Fruits that do not meet the sales standard have a very low economic value and are only thrown into waste. This study aims to increase the economic value of this pineapple with the intention of becoming a substrate of nata de pina. UKM (small and medium enterprises) in the Tembesi Tower, Tembesi sub-district, are not developing well. This is indicated by the low turnover obtained by each UKM (small and medium enterprise) in 1 month. customer expectations. New products must be made so that these small and medium businesses can survive and continue to exist. The new product must have a distinctive and good quality so that the product positioning is clearer and able to compete with other products on the market. This service activity aims to provide a solution to this by creating a new product in the form of a dab soap that is safe for health and environmentally friendly. Some soaps circulating in the market only prioritize cleaning power, but the chemical content in the soap is harmful to health and the environment. The impact of conventional soap on health is irritation of the skin which, if left for a long time, the irritation will turn into eczema. In addition, conventional soap also harms the environment because the raw material for soap comes from petroleum which is difficult to be broken down by bacteria. Community service activities are carried out in the form of coaching. The service team expects to increase the income and advantages of UKM (small and medium businesses) in the Tembesi Tower and to be able to create jobs or open a business with a revolutionary cream soap product design.

Abstract: Many sectors have felt the impact of the global pandemic (Covid-19) which has occurred for almost a year. The global pandemic that is being felt by almost all of these countries has caused the economy to become paralyzed. Many companies have gone out of business, which automatically creates more unemployment. Based on observations made tentatively during this time of the pandemic, more and more people are selling online. Selling online is an option, because it doesn't require a lot of capital, it can also be marketed as widely as possible. some of the products sold, both finished products and processed products, already have a good appearance, because the shooting and editing processes are carried out by professionals. However, it is different from business actors who are new to online buying and selling who have limited capital, of course they cannot hire professionals to display the beauty and aesthetics of the products to be sold. Therefore, Digital Imaging training is provided to assist Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in editing products, so that the products sold can compete. Product editing is also quite easy, just by maximizing the Smart Phone by downloading several applications that support this editing process.

Crowdfunding (CF) is considered to be an innovative source of funding, and research into its effects on CF participants is being conducted from many different angles. In our article, we propose a qualitative analysis of CF’s impact on creating added value for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This paper is a conceptual study based on the theory of value co-creation, the Norton–Kaplan value model, and the concept of economic value added (EVA) to identify the areas (perspectives) of business activity where crowdfunding may stimulate the growth of company value. Based on the map of co-relations in crowdfunding that we have created, we propose a new model of crowdfunding value analysis from the entrepreneur’s point of view. Our research demonstrates that crowdfunding not only presents an alternative financing option, but also affects all perspectives relevant to value creation. As compared to the existing literature, this analysis is the most comprehensive take on the importance of crowdfunding for increasing the value of small and medium enterprises to date, thus offering a material contribution to the fuller understanding of crowdfunding from the financial standpoint, as well as pointing to the importance of crowdfunding as a financing method influencing sustainable decision-making by small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The added value of the study is the proposed method of analysing the impact of CF on the value of enterprises by using the Norton–Kaplan model and EVA.
