterogeneity of such enterprises, the complexity of contextual factors and the manager/owner attitude to HRM, no coherent patterns could be found. CONCLUSIONS: It can be concluded that the short-term perspective and reactive actions dominate in the group of investigated companies. However, almost all respondents claimed to pay high attention to employees’ expectations towards such practices, which can be portrayed as a way of building sustainability on the basis of human capital.
