The results of analyzing the long-term variations in the strain rate of a TiNi element during martensitic transformation cycling have been reported. It is shown that the factors involved in the formation of the state of the environment lead to unstable operation of functional technical elements similar to those based on titanium nickelide.

The necessity of transition to ecologically oriented civilization, conditionality of formation of system of knowledge in education education and culture is shown. The system of values of ecocentric orientation is offered. In the conditions of transitive modern society the complex of ecologically significant skills is formed at receiving education and is transformed into internal beliefs of the individual. It is argued that the modern reality requires immediate initiation and development of ecological education of youth at all stages and levels of education: the state of the environment can not wait for full formation of generations, which is subject-oriented environmental education in early childhood, and does not allow time for long-term experiments.

AbstractThe bees were declared the most important living beings on the planet. They act as natural indicators of the state of the environment, protect and maintain ecosystems and contribute to genetic and biotic diversity. Due to its socio-economic and scientific role, beekeeping is an activity that contributes to the development of the rural area. In the analysis we have chosen Hunedoara County, considering its national position and prospects for the development of organic beekeeping. The elaboration of the PESTEL analysis ensures a long-term perspective of the apiculture strategy in Hunedoara County. In order to dispose of bee products (honey, organic honey, pollen, propolis, etc.) in optimal conditions to be marketed both through stores and online, we propose the creation of short chains between a specialized micro-enterprise, tourist pensions that provides food services, restaurants or bars that are located in areas with commercial ford and local beekeeping producers in HNV areas, of which at least one holds certification for organic honey. Beekeeping entrepreneurship can be developed through the actions of beekeepers in the field of promotion, by efficiently selecting possible distribution channels in the country and abroad.

The dependence of morbidity on the environment has always been part of the subject area of geographical science. But recently, especially against the backdrop of the corona virus pandemic, this problem is gradually moving into the interests of Earth sciences, as it clearly marks the "relationship and interaction of terrestrial geospheres." The problem of the spread of ecologically dependent diseases of the population has long been in the interests of not only scientists and medical workers, but also geographers. The latter focused on establishing links between the quality of the natural environment of human life and the types of morbidity. V.O. Shevchenko, V.M. Gutsulyak, O. Y. Romaniv, I.M. Dudnyk, M. Petrovska, K.P. Mukha, N.I. Mezentseva,  К.В. Mezentseva, T. Shovkun, D. Shiyan and others dealt with these issues.  In geographical science, traditionally more attention has been paid to the study of morbidity in either industrialized or urban regions. The development of ecologically dependent pathology in rural areas is no less urgent, both due to the long history of agricultural development of Ukraine and due to the significant intensification (using pathogenic agrochemicals) of agriculture in market conditions. At the same time, economic development of soils in the study area, as a result of long-term agricultural activity, in fact, was aimed at their destruction. The last 70-80 years have been carried out by deep plowing, application of mineral fertilizers and pesticides. In Cherkasy region in all areas there is an excess, compared to the natural background, the content of certain chemicals in the natural environment, which are manifested through the content of heavy metals in soils, natural waters, bottom sediments of reservoirs. Against the background of more widespread data on the state of health of the population in industrialized regions, the situation with environmentally caused diseases in rural areas is insufficiently studied. Given the intensification of agricultural technologies in recent years, the risk of environmentally dependent disease in the regions of old agricultural development is becoming quite significant. Among the areas of development of such technologies are the use of heavy tillage equipment, which leads to the development of planar soil erosion (deflation), which in turn causes dusting of the air. However, the natural biodiversity of agroecosystems is significantly depleted, making them less resistant to external influences and, consequently, increasing the risks of adverse natural and anthropogenic factors affecting human health. To a large extent, the degree of disturbance of natural ecosystems by certain branches of agriculture depends on its specialization, which with different levels of intensity affects the environment, which provokes an overall increase in the incidence of respiratory diseases in Cherkasy region with negative dynamics. The main task of the article was to analyze the theoretical features of the study of medical and geographical problems and morbidity in geography, including coverage of the health of the rural population of Cherkasy region and the relationship of respiratory diseases with the development of intensive technologies in agriculture. deterioration of the ecological state of the environment. And the aim of the article is to identify the main spatial trends in the spread of environmentally dependent diseases (including respiratory diseases) in the regions of old agricultural development (on the example of Cherkasy region). Mapping the main indicators of morbidity and further comparing them with different levels of intensity of agriculture will establish a general relationship between the deterioration of the incidence of respiratory diseases and the state of agricultural landscapes affected by long-term agricultural activities. Establishing closer links between the occurrence of respiratory diseases and the state of the environment of Cherkasy region requires the use of special research methods (monitoring and medical-statistical direction). Key words: morbidity, ecological, specialization, agriculture, spatial, Cherkasy region.

