Regional Tax is a compulsory contribution to the region owed by an individual or a coercive body under applicable law by not receiving direct remuneration and being used for regional purposes for the greatest welfare of the people. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness and contribution of hotel tax to Locally Generated Revenue in Tomohon City. In this study used the type of qualitative and quantitative data, for data sources using secondary data and analytical methods used are kualitative descriptive. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the level of hotel tax effectiveness of 2012 - 2016 is very effective. The year 2016 is the highest hotel tax effectiveness rate of 134.01%, while the lowest level of hotel tax effectiveness is in 2014 with a percentage of 27.40. Hotel tax contribution to Tomohon Locally Generated Revenue in 2012 - 2016 is good from year to year there is an increase although there is also a decrease. 2016 is the highest contribution of Hotel Tax to Locally Generated Revenue with percentage of 67.23% and the lowest is in 2015 with a percentage of 4.85% with an average contribution of 26,68%.Keywords: Effectiveness, Contributions, Hotel Tax, Local Revenue.

Night entertainments become a special attraction for tourists to fulfill their holidays in Bali with just listening to the music’s or enjoying drinks provided in bars, discotheque/cafes. By these facilities, Bali become a magnet of both domestic and foreign tourists. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collecting is done with the observation field, in-depth interview, and questionnaires. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative with the record and explain the results cleary based on the formulation of a problem that has been determined, as well as questionnaires are analyzed using quantitative data as data supporters of the research.   The results of this research explains that there are several different types of activities that can be done in place of evening entertainment, including dancing, enjoy music, and enjoy drinks and meals are offered in the café/restaurant. Then from the results of the questionnaire obtained the results that the response of local communities included in the stages of Apathy, which previously accepted as tourism sector economic growth but this time its presence was felt not to mention everything. People living in the surroundings feel uncomfortable and insecure due to the activity of the night until the early hours Keywords :Response of Local People, Night Entertainment, Legian Kuta

This study aims to determine the level of employee job satisfaction at PT. Anugerah Fitrah Hidayah Makassar. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population used is all employees who work at PT. Anugerah Fitrah Hidayah Makassar with a sample of 50 people. While the method used is a descriptive method of Likert scale analysis by describing the level of employee job satisfaction based on the results obtained at intervals of 61% -80% classified as high criteria   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah  Fitrah Hidayah Makassar.Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, sedangkansumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Anugerah Fitrah Hidayah makassardengansampel berjumlah 50 orang . Sedangkan Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptifyaitu analisis skala likert dengan mendiskripsikan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil yang telah diperoleh dengan interval 61%-80% tergolong dalam kriteria tinggi.

The purpose of this study was to determine the price picture and customer buying interest at UD. Tunas Baru District Bandar Huluan. Next to determine the effect of prices on customer buying interest at UD. Tunas Baru District Bandar Huluan. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data and data sources are derived from primary data and secondary data. Research data were collected by conducting interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis includes qualitative data analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the study can be concluded from the total respondents' answers about prices with the dimensions of price affordability, discounted prices, and payment methods to obtain good answer criteria. Then from the total respondents' answers regarding buying interest got high answer criteria. Furthermore, to test the hypothesis it is concluded that there is a positive influence between price on customer buying interest.

The paper intends to study the socio-economic conditions of the tribals residing in the remote hilly and forest areas, in the area of Thane and Raigad districts in Maharashtra. The people are very poor economically, socially and educationally. They are living hand to mouth. They depend mostly on the forest produce and agriculture for their livelihood. The government officials for the upliftment and development of the tribal are over there but many people are not aware about the government programmers and schemes. In terms of methodology, both primary and secondary data have been used. Data are both qualitative and quantitative in nature. Wherever necessary, quantitative data have been presented in tabular and graph forms. The paper concludes that in both Thane and Raigad districts, the socio-economic status of the tribal people is substantially lower than the general people. There is an urgent need to launch income generating, educational, and health awareness programmes to help them to take up opportunities given by NGOs and government.

