This research aims to describe; (1) internal factors, and (2) external factors that influence the participants in utilizing the special collection of Bung Hatta in the Upt Library Proclamation Bung Hatta Bukittinggi. This type of research is quantitative research, the research method used is a descriptive method. The location of this research was carried out at upt Library Proclamation Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Research object is a 19-year-old who has visited bung hatta special collection service of 36 respondents. Data collection conducted by disseminating questionnaires directly to the UPT library of Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Proclamation Library using incidental sampling techniques. The data analysis used is a quantitative deksriptive analysis presented in the form of a frequency and percentage distribution table.

Abstract The purpose of this study is analyzing external factors and internal factors, so it will be possible to find out the most appropriate strategy formulation for BPR Bhakti Daya Ekonomi(BDE) in facing the increasingly fierce competition. The research method used is qualitative with data collection using interview and observation, while for data analysis using SWOT method which also use analysis of EFAS and IFAS. The results of this study indicate that the position of BPR BDE for Credit Employees products is located in quadrant IV. In this quadrant the bank is in a position where its internal advantage is relatively more dominant than its weakness. However, in facing of the environment, threat is relatively greater than the chances. This study recom­mend that BPR BDE should adopt a concentrated diversification strategy while still focusing on employee loans not only serving civil servants and TNI/POLRI, but adding new products that are credit products for private employees, which specifically target private employee markets, who already have a steady income.

In the implementation of learning online is encountered the problem that students are experiencing learning difficulties, one of them on the subjects of Biology. Learning difficulties of students are seen from the results of learning online tend to be lower than face-to-face. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause the difficulty of students to learn Biology online in grade XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh. The Population and sample in this research are all students of grade XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh. The research method used is the descriptive method with the instrument data collection in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that the factor of difficulty to learn Biology online in SMAN 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh consists of internal and external factors. Internal factors affect the 61,18% dominate by psychological (62,17%). While external factors that 65,43%, dominate by infrastructure learning online (70,79%).

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

Marketing is an activity in which a business actor offers his product to consumers in order to receive the product with all ideas and ideas so that the product can be sought after by consumers. Marketing is an important element that must be considered so that it is in line with expectations, which is to get the expected consumers. Various types of MSMEs that stand and various types of products offered from all that exist are almost the same because MSME products are easy to make with materials that are not so expensive. Of the many types of products that exist MSMEs need more creative innovation so consumers can be interested because there are types of products that are almost every day the same so here it is necessary to have the courage to create products that cannot be competed. Using a SWOT analysis can find out how the marketing strategy is right on target. Includes internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats that are owned by MSMEs. As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold. The aim of the study was to find out the benefits obtained from processed starfruit sweets, to know the efficiency of the starfruit candied processing business, and the added value obtained from starfruit candied processing at UD. Cemarasari. The research method used is descriptive method, the type of data uses primary and secondary data. The type of data analysis used is income, efficiency gains, profitability and added value. Where in the end the results were in the form of profits of candied starfruit business in the amount of Rp.137,165.55. R / C is 1.58, with a profitability value of 57.67%, the value of high profitability is influenced by several factors, namely, internal and external factors. And added value of Rp. 12,146.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara penyelesaian kredit bermasalah di Bank BNI 46 Cabang Polewali Mandar. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu dengan menguraikan data secara sistematis dari fakta-fakta yang didapat kemudian dihubungkan dengan prosedur penyelesaian kredit bermasalah pada Bank BNI 46 Cabang Polewali Mandar. Terjadinya Kredit bermasalah di Bank BNI 46 disebabkan oleh faktor intern yaitu pejabat kredit mudah dipengaruhi atau dipaksa oleh calon nasabah, kurangnya pemahaman terhadap kebutuhan keuangan yang sebenarnya dari calon nasabah dan manfaat kredit yang diberikan seperti kredit modal kerja digunakan untuk komsumtif, kurangnya pengecekan latar belakang calon nasabah dan juga disebabkan oleh faktor ektern yaitu karena merosotnya perekonomian debitur, terjadinya PHK mendadak ditempat kerja debitur, penurunan omset usaha debitur, dan Upaya penyelesaian Kredit bermasalah yang disebabkan oleh Faktor Intern dilakukan dengan peringatan tertulis dalam bentuk Surat Peringatan (SP), mutasi dan penurunan jabatan, serta upaya penyelesaian Kredit bermasalah yang disebabkan oleh faktor ekstern dilakukan dengan mengirim Surat Peringatan SP I sampai SP 3 melakukan penangihan kepada pihak yang ikut serta menandatangani perjanjian kredit dan terakhir melakukan penarikan dan pelelangan agunan. The purpose of this study was to determine what to find out how to solve problem loans at Bank BNI 46 Polewali Mandar Branch. The data analysis method for this research is descriptive method, namely by describing the data systematically from the facts which can then be linked to the procedure for solving problem loans at Bank BNI 46 Polewali Mandar Branch. The occurrence of non-performing loans at Bank BNI 46 is caused by internal factors, namely credit officials who are easily influenced or forced by prospective customers, a lack of understanding of the actual financial needs of the prospective customer and the benefits of loans such as working capital loans used for commercial use, lack of background checks on candidates customers and also caused by external factors, namely due to the decline in the debtor's economy, sudden layoffs at the debtor's workplace, a decrease in the debtor's business onset, and efforts to resolve problem loans caused by Internal Factors are carried out with written warnings in the form of Warning Letters (SP), mutations and decreases position, as well as efforts to resolve non-performing loans caused by external factors are carried out by sending a warning letter from SP I to SP 3 for invoicing the parties participating in signing the credit agreement and finally making a withdrawal and auction of collateral.