Over 90% of Uganda's power is generated from renewable sources. Standardised Implementation Agreements and Power Purchase Agreements create a long-term relationship between Generating Companies and the state-owned off-taker guaranteed by Government. The COVID-19 pandemic and measures to curb the spread of the virus have triggered the scrutiny and application of force majeure (FM) clauses in these agreements. This article reviews the FM clauses and considers their relevance. The authors submit that FM clauses are a useful commercial tool for achieving energy justice by ensuring the continuity of the project, despite the dire effects of the pandemic. Proposals are made for practical considerations for a post-COVID-19 future which provides the continued pursuit of policy goals of promoting renewable energy sources and increasing access to clean energy, thus accelerating just energy transitions.

Introduction. There is a lack of knowledge of the pathophysiological mechanisms that form peripheral nerve disorders in mercury lesions of professional origin. The study aims to reveal the mechanisms underlying peripheral nerve damage in the long-term post-contact period of chronic mercury intoxication (CMI). Materials and methods. Fifty-one people had the diagnosis of a long-term period of CMI. The post-contact period was 8.5±2.6 years. The authors compared the results with a control group of 26 healthy men who had no contact with toxic substances. Stimulating electroneuromyography was performed. We studied the body systems that could contribute to the formation of disorders in the peripheral nerves. Changes in peripheral hemodynamics were studied using reovasography. The content of autoantibodies, neuron-specific enolase, serotonin, histamine, catecholamines (epinephrine, dopamine), metanephrine, and neurotrophin-3 was reviewed. The content of ceruloplasmin, secondary products of lipid peroxidation processes, reduced glutathione, the activity of superoxide dismutase and the content of nitric oxide levels were determined. Results. The study established pathogenetic structural links of peripheral nerve disorders. The autoimmune process's role was to increase the range of antibodies to the MAG protein and increase the level of antibodies to DNA. Violations of elastic-tonic properties of peripheral vessels could be associated with the functional state of motor axons. The increased content of neurotransmitters is related to the state of peripheral blood circulation; the most pronounced changes were on the legs, which could contribute to the occurrence and maintenance of vasoconstriction. The role of oxidative stress in the formation of demyelinating disorders in patients' peripheral nerves in the long-term period of CRI is possible. Conclusion. Neuroimmunological processes has an essential role in the development of peripheral nerve demyelination was shown, which consists in an increase in the content of antibodies to the MAG protein expressed on Schwann cells of peripheral nerves and in an increase in the level of antibodies to DNA involved in the formation of demyelinating changes when exposed to metallic mercury. The revealed pathological changes in the state of the peripheral blood circulation, characterized by a violation of the vessels' elastic-tonic properties, leading to demyelination of motor axons in patients in the long-term period of CMI. The increased content of neurotransmitters in the examined is of great importance in the state of peripheral circulation. Pronounced changes in blood circulation are established on the lower extremities, which may be associated with the predominance of α-adrenergic receptors in the arterial bed and may contribute to the occurrence and maintenance of vasoconstriction in the legs. The relationship between changes in indicators of oxidative stress, consisting of a decrease in the value of superoxide dismutase and reduced glutathione, and the formation of demyelinating disorders of peripheral nerves in patients in the long-term period of CMI has been proved.

The essence of such concepts is “financial service”, “financial ser- vices market”, and “participants of the financial services market”; determined the purpose of state regulation of the financial services market; forms of state regu- lation of the financial services market; financial services that are present in the financial services market; the structure of state regulation bodies of the financial services market in Ukraine is given; The role of state bodies in the regulation of the financial services market was studied; to characterize the regulatory le- gal regulation of the financial services market in Ukraine; the main problems of functioning of the domestic market of financial services are revealed; ways to solve existing problems. It is grounded that the state regulation of financial ser- vices markets consists in the state’s implementation of a set of measures aimed at regulating and overseeing financial services markets to protect the interests of financial services consumers and preventing crisis phenomena. It is concluded that the financial services market is an important element of the development of the economy as a whole, in particular, it concerns not only the state but also society. We must understand that when this market is settled, that is, all bodies that carry out state regulation are competent in their powers, only then will we make informed, effective decisions about the normal and effective functioning of the RFP. It is important that the data of the subjects of control do not overlap, their activities should be fixed at the legislative level. It is also worth bearing in mind that appropriate conditions must be created to create compensatory mecha- nisms in the financial services markets by developing a system for guarante- eing deposits and providing for payments under long-term life insurance contracts, non-state pension provisions, deposits with deposit accounts to credit unions, etс.

In and around the state-owned forest of Farako in the region of Sikasso, Mali, a large-scale study focused on finding a compromise allowing the existential and legitimate needs of the population to be met and at the same time conserving the forest resources in the long term. The first step in research was to sketch out the rural socio-economic context and determine the needs for natural resources for autoconsumption and commercial use as well as the demand for non-material forest services. Simultaneously, the environmental context of the forest and the resources available were evaluated by means of inventories with regard to quality and quantity. According to an in-depth comparison between demand and potential, there is a differentiated view of the suitability of the forest to meet the needs of the people living nearby. Propositions for a multipurpose management of the forest were drawn up. This contribution deals with some basic elements of research methodology as well as with results of the study.
