The article entitled Development of Reog Cing Po Ling Paguyuban Ponco Manunggal Jati in Jatirejo Village, Kaligesing District, Purworejo Regency is trying to uncover two problems, namely: (1) how the form of the show Reog Cing Po Ling Paguyuban Ponco Manunggal Jati in Jatirejo Village, Kaligesing District, Purworejo Regency today.; and (2) how is the development of Reog Cing Po Ling Ponco Manunggal Jati Group in Jatirejo Village, Kaligesing District, Purworejo Regency from 2016-2019. The first problem was examined based on the form theory which explained that the form of the performance consists of interconnected elements including dance moves, floor patterns, dance music, makeup and clothing, property, time and place of performance. Meanwhile, to examine the second problem used development theory that the development is a process of re-processing based on elements of tradition and expansion of the introduction area in the form of a new look without reducing or eliminating the values of existing traditions so that it can be enjoyed by the wider community. This research is qualitative. The techniques or steps in this study include the stage of data collection, the stage of data analysis, and the stage of preparing the report. The results of this study showed that Reog Cing Po Ling Ponco Manunggal Jati was carried out communally with elements of the show arranged neatly. The development of Reog Cing Po Ling Paguyuban Ponco Manunggal Jati lies in the elements of the show and the expansion of the stage area. The development occurred due to the influence of factors both from inside and outside the reog Cing Po Ling art group. Internal factors that influence the development of Reog Cing Po Ling include creativity of art actors, management of organizational systems, and spirit of togetherness among art actors. This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

Marketing is an activity in which a business actor offers his product to consumers in order to receive the product with all ideas and ideas so that the product can be sought after by consumers. Marketing is an important element that must be considered so that it is in line with expectations, which is to get the expected consumers. Various types of MSMEs that stand and various types of products offered from all that exist are almost the same because MSME products are easy to make with materials that are not so expensive. Of the many types of products that exist MSMEs need more creative innovation so consumers can be interested because there are types of products that are almost every day the same so here it is necessary to have the courage to create products that cannot be competed. Using a SWOT analysis can find out how the marketing strategy is right on target. Includes internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats that are owned by MSMEs. As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold. Data collection techniques through documentation, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques used research documentation and descriptive analysis.

Abstract The purpose of this study is analyzing external factors and internal factors, so it will be possible to find out the most appropriate strategy formulation for BPR Bhakti Daya Ekonomi(BDE) in facing the increasingly fierce competition. The research method used is qualitative with data collection using interview and observation, while for data analysis using SWOT method which also use analysis of EFAS and IFAS. The results of this study indicate that the position of BPR BDE for Credit Employees products is located in quadrant IV. In this quadrant the bank is in a position where its internal advantage is relatively more dominant than its weakness. However, in facing of the environment, threat is relatively greater than the chances. This study recom­mend that BPR BDE should adopt a concentrated diversification strategy while still focusing on employee loans not only serving civil servants and TNI/POLRI, but adding new products that are credit products for private employees, which specifically target private employee markets, who already have a steady income.

This research aims to describe; (1) internal factors, and (2) external factors that influence the participants in utilizing the special collection of Bung Hatta in the Upt Library Proclamation Bung Hatta Bukittinggi. This type of research is quantitative research, the research method used is a descriptive method. The location of this research was carried out at upt Library Proclamation Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Research object is a 19-year-old who has visited bung hatta special collection service of 36 respondents. Data collection conducted by disseminating questionnaires directly to the UPT library of Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Proclamation Library using incidental sampling techniques. The data analysis used is a quantitative deksriptive analysis presented in the form of a frequency and percentage distribution table.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) proses kreatif Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, (2) faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, (3) wujud proses kreatif Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, dan (4) teknik penceritaan Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data berupa wawancara dengan narasumber dan novel serial Supernova. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca catat dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang terdiri atas memilih data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tahapan proses kreatif  Dee Lestari terbagi menjadi empat tahapan yakni tahapan persiapan, inkubasi, iluminasi dan verifikasi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi proses kreatif terbagi atas faktor internal terdiri atas suasana hati, pengalaman hidup, imajinasi dan intuisi. Sementara faktor eksternal terdiri atas jenis kelamin, umur, pandangan hidup, latar belakang sosial dan budaya serta dorongan menulis. Wujud proses kreatif dalam menulis serial Supernova terdiri atas empat elemen yakni tema, alur, latar, dan penokohan. Teknik penceritaan dalam menulis serial Supernova terbagi atas lima teknik, yakni teknik pemandangan, adegan, montase, kolase, dan asosiasi.Kata Kunci: proses kreatif, pengarang, kajian ekspresif, serial Supernova  CREATIVE PROCESS OF DEE LESTARI IN WRITING SUPERNOVA SERIES (AN EXPRESSIVE STUDY) ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal (1) Dee Lestari's creative process in writing the Supernova series, (2) the factors that influence Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series, (3) the creative process of Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series, and (4) the technique telling Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The sources of data in this study were interviews with resource persons and serial novels Supernova. Data collection was done by reading note technique and interview. Data analysis in this study used qualitative descriptive consisting of selecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the stage of the creative process Dee Lestari was divided into four stages of preparation stage, incubation stage, illumination stage and verification stage. Factors that affect Dee Lestari's creative process are divided into internal factors comprising mood, life experience, imagination and intuition, while external factors consist of gender, age, life view, social and cultural background and writing impulse. The creative process of Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series consists of four elements, namely theme, plot, background, and characterization. Dee Lestari's storytelling technique in writing the Supernova series is divided into five techniques, namely scenery, scene, montage, collage, and association techniques.Keywords: creative process, author, expressive study, Supernova series

