Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease which is the leading cause of ill health, one of the top 10 causes of death worldwide and the leading cause of death from a single infectious agent (ranking above HIV / AIDS). WHO estimates that there are 23,000 cases of MDR / RR in Indonesia. In 2017 there were 442,000 TB cases recorded in the program, of which an estimated 8,600-15,000 MDR / RR TB, (estimated 2.4% of new cases and 13% of previously treated TB patients), but only 27.36% treated. The aim of this literature is to evaluate peer group support and family support on treatment adherence to pulmonary tuberculosis patients. This study used a systematic literature review design. Articles were collected through the PubMed and Google Scholar databases published from 2016-2020 using the keywords peer group support, family support, medication adherence, pulmonary tuberculosis. The results of the literature review showed that providing peer group support or family support can have an impact positive for pulmonary tuberculosis patients. The conclusion in this study is that patients who get support from either peer group support or family support can significantly improve compliance with pulmonary tuberculosis treatment so that it can increase the success rate of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment. Keywords: peer group support; family support; treatment compliance; pulmonary tuberculosis ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular yang merupakan penyebab utama masalah kesehatan yang buruk, salah satu dari 10 penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia dan penyebab utama kematian dari satu agen infeksi tunggal (peringkat di atas HIV / AIDS). WHO memperkirakan ada 23.000 kasus MDR/RR di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2017 kasus TB yang tercatat di program ada sejumlah 442.000 kasus yang mana dari kasus tersebut diperkirakan ada 8.600-15.000 MDR/RR TB, (perkiraan 2,4% dari kasus baru dan 13% dari pasien TB yang diobati sebelumnya), tetapi cakupan yang diobati baru sekitar 27,36%. Tujuan Literatur ini untuk mengevaluasi peer group support dan family support terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan pasien tuberkulosis paru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain systematic literature review. Artikel dikumpulkan melalui database PubMed dan Google Scholar yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2016-2020 dengan menggunakan kata kunci peer group support, family support, kepatuhan pengobatan, tuberkulosis paru. Hasil literature review menunjukkan bahwa pemberian peer group support atau family support dapat memberikan dampak yang positif kepada pasien tuberkulosis paru. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa pasien yang mendapatkan dukungan baik peer group support atau family support secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan tuberkulosis paru sehingga dapat meningkatkan tingkat keberhasilan pengobatan tuberkulosis paru Kata kunci: peer group support; family support; kepatuhan pengobatan; tuberkulosis paru

Background : Hemodialysis is one of the therapies for Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) patients. This process takes place on an ongoing basis which is closely related to the quality of life. Quality of life is strongly influenced by family support. One form of family support is emotional support which includes forms of affection, trust, attention, assistance during therapy. With this support, it affects patient compliance with therapy programs and medical treatment programs so that it will improve the patient's quality of life. Objective: To determine the relationship between family support and quality of life of hemodialysis patients. Based on journals that have been analyzed by researchers using a literature review research design or literature review study literature review Methods: search for this research article through four databases, namely Google Scholar, ProQuest, EBSCO, and PubMed using keywords and inclusion criteria, namely 21 journal using Indonesian and English, the type of article publication is full-text articles, original research articles, articles that have ISSN and DOI, the theme of the article is the relationship of family support with the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, in the 2016-2021 period with the literature review method. Results: The results of this study showed a significant relationship between family support and quality of life of hemodialysis patients with p-value=0,001 <a=0.05 with a positive correlation direction with low correlation strength. Conclusion: The higher the support from the family, the better the quality of life for chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis.