The article entitled Development of Reog Cing Po Ling Paguyuban Ponco Manunggal Jati in Jatirejo Village, Kaligesing District, Purworejo Regency is trying to uncover two problems, namely: (1) how the form of the show Reog Cing Po Ling Paguyuban Ponco Manunggal Jati in Jatirejo Village, Kaligesing District, Purworejo Regency today.; and (2) how is the development of Reog Cing Po Ling Ponco Manunggal Jati Group in Jatirejo Village, Kaligesing District, Purworejo Regency from 2016-2019. The first problem was examined based on the form theory which explained that the form of the performance consists of interconnected elements including dance moves, floor patterns, dance music, makeup and clothing, property, time and place of performance. Meanwhile, to examine the second problem used development theory that the development is a process of re-processing based on elements of tradition and expansion of the introduction area in the form of a new look without reducing or eliminating the values of existing traditions so that it can be enjoyed by the wider community. This research is qualitative. The techniques or steps in this study include the stage of data collection, the stage of data analysis, and the stage of preparing the report. The results of this study showed that Reog Cing Po Ling Ponco Manunggal Jati was carried out communally with elements of the show arranged neatly. The development of Reog Cing Po Ling Paguyuban Ponco Manunggal Jati lies in the elements of the show and the expansion of the stage area. The development occurred due to the influence of factors both from inside and outside the reog Cing Po Ling art group. Internal factors that influence the development of Reog Cing Po Ling include creativity of art actors, management of organizational systems, and spirit of togetherness among art actors. PT Lintas Maju Nusantara is one of the cargo delivery companies in Bekasi City. In the latest period, there has been a significant decline in cargo shipments. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the internal and external factors that caused the decline in shipments, and ways to overcome the decline. This research focused on internal factors which include facilities, services, marketing, and employees of PT Lintas Maju Nusantara, and external factors which include competitors, customers, and government regulations. The research method used was quasi-qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the facilities owned by the company still require attention. On the other hand competitors and government regulations have also become a strong factor in the decline in cargo shipments that occurred at PT Lintas Maju Nusantara.

The aims of research is to find out the effect of brand changes and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyality at FIFGROUP. The research method used descriptive quantitative survey and data collection technique used area sampling techniques with the number of respondents were 150 people,. The technique of data analysis is multiple linear regression equation. The results of research showed that customers understand the changes of brand and logo of the company, but the results of the calculations show that there is no influence of the change of brand and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. In conducting this recearch, the researchers was faced by some constraints, especially constraints to obtain data on the number of customer’s detail , as well as data concerning the company's consideration in making the change of brand and logo, so further research is effective to do.
