Identification of water masses in areas with complex water dynamics is a complex task, which is usually solved by the method of expert assessments. In this paper, it is proposed to use a formal procedure based on the application of the method of optimal multiparametric analysis (OMP analysis). The data of field measurements obtained in the 68th cruise of the R/V “Academician Mstislav Keldysh” in the summer of 2017 in the Barents Sea on the distribution of temperature, salinity, oxygen, silicates, nitrogen, and phosphorus concentration are used as a data for research. A comparison of the results with data on the distribution of water masses in literature based on expert assessments (Oziel et al., 2017), allows us to conclude about their close structural similarity. Some differences are related to spatial and temporal shifts of measurements. This indicates the feasibility of using the OMP analysis technique in oceanological studies to obtain quantitative data on the spatial distribution of different water masses.

International experience of oil spill response in the sea defines the priority of coastal protection and the need to identify as most valuable in ecological terms and the most vulnerable areas. Methodological approaches to the assessing the vulnerability of Arctic coasts to oil spills based on international systems of Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI) and geomorphological zoning are considered in the article. The comprehensive environmental and geomorphological approach allowed us to form the morphodynamic basis for the classification of seacoasts and try to adapt the international system of indexes to the shores of the Kara Sea taking into account the specific natural conditions. This work has improved the expert assessments of the vulnerability and resilience of the seacoasts.

The research describes one of the approaches to designing a productive mechanism for migration temperature control considering it as an integral qualitative and quantitative indicator of the social and economic problems level associated with migration processes. The analysis of various approaches to studying migration processes impact on socioeconomic situation in recipient countries has been carried out. Some cognitive models have been developed basing on the questionnaire results’ analysis, expert assessments, statistical data. A series of simulation experiments have been carried out using software specially developed to automate the cognitive modeling processes. In the course of our experiments, some changes in the target factor. i.e., in migration temperature, have been detected as a result from different intensity impulses impacting on individual controlling factors. Within the developed models framework, several proposals have been put forward concerning the productive mechanism for migration temperature control.

Introduction. The most important factors for “financial health” of the company are effectively structured cash flows, precondition for sustainable growth and achievement of high end results of economic activity as a whole. Knowledge and practical use of modern methods of organization and efficient management of cash flows enables transition of the company to a new quality of economic development. Purpose. The aim of the article is the research and development of theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations concerning the organization of the management process of cash flows at the enterprise. Results. Methodology of traditional assessment of financial stability of the enterprise, its elements and the factors influencing it can significantly complement and improve through the use of advanced mathematical models that allow to analyze the accuracy and objectivity of expert assessments for determination the level of the financial condition of the enterprise. Conclusion. The system of indicators used in the analysis of cash flows at the enterprises is investigated and systematized. It is advisable to choose those indicators from the total aggregate of indicators that are the most attracted to specific users of accounting information. Methods for analyzing cash flow is supplemented as regards the determination of the integral index of financial stability, which makes it possible to install ranked of the investigated enterprise. Proposals for amendments the methodological approaches to estimating of future cash flows will allow more effectively increase usefulness and reliability of accounting and analytical information for making management decisions.

In the article the question of a new paradigm creating in training students on the course “Advertising and Public Relations”, focused on formation of competences and labour functions presented by professional standards is revealed. Media content as a didactic unit of educational process stipulates the necessity to develop additional abilities, media literacy, in particular. Media literacy is the basis of media competence. The specificity of the training course defines the choice of approaches to training: research training and electronic training.

This study examines the dynamics of cultural politics in reality television shows featuring North Korean resettlers (NKR2) in South Korea. As existing studies focus on the role of media representation reproducing a dominant ideology for the resettlers, this paper focuses on the specific media rituals of NKR2 programs, which can be seen as a product of the neoliberalist localization process of the global media industry. In doing so, this paper demonstrates how NKR2 programs interrupt the current dynamics of emotions in regard to North Korean resettlers in South Korea. We argue that in shaping civic identity as an effect of the NKR2 show, cultural politics of citizenship in South Korea on North Korean resettlers serve the formation of relatively conservative and sexist civic identity.

For the definition and implementation of breakthrough technologies the most important is the role of scientific and technical forecasting. Well-known forecasting methods based on extrapolation, expert assessments and mathematical modeling are not universal and have a number of significant disadvantages. The article proposes an original method of scientific and technical forecasting based on the use of the methodology of artificial neural networks.
