This study aims to determine the quality of services to community satisfaction for making EKTP in Sumbersuko District, Lumajang Regency. This research was conducted in SumbersukoDistrict, Lumajang Regency. The population in this study is the people in SumbersukoSubdistrict who already have E-KTP with totaling 27,306 people. The sampling method usessimple random sampling with questionnaire distribution techniques. The number of samples inthis study was 125 respondents spread in Sumbersuko District. The method of data analysis inthis study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. Based onthe results of data analysis shows that the variable responsiveness, assurance, and empathy havea significant effect on community satisfaction with the value of the influence of respectively27.3%, 30.5%, and 14.3%. While the tangible and reliability variables did not significantlyinfluence community satisfaction in making E-KTP in Sumbersuko District, Lumajang Regency.This result also shows that the assurance variable is the most dominant variable influencingcommunity satisfaction in making E-KTP in Sumbersuko District, Lumajang Regency.Keyword: Service Quality, Community Satisfaction, E-KTP

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits of hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The number of samples used is 96 hotel taxpayers in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques namely multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was determined by the nonprobability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. Based on the results of this study it was found that variable awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. That is, the better awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits will encourage hotel taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations. This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions and the application of transaction recording devices (tapping boxes) to taxpayer compliance in paying restaurant taxes. This research was conducted on companies that have been registered with the Denpasar City Revenue Agency since 2017. The sample in this study is a restaurant that has been installed with a taping box. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula to obtain 31 companies as samples. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the variable of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions, and the application of tapping boxes has a positive effect on the compliance of natural taxpayers paying restaurant taxes at the Denpasar City Revenue Agency. This research was conducted at the Joint Office of SAMSAT Denpasar. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling technique that is proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection in this study was conducted by a questionnaire method with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that SAMSAT corner service, taxpayer awareness, tax socialization, and service quality had a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This means that the better SAMSAT corner service, awareness of taxpayers, tax socialization, and quality of service will also increase motor vehicle taxpayers compliance in terms of meeting their tax obligations. Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Bhakti Lestari sebanyak 503 orang yang beralamatkan di Desa Merarai Satu, Kecamatan Sungai Tebelian, Kabupaten Sintang.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling.Analisis data terlebih dahulu dilakukan dengan mencari validitas dan reliabilitas, uji kontribusi, serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Bhakti Lestari dengan hasil uji t, diperoleh nilai thitung 8,774 lebih besar dari (>) ttabel 1,990dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Anggota

Abstract: This Research aims to understand about the simultant and partial influence of the services quality which consists of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible in against community satisfaction at Health Center of Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito The Population of these research are the people who sought services At Health Center of Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala who totaled more than 5.000. While the sample is only 100 people. The instruments that use to collect data are through questionnaires and hypothesis testing which is done by using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, through the help of SPSS version 17. Instrument pengumpulan data kuesioner dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f melalui bantuan program SPSS versi 17. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty dan tangible secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Puskesmas Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala dengan variabel Emphaty sebagai variabel yang berpengaruh dominan Kata kunci : Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, Tangible, Kinerja

This study aims to determine the effect of ticket prices, income levels and service quality on demand for interisland crossing transportation services in Marampa Port, Manokwari Regency. The sample of this study was 75 passenger respondents. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the level of income had a significant effect on demand for inter-island crossing transportation services at Marampa Port in Manokwari, while ticket prices and service quality did not have a significant effect. The implication of this research is that the substitution of other modes of transportation can occur if there is an increase in the level of passenger income. In addition, improving the quality of services needs to be continued both by the local government and the port administrator.

<em>This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on GrabBike customer satisfaction at Unkris, Jakarta. This study took a sample of 71 customers from a total of 250 GrabBike customers at Unkris, Jakarta. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula by random sampling method. Data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this analysis indicate that the variables of service quality and customer value have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.</em>

The management of zakat should apply transparency, accountability and good amil competence in order to gain public trust in zakat management institutions. This study seeks to answer how the effect of transparency, accountability and amil competence on the trust of muzakki in Baitul Mal Aceh as a government agency that manages zakat in Aceh. Data collection using a questionnaire that was distributed to 100 muzakki selected by simple random sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect of transparency, accountability and amil competence on muzakki's trust. The results showed that transparency, accountability and amil competence had a positive and significant effect on the level of muzakki's trust in Baitul Mal Aceh, both simultaneously and partially. Baitul Mal Aceh is expected to improve the quality of transparency, accountability and amil competence to maintain the trust of muzakki in order to realize the optimization of the collection of zakat funds in Aceh.

This study discusses analyzing the marketing mix and service quality of purchasing decisions at PT. Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali. This research method is quantitative descriptive using questionnaires as a method of data collection and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that the promotional mix involved a partial purchase decision of consumers at PT Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali by 0.002 <0.05, with a dominant product, price, and promotion indicators, starting to look for indicators of other places, people, physical evidence, processes. PT. Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali is 0.003 <0.05, with dominant Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness indicators, then tangibles indicators, guarantees accepted. Simultaneously the marketing mix and service quality influence the purchasing decision of 0,000 <0.05. These results also answer the three hypotheses of this study. The results show that the marketing mix and the quality of services offered are positive and significant for purchasing decisions. The results have the meaning of increasing marketing mix and service quality, so the purchasing decisions at PT Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali will also increase.

The results showed that service quality and brand image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Hotel Grand Candi Semarang.</em>
