PT Lintas Maju Nusantara is one of the cargo delivery companies in Bekasi City. In the latest period, there has been a significant decline in cargo shipments. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the internal and external factors that caused the decline in shipments, and ways to overcome the decline. This research focused on internal factors which include facilities, services, marketing, and employees of PT Lintas Maju Nusantara, and external factors which include competitors, customers, and government regulations. The research method used was quasi-qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the facilities owned by the company still require attention. On the other hand competitors and government regulations have also become a strong factor in the decline in cargo shipments that occurred at PT Lintas Maju Nusantara.

In the implementation of learning online is encountered the problem that students are experiencing learning difficulties, one of them on the subjects of Biology. Learning difficulties of students are seen from the results of learning online tend to be lower than face-to-face. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause the difficulty of students to learn Biology online in grade XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh. The Population and sample in this research are all students of grade XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh. The research method used is the descriptive method with the instrument data collection in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that the factor of difficulty to learn Biology online in SMAN 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh consists of internal and external factors. Internal factors affect the 61,18% dominate by psychological (62,17%). While external factors that 65,43%, dominate by infrastructure learning online (70,79%).

Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.

Swot analysis is a problem solving process in determining the best strategy for the progress of the organization by looking at aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Swot analysis is accompanied by looking at the efas ifas and swot matrix for measuring the strategy assessment that will be taken. SWOT analysis process by identifying internal factors and external factors by means of data collection and field surveys aimed at obtaining aspects in internal factors and external factors. aspects of strengths and weaknesses are internal because they start from within the organization itself, while aspects of opportunities and threats are included in the external because they originate outside the organization, then the process is continued by connecting internal and external factors in the SWOT matrix to get four strategies, namely how to exploit opportunities, how weaknesses take advantage of opportunities, how strengths minimize threats and how weaknesses and threats seek solutions. from these results can be reflected which strategy is the best to run.Keywords : Strategic planning ,evaluate strenghs, evaluate weaknesses, evaluate opportunities, evaluate threats

Abstract The research objectives are: 1) To find out the factors that cause Non Performing Financing in murabaha financing at BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera in Bireuen City. 2) To find out the Solution for Emphasis on Non-Performing Financing (NPF) Level on Murabaha Financing at BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera in Bireuen City. The type of research the author uses here is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach, as well as data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) Factors That Cause Non-Performing Financing are internal factors that arise from the bank with limited employee owned and new employees, while the internal factors of the customer, namely bankruptcy, incompetent in business, the filing of a business or collateral is not his, customers who use open funds in planning, as well as customers who are not responsible because of personal family factors. While external factors result from natural disasters, government regulations and conditions that are not in accordance with the plan. 2) Emphasis Solutions is carried out by applying a financing analysis consisting of a guarantee approach, character, repayment capability, feasibility study, and an approach to bank functions. Coupled with the application of the financing analysis principle of 5C (carater, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition of economy. Keywords: Non-Performing Financing, Murabahah Financing, Emphasis Solutions   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab Non Performing Financing pembiayaan murabahah pada BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera Kota Bireuen. 2) Untuk mengetahui Solusi Tingkat Penekanan pada Non Performing Financing (NPF) pada Pembiayaan Murabahah pada BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera Kota Bireuen. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan disini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, serta teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Faktor Penyebab Non Performing Financing adalah faktor internal yang muncul dari bank dengan terbatasnya pegawai yang dimiliki dan pegawai baru, sedangkan faktor internal nasabah yaitu kebangkrutan, tidak cakap dalam berbisnis, pengajuan usaha atau agunan bukan miliknya, nasabah yang menggunakan dana terbuka dalam perencanaan, maupun nasabah yang tidak bertanggung jawab karena faktor pribadi keluarga. Sedangkan faktor eksternal disebabkan oleh bencana alam, regulasi dan kondisi pemerintah yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana. 2) Solusi penekanan dilakukan dengan menerapkan analisis pembiayaan yang terdiri dari pendekatan penjaminan, karakter, kemampuan pembayaran kembali, studi kelayakan, dan pendekatan fungsi bank. Ditambah dengan penerapan prinsip analisa pembiayaan 5C (carater, capacity, capital, collateral, dan kondisi perekonomian. Kata kunci: Non Performing Financing, Pembiayaan Murabahah, Solusi Penekanan.