online learning, factors that affect parents attention and the role of parents attention to students mathematical comprehention skills. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is qualitative descriptive data analysis. In this study, it was found that, 1) where most of parents pay attention to stundent, 2) The factors that affect the attention of parents are, (a) the presence of desire / need, (b) strong lack of stimulus, (c) busy activities / work, (d) physical condition, (e) mental and surrounding atmosphere, (f) the educational ability of parents. 3) Students have sufficient mathematical comprehention skills. Parents attention is only one of the factors that affect students mathematical comprehention skills, another factor is the existence of internal factors and external factors.

This study aims to find out: 1) internal factors that influence the lack of interest in adolescents in education in the village of Pinjauan Tinggi. 2) External factors that influence the lack of interest in adolescents in education in the village of Pinjauan Tinggi. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. Data analysis was performed using an interactive analysis model. The data validity technique uses data and source triangulation techniques. The narrow perception of physical education causes the goals of education contained therein to not achieve goals. Perceptions of each individual will be different and influenced by factors, this basis makes researchers interested in knowing the perceptions of students in SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Empat on physical subjects. The purpose of this study was to analyze students' perceptions of learning physical education, sports and health at SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Empat. This study used a survey method, the population was 42 students of class X and XI. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and google forms as a tool. Data analysis with Correlation Product Moment and SPSS 20. The results showed the perceptions of students in class X and XI at SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Empat with 42 respondents that the students' perceptions in participating in learning physical sports and health were included in the good category as many as 26 people. or 61.90%, the very good category was 9 people or 21.43%, the moderate category was 7 people or 16.67%. External factors and internal factors play an important role in shaping the perceptions of students following physical learning at school.

Agreement is the most important source that gives birth to the engagement. One form of engagement in the sources of the agreement is the extension of credit from the bank. This research uses empirical legal research type, data collection techniques in this study using field research. The procedure for granting credit consists of several stages, namely the credit application stage, the location survey stage for prospective debtors, the analysis stage, the decision-making stage, and the credit disbursement stage. The results of the analysis found that the factors that cause default are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are caused by debtors who are not credible and also unstable economic factors in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which caused debtors to be unable to pay arrears in the LPD. External factors from the LPD take a persuasive approach to further handling problematic debtors. The purpose of this study is the procedure for granting credit and binding credit agreements carried out in the LPD Desa Pakraman Bebetin, Sawan District, Buleleng Regency, how are the factors that cause default in LPD Desa Pakraman Bebetin, District of Sawan, District of Buleleng.

Swot analysis is a problem solving process in determining the best strategy for the progress of the organization by looking at aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Swot analysis is accompanied by looking at the efas ifas and swot matrix for measuring the strategy assessment that will be taken. SWOT analysis process by identifying internal factors and external factors by means of data collection and field surveys aimed at obtaining aspects in internal factors and external factors. aspects of strengths and weaknesses are internal because they start from within the organization itself, while aspects of opportunities and threats are included in the external because they originate outside the organization, then the process is continued by connecting internal and external factors in the SWOT matrix to get four strategies, namely how to exploit opportunities, how weaknesses take advantage of opportunities, how strengths minimize threats and how weaknesses and threats seek solutions. from these results can be reflected which strategy is the best to run.Keywords : Strategic planning ,evaluate strenghs, evaluate weaknesses, evaluate opportunities, evaluate threats