Strategi stop TB mencanangkan secara global kejadian TB 1 per 100.000 penduduk pada tahun 2050. Tetapi tuberculosis sampai saat ini masih menjadi isu utama kesehatan dunia karena tetap menjadi pembunuh utama pada tahun 2016. Tujuan Strategi Stop TB pada tahun 2015 sesuai dengan MDGs dirancang diantaranya untuk mencapai tujuan mengurangi penderitaan dan sosioekonomi beban yang terkait dengan TB. Meskipun berbagai upaya pemberantasan tuberculosis sudah dilakukan tetapi hasilnya kurang maksimal. Salah satu penyebab kegagalan pengobatan tuberculosis adalah ketidakpatuhan pasien dalam pengobatan. Berdasarkan hal ini maka salah satu cara yang bisa kita gunakan adalah melibatkan keluarga secara langsung sabagai dukungan dalam menangani pasien tuberculosis. Tujuan Penelitian Menganalisis pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien tuberculosis. Metode dalam penelitian ini melakukan Pencarian artikel dimulai dari bulan November 2017, literature review dengan melakukan penelusuran artikel publikasi pada EBSCO, PubMed, Sciencedirect.com, dan Proquest dengan menggunakan kata kunci family support and tuberculosis+medication adherence, family support and tuberculosis+treatment adherence, kemudian dilakukan pemilihan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan dilakukan critical appraisal sehingga artikel yang relevant berjumlah 10 artikel, kemudian data diekstraksi dari artikel lalu dikelompokkan untuk dibahas dan disimpulkan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Mayoritas hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh terhadap kepatuhan minum obat tuberculosis dan semakin baik dukungan keluarga semakin meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien tuberculosis.

ABSTRACT Introduction: Hypertension requires lifelong treatment. One influence of the successful treatment of hypertensive patients is adherence to taking drugs through family support roles. Purpose: This study identified the relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication for hypertensive patients at the Airmadidi Health Center in North Minahasa Regency. Method: This study was an observational analytic with cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 127 respondents diagnosed with hypertension. Results: Dominant family support (84.3%) was included in the low category, and dominant medication adherence (65.4%) was included in the low category. There is a significant relationship between family support and medication adherence to hypertensive patients (p value 0.016), but the correlation coefficient is weak (r = -0.213) with a negative relationship direction. Discussion: Communities including families of hypertensive patients are expected to take part in improving compliance with taking medication for hypertensive patients, and for hypertensive patients must be more obedient in taking drugs. Background: Family support a trait that supportive and always provides help and assistance if needed by one of the family members. Form of family support in the form of information, assessment, instrumental, and emotional. According to records from the Health Profile of Central Java in 2017, the number of patients with hypertension was 8355 people. Family support also affects the occurrence of medication adherence in patients with hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support with medication adherence in elderly people with hypertension in the Gayamsari Community Health Center in Semarang.Research Methodology: This study uses quantitative research with a descriptive correlation method with a cross sectional approach and research instruments using questionnaires. The sample technique used Purposive Sampling Technique. The population 210 elderly and the sample 137 elderly. Analysis of the data used is the Spearman Rank test.Results: The results of this study were obtained from 62 elderly respondents with good family support, 46 (33,6%) had high medication adherence and 15 elderly received less family support, 15 (10,9%) had moderate medication adherence . Spearman Rho statistical test results showed that ρ value 0,000 ≤α 0,05. Correlation coefficient 0,874 which means there is a relationship of family support with medication adherence in elderly people with hypertension in the Gayamsari Community Health Center in Semarang city very strong.Conclusion: There is a relationship of family support with medication adherence in elderly patients with hypertension in the Gayamsari Community Health Center in Semarang.

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that mainly attacks the parenchyma, tuberculosis can also be transmitted to other parts. Including meningens, kidney, bone and lymph nodes. Until now, there has not been a single country that is free of Tuberculosis. The mortality and morbidity due to Tuberculosis germs in the world are also high. In 2009, in the world, there were 1.7 million people who died of Tuberculosis (600,000 of them women) while there were 9.4 million new cases of Tuberculosis (3.3 million of them women). One-third of the world's population is infected with Tuberculosis, where most Tuberculosis sufferers are of productive age (15-55 years). To reduce the number of pulmonary Tuberculosis events, there needs to be high motivation from the patients themselves and the need for support from family and the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of family support on motivation to recover in patients with pulmonary Tuberculosis in the Kronjo District Health Center, Tangerang-Banten Regency. This research method was a quantitative study using a descriptive analytic design with a crosssectional approach, which is a study that methods to study the dynamics of the correlation between independent variables and dependent variables. The sample in this study was Tuberculosis patients who were on outpatient treatment for the past four months at the Puskesmas District of Kronjo, Tangerang-Banten Regency as many as 55 people. The results of this study were that there was no significant effect between family support on motivation to recover in pulmonary Tuberculosis patients. Therefore, to reduce the incidence of pulmonary Tuberculosis, high motivation is needed to recover from the patient himself.