<p><em><span lang="IN">The purpose of this study is to know the management of productive zakat for the economic empowerment of society in LAZISNU Kudus. This study uses a qualitative approach and is described descriptively. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. While data analysis using data reduction, data display and verification. From the results of the study concluded that the management of productive zakat funds conducted by LAZISNU Kudus using the stages in management science. The steps in the empowerment of productive zakat by LAZISNU Kudus include data collection, supervision and supervision. There are two obstacles facing LAZISNU, internal and external factors. Among the internal factors are limited funds provided, lack of coordination, lack of adequate human resources and administrative management that is still traditional. While external factors include is still a lot of muzakki who pay zakat outside amil institutions and mustahik less know management business.</span></em></p>

It is a fact that the UMKM’s are resistant due to monetary crisis in Indonesia. It proves UMKM’s significant and important roles of the economic development in establishing employment, improving National Gross Domestic Product and developing national industries. Because of these potentials of UMKM’s, banks should provide assistantships by providing their loan as financial aids. It is however, influenced by some factors such as internal and external factors. The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of internal factors which refers to internal bank condition such as third party funds (DPK), capitals, profitability, risk and liquidity toward UMKM’s at syaria banking in Indonesia. The data of the study were taken from general syaria bank (BUS) and syaria business unit (UUS) which were provided in the syaria banking statistic from Indonesian central bank (official website of BI) from 2008 up to Juni 2013. Due to the limited data provided in syaria banking statistic, the 2008 and 2009 data were three-monthly: March, June, September and December while the 2010 to Juni 2013 data were monthly. Thus, there were 50 time series of observation. The data were analyzed by using regression provided in 17.0 ver. SPSS. The result of regression test shows that internal factors which significantly influenced UMKM’s finance at syaria banking were the DPK and liquidity, whereas the other factors such as the capital, profit and risk had no significance on the financing UMKM’s.

Abstract The purpose of this study is analyzing external factors and internal factors, so it will be possible to find out the most appropriate strategy formulation for BPR Bhakti Daya Ekonomi(BDE) in facing the increasingly fierce competition. The research method used is qualitative with data collection using interview and observation, while for data analysis using SWOT method which also use analysis of EFAS and IFAS. The results of this study indicate that the position of BPR BDE for Credit Employees products is located in quadrant IV. In this quadrant the bank is in a position where its internal advantage is relatively more dominant than its weakness. However, in facing of the environment, threat is relatively greater than the chances. This study recom­mend that BPR BDE should adopt a concentrated diversification strategy while still focusing on employee loans not only serving civil servants and TNI/POLRI, but adding new products that are credit products for private employees, which specifically target private employee markets, who already have a steady income.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the anxiety of communicating students with the supervisor in the thesis guidance process. This research method uses qualitative methodology. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the anxiety of communicating students in the experience of communication interaction with the supervisor in the thesis guidance process occurred in students when compiling or doing thesis guidance. This results in students experiencing various kinds of anxiety, ranging from headaches, difficulty falling asleep, feeling tired, restlessness, nervousness, despair, depression, dizziness, thoughts become chaotic so that it impacts on others so that they become targets of anger. Factors that have the potential to be the cause of student anxiety in communication interactions with supervisors in the guidance process are internal and external factors.

This study aims to investigate the factors inhibiting interest in entrepreneurship, especially in martabak entrepreneurs in Lebaksiu District, Tegal Regency. As the object of this research is in Lebaksiu Subdistrict which is divided into17 villages, researchers used  sample  three villages namely Lebaksiu Lor, Lebaksiu Kidul and Kajen. Descriptive qualitative methods is a method applied in this research. The data collection techniques used are with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the inhibiting factors in martabak entrepreneurship concisted of factors originating from internal and external factors. Detected internal factors arise from within the entrepreneur martabak such as personal characteristics, experience, ability to control a business and capital factors. The second inhibiting factor is an external factor, which this factor comes from outside the private entrepreneur martabak which includes the environment, recruitment of employees who are proficient in martabak making and promotion to the mass media.

Research aims to examine obstacles found both internally and externally. Method of research using survey method. Research population is an alumnus of study and counseling Program of PGRI Palembang University. Samples were chosen using the Purposif method, which focused on alumni who have not worked after graduating from college. The data collection techniques used are the scale of confusion in choosing a career. The results showed that there were students ' barriers in planning careers with both internal and external factors, but the barriers were dominated by internal factors.