The sampling technique carried out for this study was determined intentionally. The number of samples taken is 30 customers. The technique of collecting data through observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are carried out using multiple linear regression methods.</em></p>

The presence of online transportation services in Ubud Village is considered a threat to the existence of conventional transportation services. Far-reaching price differences trigger conflict. This study aims to analyze the existence of conventional transportation services in the Ubud Village in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data with primary and secondary data sources. Data obtained through the study of literature, observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The techniques for determining informants and determining the samples used are purposive sampling and incidental sampling. This research uses descriptive-qualitative analysis techniques and the Importance of Performance Analysis. The results showed that conventional transportation services still existed in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 due to an organization formed under the auspices of the Desa Adat which prohibits the operation of online transportation services. This research is expected to be a reference for the Bali Government and the Regency of Gianyar Government in compiling a policy regulation governing tourism transportation services in the Ubud Village. The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dampak yang ditimbulkan dari adanya pengembangan objek wisata terhadap kondisi perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Dieng, Kecamatan Kejajar, Kabupaten Wonosobo. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena meningkatknya pengunjung objek wisata dan pendapatan sektor pariwisata yang berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian masyarakat sekitar objek wisata. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang dilengkapi data kualitatif dan kuantitatif baik data primer maupun sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat Skala Likert untuk menentukan hasil penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kondisi pariwisata, dan mengidentifikasi dampak yang ditimbulkan dari adanya pengembangan pariwisata terhadap kondisi perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan fasilitas, pelayanan objek wisata setelah adanya pengembangan, akan tetapi ada penurunan pada bidang kebersihan dan keamanan. Persentase pendapatan masyarakat mengalami peningkatan yang dihitung menggunakan Skala Likert dari 53,3% menjadi 68,5%, tingkat kesempatan kerja rendah dengan persentase hanya sebesar 29,5%. This study identifies the impact of the tourism development of economic conditions surrounding community. This research was conducted in the village of Dieng, District Kejajar, Wonosobo regency. This research was done because of the rise in visitor attractions and tourism revenue that affect the economy of the surrounding community attraction. This research uses descriptive research method qualitative and quantitative data include both primary and secondary data. This study uses a Likert Scale tool to determine the results. The purpose of this study to describe the condition of tourism, and to identify the impact of the development of tourism on the economy of surrounding communities. The results of this study showed an increase in facilities and services, attraction after their development, but there is a decrease in the field of hygiene and security. The percentage of people's income has increased which is calculated using a Likert Scale from 53.3% to 68.5%, the low employment rate with a percentage of only 29.5%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on the local income of Bali Province, to analyze the effect of the number of tourist visits, average tourist expenditure, and local income on the economic growth of Bali Province, and to analyze the role of income. native areas in mediating the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on the economic growth of Bali Province. The data used in this research is secondary data, with the method of observation by observing documents or secondary data sources that are related. This study uses time series data with a total of 30 years of observations from 1990-2019, with the analysis technique used is Path Analysis. This study shows the results that the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure have a positive and significant effect on local income in Bali Province. The number of tourist visits, the average tourist expenditure and local revenue have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Bali Province. Own-source revenue mediates the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on economic growth in Bali Province.

Companies that cannot control liquidity can lose the trust of external companies and distributors. Company liquidity can reflect the company’s ability to repay business debt. The main objective of this research is to see whether there is a significant influence between cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover, both partially and simultaneously on the level of liquidity. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling by determining certain weighted value samples so that the data used have a more representative value and the sample can represent the entire population. In this study using quantitative data in the form of secondary data sources by collecting company report data from 2014 to 2018 in 60 population samples. Researchers used multiple linear regression data analysis methods in order to produce data processing in the form of tables and graphs and conclusions. The results of the SPSS program in study showed partially cash turnover and account receivable turnover there no significant effect on the level of liquidity and the result simultaneous test showed cash turnover and account receivable turnover significant effect the level liquidity.