Introduction: Hypertension is a common cause of the increase of mortality rate and morbidiety in the community. Complications of hypertension cause approximately 9.4 deaths around the world each year. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of factors controlling hypertension with blood pressure.Methods: This study used a descriptive correlational design with the cross sectional approach. The study population was patients with hypertension in Puskesmas Pandanwangi Malang City. The sample used as many as 96 people based on purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were questionnaire sheets, spyghmomanometer and stethoscope. Analysis using the test Spearman rho test with a significance level of p <0.005.Result: The results showed there are a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.000 and r = 0.778), attitude (p = 0.000 and r = 0.626), diet (p = 0.000 and r = 0.609), physical activity (p = 0.000 and r = 0.449), family support (p = 0.000 and r = 0.607), and medication adherence (p = 0.000 and r = 0.726) with blood pressure .Conclusion: There is a significant relationship and the direction between the knowledge, attitude, diet, physical activity, family support, and medication adherence with blood pressure.

Quality of life is a person's perception and expectations of living standards, poor quality of life is often experienced by chronic diseases, especially pulmonary TB. Special Hospital Pulmonary Hospital West Sumatra is the number of visits pulmonary tuberculosis patients most in 2016 is 1016 people. The aim of research to determine the factors associated with pulmonary TB Patient Quality of Life in Lung Special Hospital West Sumatra Lubuk Alung. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all pulmonary TB patients who seek treatment at Special Hospital Pulmonary West Sumatra. Data research collection was performed on 21 June to 21 July 2017 data was collected using a questionnaire. The sampling technique is simple random block sampling with a sample of 96 peolpe. Data was analyzed by univariate and bivariate with Chi-Square test. The study found that more than half (63.5%) continued treatment, more than half (66.7%) did not receive the support of the family, more than half (57.3%) experienced depression, more than half (62.5% ) quality of life of poor TB patients. There is a long-standing relationship with the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients' life quality p value of 0.000 (p <0.05). There is a relationship of family support and quality of life of patients with pulmonary TB p value of 0.000 (p <0.05). There is a relationship of depression with quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the lungs Special Hospital West Sumatra Lubuk Alung  p value (p <0.05). Duration of treatment, family support and depression affect the quality of life of patients with TB. To improve the quality of life of TB patients need the support of family, treatment according to the rules and avoid depression in patients with TB so that TB patients will receive optimal health both physically and psychologically. It is expected that further research can continue this research with other factors that affect the quality of life of patients with TB.

Introduction: Elderly are individuals who are vulnerable and at risk of experiencing health problems related to nutritional status. Families who live together are expected to be able to provide nutritional intake in accordance with the condition of the elderly so that adequate knowledge is needed in preparing the need for balanced nutrition. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and family support to elderly's nutritional status. Methods: The search for literature review articles was carried out in four databases (Scopus, Science Direct, Pub med, and Google Scholar) with a publication span of 2016-2020. The prism checklist was used to guide this review. Analysis and data tabulation were carried out in the article. Title, abstract, full text and methodology were assessed to determine study eligibility. Results: A total of 10 studies matched the inclusion criteria of the study, consisting of 6 cross-sectional studies and 4 qualitative studies. A review study found that good knowledge, positive attitude and good family support are directly proportional to the nutritional status of the elderly. Discussion: Family has a role in maintaining the health of the elderly, one of which is in fulfilling nutrition. Knowledge, attitudes and family support are related to the nutritional status of the elderly. Conclusions: Families who have knowledge related to nutrition can provide complete food intake and according to the needs of the elderly. A good family attitude will increase their support in helping fulfill nutrition.
