This paper gives a general overview of relevant studies about oil spill emergency control designs, analyzes and discusses the structure, function and main contents of these designs. Besides, the paper proposes an integrated and practical design of emergency response steps, with related process. Taking the port area of Ma’ao as a case, this paper comprehensively studies the relationship between the time of rescue vessels arriving at the oil spill location and the range of the port that can be covered by these vessels as well as the protection facilities required for the relevant shoreline.

AIM, DIAPH2, PTPRD and HIC1 are the cell glycoprotein, which play an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. This study was designed to assess the association between DIAPH2, PTPRD and HIC1 SNPs and laryngeal cancer risk. PATIENTS AND METHODS: This study including 267 patients with histologically confirmed laryngeal cancer and 157 controls. The relationship between genetic variations DIAPH2 (rs6620138), PTPRD (rs3765142) and HIC1 (rs9901806) and the onset of laryngeal cancer were investigated. Statistical analysis to calculate the relationship between DIAPH2, PTPRD and HIC1 genes polymorphism and pathogenesis of laryngeal cancer. RESULTS: The results showed that rs6620138 DIAPH2 polymorphism could increase the onset risk of laryngeal cancer. Statistically significant differences in allele distribution of rs6620138 DIAPH2 and rs9901806 HIC1 in the case and control groups subgroups. CONCLUSIONS: This study results suggested that genetic variation of rs6620138 DIAPH2 polymorphism is related to the susceptibility to laryngeal cancer. Our results provide a basis to begin basic research on the role of DIAPH2 gene in the pathogenesis of laryngeal cancer.

To provide a theoretical basis for water prevention and control methods and reasonable supporting techniques for vertical shaft, and to ensure the shaft construction to pass the sandstone aquifer safely and rapidly, numerical simulation using dynamic damage constitutive model, which was a user-defined constitutive modules in FLAC3D, a lagrangian analysis code in three dimensions, has been applied to investigate the dynamic damage effect in the surrounding rock of the grouting curtain near the driving working face for vertical shaft excavated by blasting. The results indicate that the distribution of the damage zone in the surrounding rock of the shaft, which decreases the effective thickness of the grouting curtain, was like a ellip-se, and that the depth of the damage zone in the surrounding rock of the shaft grouting curtain is fewer than that of the driving face floor. It can be concluded that the centre part of the driving face floor, especially the cutting hole zones, and the shaft wall in the greater horizontal stress side are the " key parts " for shaft water prevention and control methods.

Regional regulatory policies (RPs) are a major factor in the prevention and control of chronic diseases (PCCDs) through the implementation of various measures. This study aimed to explore the impacts of RPs on PCCDs, with a focus on the mediating roles of community service. The soundness of the regulatory mechanism (SORM) was used to measure the soundness of RPs based on 1095 policy documents (updated as of 2015). Coverage provided by community service institutions (CSIs) and community health centres (CHCs) was used to represent community service coverage derived from the China Statistical Yearbook (2015), while the number of chronic diseases (NCDs) was used to measure the effects of PCCDs based on data taken from the 2015 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study survey. To assess the relationship between SORM, NCDs and community service, a negative binomial regression model and mediation analysis with bootstrapping were conducted. Results revealed that there was a negative correlation between SORM and NCDs. CSIs had a major effect on the relationship between RPs and PCCDs, while CHCs had a partial mediating effect. RPs can effectively prevent and control chronic diseases. Increased effort should also be aimed at strengthening the roles of CSIs and CHCs.

Background: Children’s Tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia at 2013 was fourth ranks in the world. The cases of children’s pulmonary tuberculosis in Pekalongan at 2013 be amounted 88 (32%) of the total cases of TB (271), greater than 8% of national cases. Children’s pulmonary tuberculosis is a disease that can be cured and are not duly claimed the lives of children. The purpose of this study is analyze the relationship between the mother's behavior and physical environment house of children with the incidence of children’s pulmonary tuberculosis in Pekalongan City. Methods: The study was observational with case control design. The cases are pulmonary tuberculosis patients and control are child is not a child’s pulmonary tuberculosis. The subjects were 50 cases and 50 controls. Results: The results of the bivariate analysis are associated with incidence population density with children’s pulmonary tuberculosis (p = <0.001), ventilation (p = 0.004), temperature of room (p = 0.036), density occupancy (p = <0.001) and natural lighting (p = 0.016). The results of multivariate analysis are risk factor for the incidence of children’s pulmonary tuberculosis with mother’s knowledge (p = 0.049; OR = 2.918; 95% CI = 1.005 to 8.472), density occupancy (p = 0.020; OR = 3.379; 95% CI = 1.212 to 9.417), humidity (p = 0.025; OR = 3.236; 95% CI = 1.156 to 9.058) and ventilation (p = 0.022; OR = 3.224; 95% CI = 1.182 to 8.797).Conclusion: The density occupancy, humidity, ventilation, mother’s knowledge are a risk factor pulmonary TB incidence of children in Pekalongan City.  Keywords: Behavior Mother, the physical environment house, children’s pulmonary tuberculosis, Pekalongan City.

Mental Health inpatient units have a primary purpose of treating mental health problems, managing disturbance and promoting social contact and support networks. These factors can conflict with optimal infection prevention and control (IPC) measures.<br/> This commentary describes an IPC perspective of the challenges in managing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic that are specific to acute mental health settings. It points out the main areas for IPC and mental health practice development.<br/> The need for a new paradigm in the relationship between IPC and mental health specialists is identified. Recent collaboration between mental health and IPC specialists in evaluating personal protective equipment (PPE) for use in restraint is outlined.

Reconfigurability analysis for reliable fault-tolerant control design In this paper the integration of reliability evaluation in reconfigurability analysis of a fault-tolerant control system is considered. The aim of this work is to contribute to reliable fault-tolerant control design. The admissibility of control reconfigurability is analyzed with respect to reliability requirements. This analysis shows the relationship between reliability and control reconfigurability defined generally through Gramian controllability. An admissible solution for reconfigurability is proposed according to reliability evaluation based on energy consumption under degraded functional conditions. The proposed study is illustrated with a flight control application.
