This study aims to analyze the Impact of Brand Image and Service Quality on Buying Decisions and Its Implications on Consumer Satisfaction (Case Study at PT IMI). This type of research used in this study is a type of causal research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all PT IMI customers who have received document storage services as much as 465 customers. The determination of the number of samples was been taken using the Slovin formula to obtain 82 research samples. While analysis technique used is path analysis. The result of these study indicate whether: (1) Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, (3) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, (4) Service Quality has a positive effect and significant impact on Consumer Satisfaction, (5) Purchasing Decisions have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze advertising, brand image, service quality on customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses SEM analysis techniques. The results of this study show, (1) the Ad variable to Consumer Satisfaction is a significant positive effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.298, (2) the Brand Image variable towards Consumer Satisfaction is a significant positive effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight ) amounting to 0.352, (3) Service Quality variables towards Consumer Satisfaction are significant positive influences which have standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.224, (4) Advertising variables for Purchasing Decisions are not significant positive influences that have standardized estimate (regression weight) amounting to 0.093, (5) Brand Image variables on Purchasing Decisions is a significant positive effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.434, (6) Service Quality variables on Purchasing Decisions is a non-significant positive effect that has standardized esti mate (regression weight) of 0.112, (7) the Consumer Satisfaction variable on Purchasing Decisions is a significant positive effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.352.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions for Clear brand shampoo, (2) the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions up to Clear brand, and (3) the influence of celebrity endorse and brand image on Clear shampoo shampoo purchase decisions.This study uses a quantitative approach bycollecting data through survey methods. This study also uses a purposive sampling technique based on certain characteristics. The sample in this study were 100 people of the Wenang sub-district of Manado city. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Celebrity endorse has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, evidenced by the value of t count of 2.186 with a significance value of 0.031, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.340; (2) Brand image has a positive effect onpurchasing decisions, evidenced from the value of t count of 4.346 with a significance value of 0,000, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.749, and (3) Celebrity endorsers and brand images have a positive effect against purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the results of F count of 29,446 with a significance of 0,000. The adjusted R square value of 0.378 indicates that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 37.80%, and the remaining 62.20% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of customer value mediating the influence of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Agung Automall Gianyar. Variables examined in this study are variable customer value, brand image, service quality and customer satisfaction. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis found that the brand image variable has a significant positive effect on customer value, the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on customer value, the brand image variable influences customer satisfaction, the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, the customer value variable has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer value variables have a significant positive effect on mediating brand image on customer satisfaction, customer value variables have a significant positive effect on mediating service quality to customer satisfaction. The rapid development of the business world has resulted in increasingly fierce competition, so that various ways are used by business actors to maintain and develop a competitive advantage with its competitors. In the era of modernization like today, a practical and instantaneous lifestyle has developed which affects almost the entire human population in the world. Instant lifestyle is a lifestyle that prioritizes practicality, speed and time efficiency. For some people, fast, practical and efficient have become the main needs in their daily activities. This certainly has an effect on business competition, which is then responded by most manufacturers in designing products that suit the needs of people's instant lifestyles. A business that is influenced by people's lifestyle is the restaurant business of PT. Sari Melati Kencana Pematangsiantar. Data collection methods used in this research are questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The population in this study was 40 people and the number of samples in this study was 40 people because the sampling technique in this study was the census method. The data analysis technique used was the instrument test, namely validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely normality tests and hypothesis tests, namely multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that: (1) price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable (4.452> 2.026) with a significance value of 0.000 (sig ≤ 0.05), (2) service quality has a positive effect on the decision. purchases with tcount> ttable (7,401> 2,026) with a significance value of 0,000 (sig ≤ 0.05), (3) price and service quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable (49.320> 3, 25) with a significance value of 0.000 (sig ≤ 0.05)

Telkomsel is the largest cellular telecommunications operator in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze how the influence between brand image, service quality and price on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on Telkomsel operator customers at Karawaci Lippo Village. Total population of all customers using Telkomsel operators in Karawaci Lippo Village. Samples taken using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were distributed directly. The data analysis technique used is using multiple regression analysis. The results obtained show that the brand image independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable customer satisfaction free service quality variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable customer satisfaction and the independent variable price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction Keywords: brand image,, service quality, price, customer satisfaction

The purpose of this study, among others, is to partially determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Philips products at PT. Sumber Peni Karya Pekanbaru, to partly assess the impact of price on buying decisions for Philips products at PT. Sumber Peni Karya Pekanbaru, to determine the effect of promotion partially on purchasing decisions at PT. Sumber Peni Karya Pekanbaru, and to assess the impact of product quality, price, and promotion simultaneously on purchasing decisions at PT. Source of Peni Karya. The population in this study amounted to 47 people, while the sample obtained was 47 samples. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that product quality affects purchasing decisions, and the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The promotion does not affect purchasing decisions, and product quality, price, and advertising have a simultaneous or simultaneous impact on buying decisions.

The smartphone is a technology that develops rapidly from year to year. Several factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions are brand image and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 95 consumers of the Oppo brand smartphone at the Mobile Shop Outlet in Gianyar. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) simultaneously brand image and promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The aims of the study are to (i) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer satisfaction, (ii) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer loyalty, (iii) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and (iv) find out the level of consumer satisfaction at Semasa Cafe in Semarang. This research was conducted in March 2020. Semasa Cafe was chosen as a research location based on the consideration that Semasa Cafe has an outdoor café concept, the use of a small building in the corner of the shop, and does not have wifi facilities but still has a large number of customers. The number of samples was determined using 110 quota sampling with customers of Cafe Semasa as respondents, while the determination of samples was done using accidental sampling. Criteria for respondents are consumers who buy coffee products at Semasa Cafe with a minimum of three visits a month. Data collection is done by conducting interviews based on a questionnaire that has been prepared. Data were analyzed using path analysis, IPA (importance performance analysis) and (CSI) customer satisfaction index. This research find out that price variable, service quality variable, and also promotion variable have an influence on customer satisfaction. Quality of service variable, promotion variable, and customer satisfaction variable have impact customer loyalty. Service quality variable and promotion variabel has an influence on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction of Semasa Cafe coffee products . Semasa Cafe consumer satisfaction level is 85.2% which means consumers are in the criteria of very satisfied.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of company image, price perception and service quality on consumer satisfaction, case study at Indomaret Minimarket Jl. Hayam Wuruk Purwodadi. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires to 115 consumers. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 21. The sampling technique used is the census method and the data testing techniques used in this study include the validity test with factor analysis, test reliability with Cronbach Alpha. Classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that the first equation is Y = 0.254X1 + 0.029X2 + 0.551X3 which means the variable company image, service quality has a positive effect on the variable customer satisfaction, while the price perception does not affect consumer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of Luwak White Koffie at Pemalang Rice Stalls. This research was conducted on Luwak White Koffie consumers, the sample used was 55 consumers. Hypothesis testing uses validity and reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorelas test. The analysis used is regression and correlation analysis, Determination of the t test and f test, based on the results of data analysis and discussion, partially celebrity endorser has an insignificant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with a tcount of 0.386 indicating that a significance level of 0.701> 0.05 and tcount 0.386 <t table 2.007, brand image partially significant and positive effect with tcount of 2.219 indicates that the significance level of 0.031 <0.05 and tcount of 2.219> t table 2.007. the coefficient of determination of 0.122 means the percentage contribution of the influence of variable X to Y by 12.2% while the remaining 87.8% is influenced by other variables.
